Splitting a List Equally

I see that you can get a Random Sample of a list, but I am looking for a way to break our main list into 4 equal parts.  Is there an easy way to do that within the platform?

My email flow won't work

Hi all, I have set up an email flow but it’s working. Can I ask- When I set up a “list” do I need to add a tag? So that when I do the flow I can also select the same tag? The emails are filtering through from my website to the correct list. The email flow is triggered by the list and has a tag But the only thing I can see that might be stopping it is: There was no tag on the “list” set up…. Could it be this stopping my email flow? ThanksJ

How to get sharp logo on the Subscribe and Preferences Pages

When I add my logo to the Subscriber and Preference Pages (for example, the Email Confirmation) my logo is always a little blurry.If I use a larger images so it’s higher resolution it just makes the actual logo much bigger on the Email Confirmation.Any idea how to make a logo crisp and sharp on these pages? See screenshot provided.

Adding an Opted-In Attribute

I’m new to using Klaviyo and I’m trying to find the most efficient way to select customers who have opted-in and have not unsubscribe, none regarding where the data was collected.  At the moment, we add every-single lists into a segment (there are a lot and it will only continue growing) and add the condition ‘is not suppressed from marketing’ which I feel is quite a hassle.  Is there an attribute (existing or custom) which could be as simple as ‘Marketing Permission is True’ or ‘Opted-in to Marketing’ and which would be updated when someone is added to a list or unsubscribe from emails?  Thanks

Automatic Email Frequency Preferences Feature Request

I’ve found it to be difficult to allow my subscribers to update their email frequency preferences, rather than opt out because its a heavy lift on our end rather than something that happens automatically from Klaviyo. I’d be nice for preferences to happen automatically rather than having to create segments and ‘exclude’ them from every campaign and flow created.An amazing feature would be automatic email frequency preferences - essentially how its currently done with unsubscribes, when a profile chooses to unsubscribe from emails then Klaviyo automatically suppresses that profile - it would be great if theres an option to allow profiles to choose getting weekly, bi weekly, or monthly emails instead and Klaviyo would essentially 'suppress' them for that given time and then make them active again once that time period is up automatically.

Flow not sending to all subscribers in the Segment used as trigger

Hi!  I created a Newsletter flow and used a Segment I created as its trigger. I have over 5,000 subscribers from my mailing list on this Segment. The number also keeps on growing as some more conditions are met from people who are on our Shopify.  However, of the 5,000 emails included on the Segment, only about 100 emails were delivered when I tested the first email on the flow. I was wondering why would that be?   Would appreciate your suggestions and help as I am getting quite frustrated   Thank you!

suppressed are only suppressed for email? - how to unsubscribe from email and SMS?

When suppressing  email subscribers -is only email is supporessed?If they have consented to SMS - they will still receive SMS?When removing SMS subscribers due to not engaging - this must be done manually?Thanks

Segment based on repeated orders of a particular product

Hey alltogether,I want to have a segment thats fit the following conditions:repeated customer ordered defined product more then once several times in his lifetimeI struggle with 3.My segment contains customers who placed orders at least 2 times. And it includes the customers who ordered the defined product 2 or more times in one order. My Segment should only contain customers who ordered a defined product at least two times in different orders (can be same day but usually longer time span within the next order.)I think i miss something but i can’t get around it. Any help, hint, workaround would be appreciated.:)BR Frank

Shopify newsletter signup form not adding to klaviyo list

I’m using Shopify Dawn theme and inserting a section with email signup, but when I use it the email is only added to Klaviyos contact list, and I can’t get it into the newsletter list.I’ve also tried to create a signup form through Klaviyo and added the embed code to my newsletter page in a custom liquid sectoion, but nothing shows up, it’s just blank.Shopify is in my Klaviyo integrations and vice versa.

Viewed Product Shows in Activity but NOT in Segment

Greetings, We are seeing “Viewed Product” tracked in the activity log, complete with URL, ProductID, Name, and so on. However, when creating a segment to try to isolate users who have viewed a specific product, the segment returns null. I am able to find a user (or group of users) who fit the parameters in the activity feed, but the segment does not include them. Segment setup is super simple:  Any ideas?

Show rendered email subject on profiles

When using dynamic and conditional content on email subjects, It would be great to have the rendered version shown in the profile activity panel.Right now it shows the original “code” with special characters, which is not only hard to read but also making it a guessing game to know what the profile has received as an email subject.

Segmentation not filtering profile

Unsubscribe page for emails sent to Segments

I’m a new user and very confused about Unsubscribe/Preferences.Our customer Profiles are being populated via the API and not going onto a List. Campaigns and Flows will be targeted based on Segments. I’d like to create sophisticated manage preferences options someday but we are starting simple without that. As I understand it, that means I am stuck with the default Unsubscribe page, but I am seeing problems with that:That page contains, by default, both an UNSUBSCRIBE button and a link to UPDATE PREFERENCES. I can’t edit those. The Update Preferences link is extremely confusing if you don’t have any preferences that can be updated. I hope I’m missing something simple, here. HELP!

Using Revenue Hunt Recommendation in a Klaviyo Email

Hello,Currently, my client is using “Revenue Hunt” in his brand. So he has this form/test integrated in his website. After filling out the form, Revenue Hunt will then suggest 3 products that are fit to the liking/preferences of the person. We would like to incorporate these 3 suggested items in a flow. So, everytime the person fills out the form, he will enter our flow. First email of the flow will then contain these 3 suggested items. How do I do that? Is there a certain coding that I need to do? Also I made sure that his Shopify Account and Revenue Hunt account is integrated. Thank you in advance!

Klaviyo + Shopify tag integration

Hi!I’m trying to figure out how to export a list from Klaviyo into Shopify in order to tag the customers. I know I can do it the reverse way into Klaviyo.Is it possible to do it in reverse?For example, I’m trying to update all the profiles in my Shopify customer list with the custom field from a klaviyo segment: Tag: Club level = MemberIf I do this as a csv and import it into Shopify it just makes new customers without updating the current ones. Thanks,Michael

Automatically move profile to different list on user action in email

Hi there, I am currently trying to sort the profiles into different list based on their language.So far so good but there might be a few mistakes with the sorting.I’d like to add an action (button, link, whatever..) in my email that proposes the user to be moved from the list of language A to the list of language B and thus be removed from list of language A.I’d like to perform those actions automatically without having to manually exporting and reimporting to or deleting from lists.Ay suggestions for that? Thanks a lot :)

Unable to retrieve List using V2 api

Segment based on Filled Out Lead Ad before Placing an Order

hi there! i was trying to create a segment that will include people who placed orders but only after they have filled out a facebook lead ad, and I couldn’t figure out how to create the condition - that the order was only after the ad when I create the segment...any ideas? Thank you

Segment using start of product name or SKU

Using segmenting, is it possible to build a segment that works off filtering part of the product name  or SKU? (where product name CONTAINS  “foo”) or (product name STARTS WITH “foo”). I can only see a filter for EQUALS in the segment filtering? Alternatively wildcards would work -are they available?

Is it possible to have two separate Klaviyo customer profiles that use the same email address?

My company has a CRM in which we create a customer account for each individual person. However, some customers (e.g. a husband and wife) share the same email address. As a result, the CRM integration with Klaviyo currently overwrites the Klaviyo profile with whichever customer is getting updated. Furthermore, if we trigger an email, the current name on the profile is used in the personalized email message. For example, if the most recent Klaviyo profile update puts the husband’s name on the profile, but the wife subsequently books an appointment, an email is sent to their shared email address with the husband’s name and the wife’s appointment details. Is it possible to have two profiles with different IDs but the same email?
