Implementing Klaviyo using the GTM tag

Hello, Please help with the implementation of Klaviyo. We are unable to deploy klaviyo using the GTM tag. Everything was done correctly, the tag works and turns on, but when I try to verify the domain, unfortunately the message “The script was not installed correctly” pops up.I did everything according to the instruction manual from this page: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360015392131 It does not say that you have to paste the code in the “head” section of the page code.  I would be very grateful for your help

How do I migrate to the new Public API key?

I am a noob in any coding. I received an email that Public API is retiring, and I am using my Public API for my domain (crazydomains.com.au). Can somebody help me please. The email about API retirement is just so confusing for me who has no coding knowledge.  What do I do???

Klaviyo and Unbounce on the same domain

We have landing pages (on Unbounce) on try.company.com. We want to send Klaviyo emails from the same domain, e.g. hello@try.company.comUnbounce needs the try.company.com CNAME to point to them to serve the website.Klaviyo, says it needs the same but doesn’t actually serve anything on try.company.com, it actually just needs MX records for try.company.com? I understand DNS very well, which DNS entries do I need to manually setup for Klaviyo to work (given that the try.helloheadsup.com needs to point to Unbounce)

ACTION REQUIRED] Klaviyo Magento 2 extension update

Hi all,I recently received this email:Klaviyo will retire our legacy v1/v2 APIs on June 30th, 2024. All code using these legacy v1/v2 APIs needs to be updated, and the following accounts are currently using our legacy APIs.I was notified that my account will be affected by this.We did not update any code or API, rather our team migrated to newer version of Magento i.e. 2.4.7, after this migration, we received the following email.Klaviyo will retire our legacy v1/v2 APIs on June 30th, 2024, and your Magento 2 integration will be impacted unless you upgrade the extension. Extension versions using Klaviyo’s legacy APIs will no longer operate as expected after the retirement date.You need to upgrade your Magento 2 extension before June 30, 2024. Now, I want to confirm:a. Do I only need to upgrade to the latest extension of Klaviyo and the Legacy API issue will be resolved?b. Is this upgrade going to affect my current lists, segments, flows etc?

How to fix emails going to spam without purchasing branded domain?

I believe my emails are going to spam folders because my sender domain is just an “outlook.com” domain. It’s like this because I haven’t set up a branded domain as of yet as I do not want to do that immediately. Is there a solution to ensure my emails don’t go to spam folders without purchasing a branded domain address?

Setting up new free Klaviyo account - do we need to set up branded sending domain yet?

Hi everyone, I’m setting up a new Klaviyo account on the free level. Do I need to set up the branded sending domain at this point. We won’t classify as a bulk emailer for a while. I contacted Crazy Domains to help me with setting this up, and they asked if I want to change the name server to Klaviyo. I don’t know the answer to this!? If not, they said the following: Please ask Klaviyo what is the MX record or any records to use if the server is not with them. They will provide you another settings if you will tell them that the name server is us. After that, we can add the settings in your account with us.Can anyone help?

Multiple sites on woocpmmerce

My client has two domains/sites on woocommerce let’s say shop.com as the primary one for the canadian customers and us.shop.com for other international ones…We have integrated Klaviyo and created a signup form but it’s only showing on canadian websites.. There are alot of other issues as well with managing multiple domains.. Like do we need to create a seperate account for both stores and if yes how because the klaviyo plugin is only one on woocommerce or both websites will have their seperate plugins on woocommerce?? How does this work and is there any easy way around it??  and why is this simple thing so complex

Dashboard says we're DMARC compliant but still getting Klaviyo warning emails.

I’ve chatted with klaviyou support 3 times and each time they say we are DMARC compliant and our dashboard shows that the steps are completed.We can’t understand (and neither can Klaviyou support) why we are still getting the warning notifications from Klaviyo each week!! This has been going on for months.   The only answer we are getting is “ignore the Klaviyou warning notifications.  we are sending from our domain, we’ve update our domain DNS records, and we’ve been sending from our branded domain through Klaviyou for years!!!!!!!!!

updating my sending domain

Hi, I have set up my sending domain in klaviyo, i’ve also completed all the steps in shopify.  Klaviyo is saying my sending domain is active. Yet i still get the notification to update my sending email. When i try to add my new sending domain in the sender email box its telling me to Enter a valid email address. I have spent hours watching videos and all the posts on klavyio, but nothing is working.

Issue with Global UTMs in Klaviyo

We have enabled Global UTMs to apply to our emails. Our emails often include url links that are for other businesses. For example, we link to instagram.com or eventbrite.com. The Global UTMs are applying to all links, but we would like them to only apply to those with our personal company domain. We send emails often, so it’s not ideal to have to manually apply UTM parameters on every email (message level). Question: is it possible to select a domain with which UTM parameters are applied in Global utm parameter settings? Or Is it possible to exclude utm parameters from some links and still have global utm parameters enabled?

I can’t save this screen because Klaviyo doesn’t recognize my website URL. It says it’s invalid but it’s definitely valid! www.easyemails.co What do I do?

My newsletter appears different on what I designed

My newsletter looks different from the design I created on mobile. Additionally, when I viewed it on my iPhone, it appeared different than it did on my Samsung. On my Samsung, I clicked on the "quoted text," and it opened the actual newsletter. Is there anything I can change in my settings to avoid these issues?

Issue Contacting Customer Service

I was told by a customer service agent that I should contact her to follow up on an issue about a billing error AFTER I proceeded in downgrading to a free account. She advised me to downgrade first. So I didn’t receive my credit, but now I’m UNABLE to email with the free account!! Any workaround you can suggest?

DEMARC help!! Urgent!

My emails aren’t getting through to Verizon users because of DEMARC, can someone help? First screenshot is the gmail postmaster, 2nd is our Shopify TXT records, and 3rd is from Klaviyo. Thanks in advance (FYI Im not technical so I censored some stuff, no idea if it’s sensitive or not, but did it just in case).Thanks!

Klaviyo new pricing model

Hi!I need some insight on how this new “requirement” works for old clients, do they need to change their plans to match the number of active profiles they have even though they don’t email all active subscribers?Or can they simply continue with the plan they have which in some cases is a plan with lower active profiles,  (even though they have a slightly higher number of active profiles) but around the correct/realistic number of monthly sends?I’ve tried asking Klaviyo support but not much info was given

My Sent From Isn't Working Properly

When I send an email it sometimes shows my company name as sent from (which is what I want) and sometimes it shows the beginning of the email address it’s sent from. On a computer and ipad it works properly, but on an iphone it doesn’t. It has drastically affected my open rate. Any idea what’s going on? We need help!

Branded sending domain saying "pending"

Hello. I am trying to set up the branded sending domain but can’t even get past the 1st step. It’s saying “pending” at the first step when I go to set up the branded sending domain. I don’t have an option to “add”. This is stressing me out as I don’t know what to do, there are no instructions on how to trouble shoot this. HELP!

So I have two Klaviyo accounts one is for angela@swankboutique.net and the other is for angela@friendsafter40.com.  Yesterday, I had noticed that all of my swankboutique emails had gone to my Friends After 40 account and I do not want that.  How do I keep these accounts separate? Angela
