Is there any documentation on how to set this up correctly? There is no clear description from klaviyo on how to do this. I have followed the steps but thier is a lack of information. I am on the fence about leaving Klaviyo anyway. so if I can’t get the help I will just switch. I think its ridiculous that this is a requirement and there is no information on it.

I've created a sign up form on the website that automatically applies custom discount code for each customer in their cart.I would also like to send this customer a Welcome email with their own specific discount code. I’ve set up the welcome flow BUT how do I include each clients specific discount code instead of a generic “welcome15’?

Hello,I was encountering an issue where Klaviyo was not populating with my products from Shopify and realized that it’s an inventory tracking issue.  I found a similar thread suggesting that I need customer service to alter a setting on the back end of my account so it doesn’t unpublish my products, but unfortunately I can’t reach an actual person via customer service since my account is too old. Is it possible to get a ticket opened to do this for me, since the virtual assistant seems unable to actually assist me?Thank you!

Hi all!I have a very simple flow structure whereby i am sending out regular emails throughout a buying window of 2-3 weeks.Is it possible to make sure all of my list gets every email that i send? (I have noticed that in the flow, emails are only sent if the profile has opened the previous one!)Any help much appreciated!!!Phil

Hi,SSL setup, looking for a bit of advice as going round in circles with Godaddy / Shopify etc. We have a domain name on Godaddy, the root is pointing straight at Shopify store which is now protected with an SSL under Shopify's system.The problem is, we have setup a subdomain on Godaddy for dedicated tracking for Klaviyo, which is ok and works, however, the subdomain does not have an SSL on it and we need it to, but Godaddy said it can't be done as you are pointing the main domain to Shopify.Does anyone know if there is a way around this without breaking anything? Is it possible to point the subdomain to Cloudflare then get it secured on there, then point it from Cloudflare back to I think it’s Sendgrid Klaviyo use which will then link back to Klaviyo? Hi Klaviyo Community,I have a question regarding the discrepancy between my account’s Profile Count and the numbers for Active Subscribers and Legally Emailable Contacts.Currently, my Email Profile Count stands at 20,570. However, my Email Subscribers (as seen on the Subscriber Growth page) show only 5,393. When I created a segment for 'Legally Emailable Contacts'—those eligible to receive email marketing—the count was 20,569.I'm trying to understand what could be causing this significant difference. Specifically, what is the correct number of email profiles I can send emails to?For context, my account is linked to my Magento eCommerce store.I appreciate any insights the community can provide! Hi everyone (First time posting) I have connected Klaviyo to my WooCommerce and I think its working ok- However I have a “subscribe” box on my homepage (Wordpress site) and its not pulling through new subscribers to my klaviyo its still sending them to Mailchimp. I have deactivated Mailchimp but they still aren't reaching Klayvio-  Can anyone help me please? Do I ned to connect the form? if so HOW? Thank you

I have noticed that Klaviyo's Magento connection create personalized event names without the use of metricsExample:- Ordered "Watch - 34mm, Gold, Steel (SKU123)"  Sep 11, 2024, 9:54 AM EST- Ordered "Insurance"  Jul 31, 2024, 4:15 AM EST- Placed order for "$29.99"  Jun 28, 2024, 12:59 AM ESTIn the last case (placed order), I know how to do it, is adding the variable $value = 29.99 in the create event POST.But the first two, I have not found how to name the event if not using the metric attribute name, but the way, Klaviyo adds the Magento events placing all those above in the Magento metric only, not creating new metrics.Any idea how to name the event via API? BackgroundI am working with an e-commerce wallpaper brand. The business offers customers to purchase samples of each wallpaper at a small cost to ‘try before they buy’.I am hoping to create a flow that will target these customers, highlight the samples they purchased and nudge them to purchase the full wallpaper roll if they are ready to do so.I am able to pull the sample products that they have purchased into the email in a product grid but this, as you expect links the customer to the sample product on the website rather than the full roll product. I understand that the sample product page can be designed in such as way to aid this customer journey but I feel like this is an unnecessary step causing friction that could be avoided.  Findings so farSpeaking to Klaviyo support and Shopify support, I have been informed that I am only able to reference the product event data within the flow which does not include any of the additional Shopify metafields that may have been able to carry th

