"Reply to this email to buy" flow possibility?

Hi all! Is there a way to set up a Klaviyo flow such that when the customer replies to your Klaviyo email, they will automatically get something? For example, if I send an email saying Reply to this email with “DISCOUNT” to get a special discount code, and then my customer replies with “DISCOUNT”, I want them to automatically receive another email with the special discount code. I know Klaviyo doesn’t track replies to emails, but is there any way around this? Is there maybe a way to include a pixel or something in Klaviyo emails to track whether there was a reply or not? Something I could do with Klaviyo API? Any creative responses would be greatly appreciated!! :)

Why were almost all e-mails "skipped"?

I sent a newsletter (not a flow) to around 10,000 e-mail-addresses. Only 30 e-mails arrived, the rest were declared “skipped”. Why can this be the case?

Lead to active customer

Hi there, We’re currently setting up our lead campaign and within the segment there is a rule that the customer property doesn’t equal ACTIVE (stripe status). Is this enough for someone to drop out of a lead flow and into our welcome subscriber flow should they subscribe during the flow? Or are there other rules within the flow that need to be set?We only want them to receive the on boarding flow.Thanks,Annabelle

Facebook Integration Support

Is there anyone that would be willing to jump on a zoom call and help me with my Facebook integration for Lead Ads.  I’ve confirmed all the settings, reset my cache and attempted to restart the integration process multiple times, but for some reason still get an error message.  I’d compensate you for your time.

Skipped profiles still show "received email"

Hi, I sent a campaign which 95%+ of recipients were skipped (smart sending). However, looking at the list of profiles that were skipped, each individual profile’s activity shows a “received email” event. My question is, does “received email” mean:they were on the list of recipients for that campaign (and MAY have been skipped)? OR they actually received the email? all 4190 Skipped Profiles’ Activity show this event for that specific campaign Please help,Thanks!

Connection is not private

The links in my SMS campaign are not always working.  I cannot open th elink when on my wifi, but if I turn wifi off and use cell on my phone, or connect my laptop to the hotspot the links open.  Support said it’s my ISP. What am I supposed to do here?  I can’t tell my customers to turn off wifi to open the links. 🤣 There has to be something that can be done to fix this, or do I just turn off the click tracking?

Bulk unsubscribe profiles from a list?

I have 2 lists for each language. Sometimes, subs update their language preferences (via Custom Profile Property), but Klaviyo obviously won't automatically move them to the other list.Note, I don't want to "globally suppress them"; this would prevent profiles from receiving ANY emails… There's no way to do that for just one list?I tried creating 2 segments: one for each language (i.e. custom property) set to the list in the other language. I don't see a way to use that segment (or a CSV export) as a way to bulk unsubscribe profiles from either list.HELP! 😖

large number of skipped emails

i set my checkout abandonement flow under the guidance of klaviyo but i found that large number of emails are getting skipped in abandoned cart flow and found no reason. i checked my settings and everything was right. i even asked for klaviyo’s customer service for help but this issue still existed. my setting of flow is as pictured and need a quick help. thanks!

Accessing Cookie or Identifying Tracked User

I’m working on a custom integration for our app, where we would want to query klaviyo to get a profile ID from the cookie or session somehow. Meaning, what I’m trying to do is be able to retrieve a profile ID from the cookie or something so i can map it back to a call for the full profile etc. Is this somehow possible? Can’t seem to find the api docs or guide on how we would be able to identify a klaviyo profile/tracked user on the merchant site while the site is loading/page loaded etc.

Is there a way to see which SMS was sent and to which recipients? This refers to the standard notification that is sent while subscribing to the list with the double opt-in.

Can a profile be automatically removed from the 'SMS subscribers' list after sending a standard keyword?

There is a list of standard keywords https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360035285472#01H8PSCKC0XVP9F1S1SSVD4JMNSTART, UNSTOP: …  Note: You must have a list titled "SMS Subscribers" for the keywords to work.  Сan the use of any of these keywords remove a user from this list?Or the user always remains in the "SMS Subscribers" list but only his general SMS consent status changes? Thank you!

Sing-up form pop up not showing (WooCommerce) worked fine until 2 weeks ago

HiyaWe use Klaviyo on our WooCommerce store. I have set up a Sign-up form pop-up to capture emails and it seemed to be working fine until 4th April, but now it’s not showing anymore. We used to have hundreds of views, but now we have 0.I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Wordpress plugin, but it doesn’t seem to be working.When I look at the integration, it is enabled, and recent store data is still being synced.I don’t have an AdBlocker and am viewing in incognito mode, but there’s no pop-up to be seen.Can anyone tell me how I can get this to work again?

Images are broken on the Featured Reviews Carousel after updating product images in Shopify

After updating my product images in Shopify, the images in the Featured Reviews Carousel show as broken. The images are showing correctly in the preview while editing the shopify page, but fail in the browser. Clearing the browser cache and history does not fix the issue, which is happening in both Chrome and Safari.

Sharing a Shopify Cart

I am looking to implement a feature using Klaviyo and Shopify, and was advised that I need a Klaviyo developer who can help set up a client event (to send the cart information to Klaviyo) that allows the entire contents of a customer's cart to be displayed and shared in an email. The customer should be able to send the cart contents with a "complete the cart" CTA either to themselves or a friend. From my understanding, Klaviyos add to cart event won't work in this scenario because it requires klaviyo to cookie their specific browser. The flow is:  1. Customer clicks a Share Cart button2. Fills out their email or someone else's email3. Triggers a flow that sends an email to the email that was entered with the entire cart contents along with a button that takes them back to the cart4. The cart is pre filled with items that were inputted when they filled out the email form Anyone have any idea on how to achieve this functionality?

Edited "Confirm your subscription" AND default email are sent out

Hi there, I edited the “confirm your subscription” email (and all pages related to it), by adding the logo and slightly changing the text as shown in the help center.  This seemed to work and is sent out via email as soon as someone subscribes, however after clicking on the button in the email and accepting to get emails, I get another email about the exact same topic. It’s the default template of Klaviyo asking the same again with the button etc.  How is this possible? After publishing the edits, only the “customized version” should be sent out, no? How can I get rid of the default Klaviyo consent email? Or is it due to the free plan? Thanks for your help!

Deliverability Issues

Has anyone noticed deliverability going down? It almost appears as thought the auto settings from klaviyo aren’t correct (dkim, etc). I have now moved two different people from other platforms (mailchimp and shopify) where both times their open rates were MUCH higher on those platforms. I have a good deliverability score, keep my lists clean, but cannot match what I was seeing on their old accounts. Anyone have a similar issue?
