Managed Customer pending and did not receive confirmation e-mail
Hello Klaviyo Community!We recently became Klaviyo Partner and I added a customer of my agency to the Managed Customer tab. But he says he did not find the confirmation e-mail sent by klaviyo (so he can confirm and be moved from pending to active in my partner dashboard). How can I send the confirmation E-mail again?I tried reaching out to klaviyo by e-mail, that was 2 weeks ago, still no response.I have been thinking of archive the client, but I do not know how it works, and if I can add them to managed clients again after that.Did you have a similar problem? How did you solve it?
Multi-Factor Authentication - Is it possible to set up on two phones at the same time for the same account?
I have MFA set up on my own phone but I want to also set it up on a different “work” phone. Is this possible? Both would be providing authentication for the same account and both phones have different numbers.Currently I use Google Authenticator. I have tried exporting the account from the old phone to the new phone but it doesn’t work on the new phone.

Cannot update social media or URLs under "images and Brand". Fields are not editable.
Hi, I’m trying to update my URL and add Tiktok to my social media under “Images and Brand.” I’m able to delete content, but I cannot enter text into any of the input fields, and the dropdowns don’t dropdown. For example, I cannot enter any text or my URL, or my Tiktok url in the input box, even though the cursor is blinking and looks active. Also, please note that the social media selection dropdown doesn’t dropdown unless I expand my browser window. It all seems very buggy. Please see screenshots of what I’m talking about.
MFA for a Company-Wide Account?
We’re a digital marketing company with access to several different client Klaviyo accounts. One of our clients wants MFA enabled, so in order to log into our company account, we need a OTP from the Authenticator app. The problem is that only one person seems to be able to use the Authenticator app for our account. This means any time one of us needs to get into the account, we have to find the guy who has the app and ask him for the code. And the days he’s not here are days we can’t service our clients. We have a company Google Voice account specifically to get OTPs, so that anyone in the company can log into our accounts. However, I don’t see any options to use text message OTPs.How can we make it so anyone who has access to our company’s Google accounts be able to receive the OTP (in any form)? In other words, how do we structure this so that everyone on the team can log in, instead of just one person? If this is not possible, I need to know so I can explain to my boss and our clien
We need to pass Shopify Product Vendor and Product Type details to Klaviyo Custom Properties?
Hi All As we would like to segment our list and know which brand and product type has been ordered we have created custom properties within profile. For pop ups we ask for profile information eg favourite brand and product type. However we cant seem to work out how to get the API to send this information when an order is placed. We would appreciate your help/direction. Sean (In our case as an eyewear store we need to know whether customer is interested in glasses or sunglasses and also which brand is of interest as the type of customer interested in Oakley sunglasses may be quite different from a customer looking for Tiffany eyeglasses with prescription.)

Hello community.I'm migrating my website from Shopify to Wordpress, I changed practically everything manually, but it turns out that now when I enter my Klaviyo account, I never get the verification code to my institutional email. Could it be that I have changed the DNS so that they now point to my Wordpress? or other problem.Will there be another solution to access my Klaviyo account?I left 5 tickets to Klaviyo support, but none of them have been answered, that's why I'm here in the forum with my secondary account.Regards
Active On Site data, View Product Data, Add to Cart Data is not working
Hi there,Hope you guys are doing well. I have never faced this issue before. I have integrated with shopify properly and perfectly. And I also tested myself by using this Link ?firstname.lastname@example.orgBut the active on site and View product data is not working. And also I have set up the Add to cart Snippet. It’s also not working as well.Integration Active On Site data is not working. Viewed Product Data is not working as well. For Add to Cart Trigger. [ When I click on the Add to cart button it doesn’t redirect me to another page. So I follow the First Method of the Add to Cart guidelines. Rebranding and switching clients from old site to new site
Greetings,our company has done a rebranding and we have currently two websites on Shopify. Both are using Klaviyo, however we plan on switching over completely to site #1 and reduce the traffic to site #2.For this, we need to import site #2's lists and segments to site #1. I was wondering if it was possible to import customers from site #2 to site #1 with ALL the data Not emails etc. only, but ESPECIALLY including amount spent by said clients on site #2, number of purchases etc in order to have high quality analytics.Furthermore, I was wondering if we could link old products to new products (same product with different name and packaging) for targeting sake.Thank you!Best regards,Carlos
How to export file containing Magento categoreis
I can see in customer profiles that we have historical information of cutomers previous order when our store was on Magento platform ( not on Shopify )However when I exprort to csv the Magento information is missing. Has anyone encountered this issue?Thanks
Klaviyo login: 403 Error
I’m trying to log in to Klaviyo and I keep receiving a 403 error. This isn’t happening with a particular subaccount (I have several); it happens when I go to Klaviyo itself. I’ve contacted Klaviyo Support but haven’t heard back for 2 hours. I’ve tried restarting my machine, clearing my cache, incognito mode, nothing is working.Is anyone else having this problem?
Network Error 403 - Private API key related?
Hi Guys I’m receiving a ‘your request could not be submitted error’ when trying to submit a ticket on Klaviyo, so thought posting here might be the next best option..I am no longer to edit the delays/conditions on my flows - I am getting a 'Network error 403' when trying.I believe this is because I recently created a Private API key to integrate with Survicate (NPS Platform). I have tried:1. Removing Private API key on Klaviyo (but then I get an error saying 'unable to delete key').2. Removing integration with Survicate (didn't work).Does anyone have a suggestion on how I fix this?Thanks,Josh

I created a Sign Up form on my website. I can see people joining in the Profile. How can I automatically integrate the sign ups into a List please? I followed a video tutorial on here but it was from a year ago and was out of date so I couldn’t complete the procedure. Thank you!
Delete Old Products in Klaviyo
We have lots of old products from last year pulled into Klaviyo from our Shopify store from last year and very early this year that are no longer needed (from our Shopify Store) and I'd like to delete them. I constantly have to work around them since they show up when adding products to an email campaign. I have searched through the products under the content section on the product pages within Klaviyo, and I have found no way to delete them. We don't care about their history. We just want them gone. I'd appreciate anyone’s help to know how I can delete them. Thanks in advance.

How can i manage different clients?
Hi everyone, I'm MaxI have several questions that I can't find an answer to, I'm sorry but I've searched for an answer but I'm just getting more confused.I don't understand if I have to create an account with an email, and then the ecommerces I have to work for add me as admin or manager (is that right admin or manager?) and then I will have an email connected to the various accounts on behalf of these ecommerces . Or do I have to create several emails to work with these ecommerce?And another question, when I work for these ecommerces, is the email that appears when I send emails to their customer lists mine? isn't that unprofessional?Sorry if it's unclear, I just don't understand how it works.
