I would like to add a dynamic block in all our flows that shows a banner with our current offer. There is a new offer every thursday (valid until next thursday) so it would need to be swapped (at midnight).We can update the dynamic block each thursday morning, but that would leave a window between wednesday midnight and the time it gets updated where the old offer would still be sent.We’d need to find a solution that either swaps out the banner at midnight, or stops the current block from showing.I found this idea of doing something with a date , but that would mean having to update the date in all flows each time, which we’d also like to avoid.

Does anyone know how to get Shopify Draft Orders data to sync to Klaviyo? Starting a draft order will trigger the “Checkout Started” flow, which is great, but the {{ event.extra.checkout_url}} link that takes them to their order for payment does not work; it seems Shopify does not pass the data along.Could this be because until they open up the invoice that was emailed to them, they technically have not yet generated a checkout? And, if so, is there a way around this?

I’m trying to create a segment of customers (Shopify) who have purchased specific products, but I’m not seeing how to set this up using Product IDs. In the “what someone has (or has not) done” I have “ordered product” but for the value-equals I can only enter that as the number of products ordered, not the product ID. Is there some other way to set up a segment using Product IDs?   

Has any one figured out how to add yotpo product reviews on dynamic product emails?  I want to leverage our product reviews in our Abandoned Cart emails. Through Yotpo we can create snippets for “review highlights” (info here) but the code is not dynamic - it is simply a code that displays the reviews for products I manually select. How would I get it to show the Yotpo review for a dynamic product url?  Example of use case: Currently all email in my cart abandonment flow dynamically pull product title, price, image. Anna adds Purple Shirt to her cart but abandons it which triggers her into the Cart Abandonment flow. Klaviyo pulls the info about her cart without any action on my end. Now I would like to add reviews that exist in Yotpo about Purple Shirt to her cart abandonment email.

I recently watched a YouTube tutorial about Klaviyo's welcome flow feature and have a specific scenario I'd like to implement.I want to create a welcome flow where the final email is sent by the company's Dean. This would be a personalized email with a different sender address and possibly a different template than the previous emails in the flow.Could you please provide guidance on how to configure this setup in Klaviyo? Hello everyone, I am new to Klaviyo so forgive me if I have missed how to do this!So I am creating a membership site. I have created my own custom field called ‘MembershipEndDate’.When I am create my flows, the first thing I do a check on is to see if the ‘MembershipEndDate’ has a value within the past 180 days. My reasoning for this is if someone wanted to extend there year membership they could (obviously its very unlikely they would renew after half a year but better to be safe than sorry haha!).So, if the user does have a ‘MembershipEndDate’ with the past 180 days, I then want to update ‘MembershipEndDate’ to the current value of ‘MembershipEndDate’ + 1 year. Also, if the user doesn’t have a value in the field, I need to set the value of ‘MembershipEndDate’ + 1 year.When I am in the flows, I can see that you can update the field to whatever date you want and set it to todays date, but I want to set it ‘todaysDate + 1 year’.Is there a way to do this? And if not, how would you get ar

I’m trying to add some amount of members to a list created in my Klaviyo account. Everything works nicely for emails that has only ASCII characters (like george.washington@klaviyo.com). However if email contains unicode characters (as example trøst@somedomain.dk or привет@gmail.com), I’m getting following validation error: “<email> is not a valid email.”.Tried to add members both using API endpoint (https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/reference/add-members) and using UI (Lists & Segments → Manage List → Import Contacts). Same behaviour.Unicode characters are considered a valid part of email since 2012 (https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc6531).Can I ask about the way to overcome this problem?Thanks in advance!

Hi, I’m using a web font (Manrope) but the standard weight that shows up is 400 and I need to use 700. I can’t add  Manrope using the normal add fonts process, because it’s already added.  It allows me to select the weights, but the ‘Add font’ button is greyed out. I took a screen shot to explain what I mean.  

I have created segments based on the age of the child. I chose Properties about someone → Childs_Age→ between 0 and 365 days ago. That would include all children under the age of one. And then I have segments for different ages up until age 9.I then created different email flows that use different segments as triggers and also conditinal spliting. So the first year is split into 6 emails based on how many months the child is old. This works fine until age of 5 then I get the error Value too large I need to be able to use the values up to age of 9 like i did in the segments. Can I change or remove this limit somewhere?

Hi everyone, I created two segments based on 30-day engagement, but I noticed something odd. One of the segments labeled “30 days engaged” has 2 subscribers, which I had built in the first week of Oct, whilst the other I built using the same criteria last week has 0 subscribers. Can someone please help me understand why there might be a difference between the two. Thank you so mcuh!   

What are the definitions of the segments within the CDP? Are there explanations / definitions for each of them? e.g. how are Klaviyo determining the “inactive” segment?   How complex is it to use the CDP to build flows based on repeat purchases through the “predictive model” - is it possible at all?   How can we learn more about our customers? We’re trying to understand whether we have certain customer cycles around purchasing e.g. if certain customers only shop with us every 6 months or yearly. Is it possible to do this within Klaviyo?Thanks! 

