Newbie here

I'm wondering if there is an option where I can just have someone set everything up for me. I'm trying to add my email campaigns but I see I have to break apart and individually upload each text/image etc from my Canva templates instead of just drag and drop. It's going to take me hours where it might take someone knowledgable minutes. Is there a feature that I can have everything done for me? Obviously it would be an upgrade or pay feature but does it exist? Please help! I'm an old lady with minimal tech knowledge! Help!

Accidentally Deleted Flow Emails

  I was working on a flow, and deleted 4 of the emails in in. Is there any way to recover it? I don't have a backup of it. Thank you!l

Can I change mail content in a time A/B testing when 1st batch is sent?

I have created an email campain which I wanted to test sending times with. So the mails are identical with several sending times. After the first mail was sent I recieved customer feedback about a mistake I made. Is there a possibility to fix this for the mails scheduled for sending later? (There are a few hours left until the planned time)

Success step not showing

Hey!So, I am customizing multi-step email and SMS popup and I have 2 questions.1) Is there any way through which I can get my customers' phone numbers (customers who are visiting my website on their phones) by asking them to type their phone numbers? Cause on the desktop you can just type your phone number while in phone you have to click on subscribe and it will take you to your text messaging app and you have to send a default text to me to subscribe to my SMS.   When I am customizing the whole popup in a mobile’s preview, the ‘success’ and ‘+ step’ options are disabled, while again in desktop they work perfectly fine

Dynamic date property download

I have a question regarding a flow I set up to create a unique number for each customer who received the email. I used a date property because I couldn't figure out any other way. But now I need to download the list with all those unique numbers, and I'm hoping there's a way to do it because we're doing giveaways based on the numbers. Is there a way? Thank you!

Pop up help from old website to new

I recently updated my website on Shopify to a completely new template than what I was previously using for my new customer discount pop up. When I switched over to my new template, the pop up did not come with it, and I can’t figure out how to get it to my new template. I’ve tried recreating it and publishing, but that didn’t work. Anyone have a solution so I can continue to get email subscribers? Thanks in advance!

Test preview not being sent

Hello everyoneBasically what is states in the tittle. We manage several accounts, and none of them seem to be sending preview emails to any email address. Already checked and none of them have reached the previews limits and from time to time one of the attempts manage to land a preview in an inbox.They are also not landing in spam or being bounced or otherwise. Regular sends seems to be working well, is just previews of any kind (emails, SMS and MMS) which aren’t working.Is anyone else experiencing something like this?

Feature Request: better auto-formatting of bullet points of copy-pasted text from Google Docs

We draft all our emails in Google Docs and port over the content into Klaviyo’s drag-and-drop editor.The main issue we have is with bullet points. On every single email, we need to perform these steps at least once. It’s definitely a pain and something that could be automated.I am aware of other recommendations to clean out formatting to give yourself a clean slate, but that takes even more time, because we then need to re-create all my hyperlinks and formatting again.It seems like Klaviyo is able to understand Google Docs formatting pretty well overall, so could we just make it automatically add the padding to bullet point lists as in the linked steps above ?

Klaviyo + Netsuite Integration

Good Afternoon! Having a hard time figuring out an integration issue, so thought I would reach out to the community. I work for a B2B company that sells cell phone accessories to cell phone providers/stores. We currently have Netsuite as our CRM, which houses all transactional/purchase data from our customers and our website is protected by a log in screen. Due to this siloed data, I cannot connect the purchase data with our email data in Klaviyo, nor accurately track any clicks within the emails as they drop off at the log in screen. We would like to start behavioral sending, but without that data I cannot move forward with this initiative. Can anyone point me in the correct direction? I found a javascipt tracking code in a Klaviyo article that we can imbed on our website, but I also need to figure out how to push netsuite data into klaviyo. Halp!Thank you!

Holdout Test for Email Sending Frequency Testing

Has anyone designed and set up a holdout test in Klaviyo to help determine their optimal email sending frequency? Just looking for tips and best practices for setting up such a test in Klaviyo, since the platform doesn’t offer an out-of-the-box solution for this, and I believe it requires several layers of multiple steps to pull it off.I’ve read a few general online articles about setting up holdout tests, but nothing that has gotten into deeper specifics for this particular use case. Anyone figure out how to recommend highly personalized products based on zero-party data (e.g. a quiz)?