Hi friends,I have 2 shopify sites where I sell product. I have one for my wholesale sales and one for my retail sales. The wholesale one is a totally separate site, not a subdomain. Is there a way to have a separate sign up form for my wholesale customers- they get a different welcome sequence, etc. Thank you for your advice! When I try to call the tracking number metric it shows up in brackets and apostrophes [see image below]. I want it to show up as just the number with no brackets of apostrophes. hi im using API to get the liststhe problem is that i need to know the last date that a profile filled the formi can see this in the website on the "date added" column, though i can not export itand when i use the API, i have created , updated and last_event_date attributes and these are not the same as date added, as they count any action (like consent) not just filling the form.so i want a way or and attribute to get this data for our lists. is there a way to that ?

Hi!This year for Christmas, I want to do an advent calendar where subscribers will receive an e-mail every day of December about that day’s prize that can be won.Ideally, I’d like for it to be possible for subscribers to opt out of this advent calendar, but still be subscribed to the “regular” e-mail marketing. I’m thinking the way to do it is to first have an advent calendar segment or list, but I am unsure of how I could make it possible for the subscribers themselves to remove/exclude themselves from that list without unsubscribing completely.Any suggestions?

Hello, I'm trying to set up an automated post-purchase flow in Klaviyo, triggered by a "Fulfilled Order" event. The flow includes a conditional split that should check if the specific order that triggered the flow has been canceled. If the order was canceled, the flow should end for that customer.Currently, I'm using the Order ID in the conditional split to compare the "Cancelled Order" event with the "Fulfilled Order" event's Order ID ({{ event.OrderId }}), but the flow is always proceeding down the "No" path, even when the order is canceled.I'm looking for a reliable solution or workaround to ensure the flow correctly stops if the original order is canceled. Any advice on setting up this condition or alternative approaches would be greatly appreciated!Thank you a lot.

Hey guys, I’ve recently set up my first SMS flow and am offering customers 10% off when they provide their consent to SMS. I have a sign up form on site, which should trigger the SMS flow and send a text with a 10% off code. However, this is only working for new customers who are not currently in our Klaviyo database - if a customer already subscribes to emails and enters their phone number, the SMS flow will not trigger. I contacted Klaviyo support about this who told me it is expected behaviour as the profiles will merge, and the merge will prevent the flow from triggering. This is obviously causing a lot of CS contact and extra work for us, as well as causing bad feeling with our existing customers who are putting their phone numbers in and not receiving a text. Has anyone found a workaround to this or a different way to allow existing email subscribers to give email consent in return for a discount?  Thanks, Heather

I already configured everything based on this guideline. I also selected this setting in the image below on Klaviyo and also set all “List to Sync Subscribers” settings on Magento to sync to my “Yves_Mainlist” list, but all new users are still not being added to this list and they only being synced to general Profiles. Also, all new users from Magento also will have “Never Subscribed” status, so I’m not sure how to sync them as “Subscribed”.  

Hi guys, i have an existing META ad account already integrated with my Klaviyo, however I want to connect my new META ad account. Reading other community posts, it seems like we can connect 2 META ad accounts to 1 klaviyo account. If I disconnect my existing META ad account, so i can connect my new ad account, will I still have access to the customer lists on the disconnected ad account?

I like to give my email subscribers access to all available free download links.I have dozens of blog posts on my Shopify site offering a specific free download after email subscription. After someone subscribes I have buttons in my success message for all existing downloads (links to Shopify uploads).This is a low maintenance approach that has the disadvantage that the desired download is not at top of the list after the user subscribes, and buttons are painful to design in Forms.I’d like to separate this workflow, and, rather, create a form for each download, with a button to the download on the success page, with an All downloads link to a page with … all downloads. The problem now is that this would be an open page - I’d like to validate these by Klaviyo email subscription. Ideas?

I am a sponsor at a social event in our town. With that, I am building a website page on my Shopify store that will have a QR code to scan. This page will not be put on a menu, so unless you scan the code or can magically guess the address, you’d never find it.The page will be a brief & personalized (to the event) intro to the store.Can I add a pop-up to collect both email & SMS (on the same- yes, I know that’s not highly suggested but I want to make it easy for people) to appear JUST that page? Or can I embed the sign up on the private page?I don’t want that personalized pop-up to show when someone visits my main website.
