I have created a Klaviyo account yesterday and bought a $150 plan. Then integrated with my woo commerce and uploaded my list. Now before sending the first email suddenly my account was saying under review and now saying account is disabled. What should I do now?
Hi there, Having an issue where my embed form is only showing up about half the time on page load. I’m not sure what the issue is. It’s a Shopify site and I have synced the 2 products and placed the embed code on the html. The form should show up in the footer and on this page: https://thewineconnection.com/pages/birthdayAny help is appreciated. At a loss here. Thank you!
I made a sign up form through Klaviyo and attached the code to my site. The problem is the theme’s default pop up still keeps showing along with the Klaviyo form and everytime I try to remove the default one, the Klaviyo form disappears as well.
Hello, @davidOur account is disabled and we don’t knowthe reason. I searched the cummunity and saw your answer that new account needs manual account review. Maybe, we need manual account review? How can we get manual account review so that our account can be re-enabled? Please help us, thank you in advance.Best Wishes
Hello, I’m still new to Klaviyo and I am having trouble with the prebuilt replenishment flow. In my email, there is a section that says “click here to go straight to checkout” however in preview when I click the link it says the link is expired. Is this just because it is in preview mode? Other links work fine. I also keep getting a red alert box when I try to save some text that says “invalid template tag on line 2 ‘endwith’ expected ‘empty’ or ‘endfor’… did you forget to register this tag? So I’m wondering if this has something to do with this. Can someone let me know what I’m missing. I appreciate it so much!
Hi all, I have recently installed this app and i am aware in can be integrated with Klaviyo. My flow is setup to trigger if someone enters their email into the newsletter section but as this app works independently all the data collected so far does not carry over to Klaviyo. Am i right in assuming once i install the integration that all the data captured by the app will transfer to Klaviyo and trigger the flows? Hope this makes sense?
Hello! I have an email that I am hoping to send out with a link that takes you to a website. This website is where clients we work with login to access information. The link in the email currently takes you to a 404 error page on the site, even though when I paste the link in a browser it works correctly. I had a coworker figure out that this was because of tracking settings in Klaviyo. However, she no longer works with us and I don’t know what the setting is that we are supposed to change in order for that link to work properly. Would anyone have an idea on what tracking settings I might be able to change for this to work? Thank you!
Hello, I am new on Klaviyo, I created a List and linked to a Sing-up Form where the client can get a 10% discount if he gives me his/her mobile number.I tried some tests with friends and family but even though the sign-up form registered 11 submission, the list is still empty, while the “profile” section is correctly working.It may be useful to you to know that in the Opt-in process I flagged “single opt-in”. What could it be? Can anybody help me?Thank you in advance
HiFollwed the help in Klaviyo to create an unengaged segment. I then moved these profiles to Supressed profiles.After doing this I noticed around 500 profiles out of the 10,000 are still in the unengaged segment. I repeated the supress action but they are still there. Why would this be and what do I do about it please?Thanks
I’m trying to create a segment for the Garden collection on my store. When I create the segment, it incorrectly classifies people that purchased a non-garden product and no one that purchased a garden product. Yes, I double checked the tags and collections on my store.
I’m looking for advice re: the timing of updating DNS records when migrating from a different ESP over to Klaviyo. Is it safe to update my DNS records and verify a new domain PRIOR to the final transition? Will that impact any emails being sent from my old ESP? How critical is it to begin sending emails from Klaviyo immediately after the DNS records have been updated?I’ve received conflicting information from two very trusted sources.
Hello I'm trying to create a list of people who haven't bought in the last 30 days or more but no Mather what condition I set that don't see to work and show me profile from yesterday, o from 31days how did buy, i don't understand if I'm just not understanding the conditions, but I have tried everything that makes sense and everything that doesn't make sense too I attached the conditions that I have tried and the profiles that they show me that clearly don't mach the criteria for example those definitions/ condotions get me and which they should not be included in the list right? please Help i dont know what to do i have seen videos on you tube, I use the same setting and it just doesnt work,..
Hi,My account shows 18,620 subscribers but my plan is only for 10,500. Does this mean that I can only send to up to the 10,500 and I am not contacting the addtional at all, or are my mails going to various subscribers out of the total number?Or do I need to upgrade to mail the total number of subscribers?Hope this makes sense?Thanks
Hello,I am just getting familiar with Klaviyo. I have set my abandoned cart flow and also an email subscription flow. Both are working fine, after a few days at least. So I am getting familiar.Also worried.I had been working with Mautic for years prior to switching to Klaviyo.I am only saying this because I am used to running email drips triggered on a certain date.Now I thought Flows would have that capability but I can’t seem to find it. What I need to do is send two types of emails on a certain day in the future.• Email A goes to buyers of a product (a simple offer with a discount). • Email B goes to those visitors of a product page who haven’t yet bought the product (thus it has more content, mainly more awareness with an offer as well).After sending these two types I wait till Friday the send both groups an Email 2, which is a reminder that the offer is about to expire.Now it is easy to set this flow in Klaviyo, apart from a start date.I want to be able to say, start this fl
Hello just started to use kalivo. i have created a sign up form. but as its going to be used as a semi booking in form i want to send them a different email sequence. to my normal list.. is it possible if so how? i also would like to send them an reminder email based on the date they selected. but like “looking forward to see you later today” is that possible?