Hello. I have a question about getting data into Klaviyo for more personalized product recommendations.For context, we’re building a Shopify app that uses a special kind of campaign to generate and share dynamic quizzes. So, for example, for Halloween you could automatically generate a quiz like “Are You a Skincare Witch or a Moisture Mummy? Find Out Now!” in a few minutes to your lists, on your site, social channels, etc.Your customers would take the quiz and get timely product recommendations along with other preference data you could use for follow-on marketing campaigns.Klaviyo has some built-in options to make recommendations:But how to we send this new quiz data to Klaviyo to make even more personalized recommendations?I reviewed the Klaviyo docs on this, but see no obvious way to do this.The preference would be an option like: Personalize based on “Products a customer may like based on quiz results” where we either 1) give Klaviyo the customer preferences to recommend the produc

Order confirmation email for Shopify - Customise with metadata

Hi there,  I use shopify to sell workshops, and I would like to populate my order confirmation email with additional details like location and time. The typical shopify order confirmation email only includes the name of the product & variant. I have already set the date and time and some additional texts as a metafield in shopify but I am having trouble locating that metafield data and loading it onto klaviyo. Would be great I could get some help on this. Thanks so much.

Rest request for Magento 2

Hi,I am trying to add additional data for magento event (“Checkout started” and “Fulfilled Shipment”).For this we extend response of Magento for following REST API call (for “Checkout started” ):https://mymagentourl.com/rest/V1/carts/search?searchCriteria[currentPage]=1&searchCriteria[pageSize]=100&searchCriteria[sortOrders][0][field]=created_at&searchCriteria[sortOrders][0][direction]=DESCAnd when I check response in Postman, I see required data (some additional images). But when I check Activity Details for this event in Klaviyo - I do not see this data.Can you help me, probably I am checking incorrect rest request? Or probably not all data from API response is available in “Activity Details” ? Thank you in advance!Alex

Clarification on Trade Program Signup Flow

I’m creating a flow to encourage some customers to enter our trade program.  I’ll be identifying these customers manually and putting them into a segment which will trigger this flow.  I’m not sure if I have this flow structured correctly.  Particularly with the time delays.  I want to send them a unique cupon with an additional discount if they sign up for the list. If they don’t sign up within four days, I want to send a followup, then if they still don’t sign up, move them to a “cold” segement.With the way I have it currently set up will the first conditional split be the “Yes” branch if they sign up at any point within four days or does it need to be immediate?  I don’t want there to be a delay between them signing up and getting the discount code.

Prestashop integration problems and questions

Hi,I have installed the official Klaviyo prestashop module but I am facing some problems and also have some doubts: 1- It does nor sync API events: Added to Cart, Active on Site, or Viewed Product 2-Added to cart is not even created as event in klaviyo. It should be in API section according to the documentation) 3- Started checkout does not work:  4- Question; Should we use this script when using the module? How to exclude 0 to 0.01€ orders from being considered as purchases?

Hello, On my company’s website, it’s possible to order a sample of our product for free and on Shopify these sample requests show as orders.I want to set up a segment for repeat buyers, but I don’t know how I can exclude sample orders from being considered as orders and only count the clients who ordered real products. Even if I add the filter of order product value as greater than 1 + placed order is greater than 1, the segment will still count the sample orders as “real orders” and clients who just ordered a sample and another product will be considered as repeat buyers. How should I proceed? Thank you.

Yahoo accounts not receiving emails

I am new to the website and I am trying to send a few emails just to make sure everything is looking good before sending to customers. Two of the emails that are being sent are to a yahoo.com account. For some reason, they are not receiving them in the inbox or junk. Is there a way to fix this?

High Bounce Rate on Flow | Fake Email Addresses - Help!

Hi,I am auditing all of our live flows and I came across our Abandoned Cart Flow which has an unusually high bounce rate across the board at almost 9%. Upon looking into the analytics, I found that there is a long list of fake emails: Do you know why this would happen or how to prevent it?