Hi there, I have just setup Klaviyo Reviews and I noticed that there is nowhere to customize the store review form.I would like to remove the review title in the store review form (not the one in the product review form).Any idea how I can do that? Or is this mandatory to have?Thanks in advance

I am setting a post-purchase flow to suggest accessories that are specific to certain products, and I don’t want people to re-enter this flow if they purchase any of the specific products again. I want to be sure I have configured this flow correctly:Trigger Metric: Order Fulfilled. Should I have a filter at the trigger to limit only to profiles who have not been in this flow? Or should that filter be elsewhere in the flow? When I try later in the flow to add a conditional split and use the “what someone has done (or not done)” and “received email” - “flow” I don’t see this flow I’m working on as an option to choose. Is that because it’s a draft flow? Or am I missing something and I shouldn’t be setting up like that.  Trigger Split: Items contain the specific products I want to send the post-purchase email for. Hello everyone,I am using the Klaviyo API to tie into our ERS/Work Management System and while using Get Segment Profiles ( https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/reference/get_segment_profiles )  we page through the results 100 at a time (max) using cursor to offset our position on each call until complete.This all works fine except we are receiving 4.6k profiles out of the Segment but on klaviyo itself via lists and segments we should have about 5.4k profiles to pull. Given you cannot duplicate an email address and taking into account suppressed profiles the amounts still do not match.I have went through grabbing the segment profiles manually page by page to check and we still end up with the same shortfall amount where the last page does not provide a further cursor position thus is complete.Am I missing something or are others having the same issue?

I'm working on setting up a sunset segment for a clothing brand that sells mainly jumpers.The brand is highly seasonal, with engagement peaking around winter and dropping off significantly during summer.It's been tricky to set the timing for the sunset segment because engagement naturally falls off in summer, but I don't want to remove profiles that could still convert when winter rolls around again.Does anyone have suggestions for setting up a sunset segment that accurately cleans out truly inactive profiles without removing those who may still be potential buyers in future seasons?Are there any workarounds or combined tactics you recommend to ensure the best results?

Hello! We’ve noticed recently that we have a lot of emails that are invalid due to, mostly, misspelling. I’ve checked aprox 10 profiles and 8 out of them had already a valid account. I have already merged them (https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005073847-How-to-delete-merge-and-export-a-profile#merge-2-profiles3), but i don’t want to do this manually with +200 profiles.  I also know that enabling the double opt-in will reduce the number of invalid emails, but since the A/B testing showed up that a larger percentage of the subscribes uses the coupon when we show it on the form, this does not matter.  So I have two questions: For the first one i want to confirm why the form (currently set to not appear to already existing klaviyo profiles) actually does appear to people that have a profile. Is this because they are using a different platform (like if they registered on their work computer and are now checking the website from their phone)? And the second and important one: Is

How would you recommend setting up a dynamic product block feed for a win-back flow to send targeted recommendations based on what customers purchased or viewed? The issue I’m running into is that the product feed skews toward women’s clothing, even if the purchased items are all male. One option I’m considering is splitting the flow paths based on the gender of the purchased items—for example, showing male products for male-only purchases and female products for female-only purchases.However, I’m unsure how to handle orders that contain both male and female items. My thinking is that when an order contains only male products, the dynamic feed can focus on men’s recommendations, and vice versa for female products. But what would be the best way to handle mixed orders? Should I create a separate flow path for those, or use a weighted logic to determine which gender to prioritize? Also, would relying on browse data or predictive analytics in Klaviyo be a more effective fallback for mixed

I want to set up a waitlist for a new product launch. I’ve attached screenshots of a similar 2 step process that I want to replicate. So once people click the “Join the waitlist” link in the email, it takes them to the signup form, then a thank you page. How do I do this in the simplest way? Is it possible to use create segment (https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/reference/create_segment) to create a segment with the API based on a custom property?   For example this sample profile has Age of xyz.  Can I create a segment with the API for all ages of XYZ?  And if so is it the PROFILEPROPERTYCONDITION I need to use?   

I’m trying to target a segment with a popup but I can’t get it to work. The popup itself works when I remove the targeting condition. I’ve tried with other lists and segments and have the same issue. Even put myself in a list by myself and targeted that, and it still won’t pop up.Seems like the conditional segment recognition feature as a whole just isn’t working for some reason. I’ve removed all delays in reappering so it will come up every time i refresh the page when there are no segment conditions.  Any idea what I may be doing wrong?

I was testing our review flow, and clicked the reviews stars while viewing the email as a certain recent customer and now it’s sitting in our review approval section. It’s two stars (I tapped a star randomly) and we’d like it removed before it’s published. I’ve looked into it and apparently customers are notified if their review is rejected - is there any way to remedy this?It’s through the native Klaviyo review platform - not external.
