Horizontal rules in mobile
I’m having a strange issue with horizontal rules in email designs. We have a horizontal rule that shows up correctly in desktop, but doesn’t in mobile view. Here is the horizontal rule (dark orange/bronze color) working perfectly in desktop view.These are the specs of the horizontal rule in desktop.So I duplicate this horizontal rule exactly as it is but set it to show on Mobile instead...and this is what happens.It has the exact same specs as its desktop counterpart, but for some reason it stretches across the entire area and nothing changes when I try to tweak the padding. Is anyone else having the same issue? How do you fix it?
Why is our cart rebuilt button taking us to the home page vs. checkout?
Hello, There is something weird that happening around our cart abandon flow. When we’re clicking the CTA button, it doesn't take us to the abandoned product page, it only takes us to the Home page, making it extremely difficult to find solutions on it. Is there anyway around on how to fix this type of issue? Our ecommerce platform is Magento 2.3
When using $source property what happens if someone fills out another form before the flow is finished?
Hi guys! I have a very similar situation to this existing discussion: From what I can tell, the $source property that is applied to a contact after signing up via a form changes when the same contact fills out another form with a different $source property. My situation is this:I want to have a three day flow for an ebook that customers will receive after filling out a form with a specific $source property.But what happens if this customer then fills out a different form before this flow is completed and the $source property on their contact changes?Will they stop receiving emails from this flow immediately? Or will the flow still finish? I’m not sure if this is an obvious question but I can’t seem to find the answer anywhere and want to make sure I know what will happen. Many thanks for your help,Maddie
Shopify newsletter signup form not adding to klaviyo list
I’m using Shopify Dawn theme and inserting a section with email signup, but when I use it the email is only added to Klaviyos contact list, and I can’t get it into the newsletter list.I’ve also tried to create a signup form through Klaviyo and added the embed code to my newsletter page in a custom liquid sectoion, but nothing shows up, it’s just blank.Shopify is in my Klaviyo integrations and vice versa.
Post-Puchase Flow: Problem with the conditional split
Hi,I want our customers to receive customised emails - depending on which product they have bought. Therefore I created a post purchase flow.For example: If customers buy a cotton product they receive email A, if they buy cashmere they receive email B and so on. If the conditions do not apply, i.e. the customer has not bought product A, B, C or D, then they automatically receive a generic email. Currently, almost all customers fall into the category with the generic email, even though they fulfill the given conditions like they bought product A but received the generic email. So obviously I have an error in the flow, probably with the conditional split. However, I am not getting anywhere here. Can anyone tell me what I need to set in the conditional split?
Send acknowledgment email to user added via API
HiWe have built an integration with OneTrust and since there’s no webhook feature in Klaviyo we are using OneTrust to collect subscriptions and then send users to Klaviyo via APIs.Everything works fine, just depending on the collection point used to collect data OneTrust has capability to send or not the final acknowledgment email with record of consent.Is there a way to send these emails from Klaviyo also for users added to Profiles via API? Back in stock notifications not working - BigCommerce
Hi folks, I’ve recently installed this following the Klaviyo documentation, however it doesn’t appear to be working. I’ve used the “inspect” tool in chrome and I can see the code snippet on the page for an out of stock item, but that’s about as far as my expertise goes with troubleshooting, and as usual, all the other posts I can find about this not working are specific to Shopify, rather than BigCommerce. Does anyone have any suggestions?Thanks!
Why is my Styling Rending Different in Outlook?
Hi,Has anyone of you tried optimizing your campaigns on Outlook?I’m designing some flows but are struggling to get the design right for example on both Gmail and Outlook at the same time.Here are the things I’m struggling with:- footer padding: odd white space in Outlook while the email looks perfect in Klaviyo/ Gmail, or the other way around- product block style, especially the font and the click button styling. I can't display the selected font style in outlook and the buttons look really off in Outlook.- random thin padding under some of the blocks in Outlook- No text spacing in Outlook, but again, looks perfect in Klaviyo & GmailWould love to learn more about your experience and how you worked with that.Thank you for your help.
Campaign didn't send as scheduled and stuck in "Ready and waiting" status
Hi all, I scheduled a campaign to go out during a specific time this evening (not recipient local time) and it still hasn’t sent almost 1 hour later. It appears to be stuck in the campaign’s “Ready and waiting” status which I don’t understand. Has anyone else experienced this or know how to troubleshoot the issue? Klaviyo live chat support shut down at 5pm ET and my email was scheduled to send at 6pm ET, so live support isn’t available tonight to help me with this.Thank you in advance!
how to add a free printable and sync email
Im having issues with adding a free printable. I designed a pop up and an email for the free printable but how do I sync the email with the pop up, so that when they sign up, the email template with the google link is sent automatically to them. I had to put the link in the subscription confirmation box (pic below) for now but prefer not to.
Click to Copy Button for Referrals
Hi! We’re currently working on re-vamping our referral program and would like to add a button to an email with a “copy to clipboard” CTA that will automatically copy the url we assign to the button to the users clipboard which they would then be able to share with friends and family. Any chance this is possible in the template editor? We have other similar variable syntax (apply coupon to cart, etc.) but I can’t find any articles on this use case.
Specific Recipient for Back-in-Stock Email
Using Shopify. Need something like a back-in-stock alert but for specific audiences only. I want to send back-in-stock emails only to people that previously bought from Collection A of my Shopify store. Then ideally, no duplicate emails if they bought Product A and Product B, separately, from Collection A. Is there like a flow for this?

Will custom fonts be made available in the new template editor?
I reached out to support recently and was told that custom fonts are not supported in the new editor - are they going to be implemented at some point? Even incorporating google fonts would go a long way (look at how Elementor does this for a good reference).Pretty disappointed with all the new features mentioned only to see that they’re mostly buggy or not ready.
How to use Source Value for Flow Filter
I am wanting to send people to one main email list. I have a few different ways people get to that list so I am wanting to use Flows to send different emails (initially) to my opt-ins depending on where they came from. And then after a few emails they would end up getting emails from my main list. Specifically on one of my forms I created or added a source value for my form to make it more identifiable but when I go in to the Flow Filter to select that source value, I see no option to choose it. Not sure what I am doing wrong.

Segment based on repeated orders of a particular product
Hey alltogether,I want to have a segment thats fit the following conditions:repeated customer ordered defined product more then once several times in his lifetimeI struggle with 3.My segment contains customers who placed orders at least 2 times. And it includes the customers who ordered the defined product 2 or more times in one order. My Segment should only contain customers who ordered a defined product at least two times in different orders (can be same day but usually longer time span within the next order.)I think i miss something but i can’t get around it. Any help, hint, workaround would be appreciated.:)BR Frank
