I am looking to delete all of the profiles in my account. I used the profile maintenance tool (https://www.klaviyo.com/account#maintenance-tab) to delete subscribers from my existing Lists, but I still have hundreds of profiles listed under https://www.klaviyo.com/people. All of my lists and segments show 0 in the columns, but my account shows me over the profile limit. I’d like to delete them to go back under the limit.
I uploaded my Aweber list of 343 opted-in people into Klaviyo. When I check my Master List it shows all 343 were imported; however, only 221 show in the Master List.In addition, my Profile List shows 234 active profiles.Where are the other 122 people from my imported Master List?I am confused.
Hi!I’m very new to Klayvio and seem to have synced up the “Newsletter” list in Klayvio with my Shopify account successfully. However, I haven’t switched over from my current ESP yet. In prep, I imported a “suppression” list to Klayvio. I wanted to ensure this list will be kept current when contacts unsubscribe from today, so I “unsubscribed” in my current ESP to test the functionality in Klayvio. I am “not subscribed” in Shopify, but for some reason that hasn’t synced over to Klayvio and I’m still on the “newsletter” list and appear as “subscribed” in the user profile on Klayvio.Any help would be greatly appreciated. HiFollwed the help in Klaviyo to create an unengaged segment. I then moved these profiles to Supressed profiles.After doing this I noticed around 500 profiles out of the 10,000 are still in the unengaged segment. I repeated the supress action but they are still there. Why would this be and what do I do about it please?Thanks
Hi everyone! I just imported a contact list from our previous ESP using a CSV file, and then realised I incorrectly mapped some data, selecting data type “String” instead of “List” or “Date”. Is there anyway to revert this? Or undo the import and import again?

Hi all, I seem to of got myself in a little bit of a mess and just seem to be going round in circles. Im so confused. Here are some details: I have a sign up pop up I have an embeded form on my website. When I signed up to Klaviyo I made a list lets call it ‘List A’On this list I have 217 people I have created a segment for all those who accept marketing using: Subscribed to List at least onceover all time OR Accepts Marketing is trueThis list now has 295 members?? - how can that be? I have today added a check box to my pop up form that is accepting marking and sourced that to accepts marketing: true. Do my people who subscribe from my pop up and subscription page go straight to my ‘List A’? As you can tell I really have got myself in a state over it. Thanks
Hi all, I have this situation where a user is clicking links in the emails I’ve sent, viewing products via those links, etc…But Klaviyo is not registering that these emails have been opened. I only happened to notice this when I was checking out a profile that I was going to suppress due to engagement. Thanks in advance for any help or clarification! :)
Hey guys, We recently switched from Mailchimp to Klaviyo. We have a list of about 54k subscribers, with around 11k unengaged (from Mailchimp). I exported a CSV of the unengaged segment and added it to the suppression tab in the profiles section. However, when I look at the Newsletter (which they were all a part of), the number is exactly the same. Does supressing them not remove them from the main list? Am I doing something wrong? The active subscribers number has been updated.
Tidio>Klavyio did an import, profiles flagged with "accepts marketing' are not going into my newsletter list...
So I’m having a frustrating time with Klaviyios Newsletter lists.People never seem to show up often directly from Shopify (even though they accept marketing by default) or heck when importing from an Excel (off Tidio), even though these are people flagged with ‘accepts marketing', they’re still not making it into my list… I mean I even imported them directly into the list! And they’re still not there.What is going on? Can someone please help. How can I even flag, them into that list in Klavyio? as another question
I changed a collection name after setting up my klaviyo segment and lost all my profiles...it went from 149 down to 6. How do I find and merge all profiles that have purchased this product line? I’ve tried a couple different ways...I’ve tried by collections which is not working because the collection title was changed...and I’ve tried by vendor which I noticed was set up in my Shopify account incorrectly so….how do I get all these profiles in one net to add them to a segment?

Hello, so from my understanding, klaviyo uses shopify’s built in email list to manage the people you are going to email. But say I want to run a special promotion with specific people, and if I add them to a list, won’t they just get bundled together with all the other emails ? Is there a way to tell klaviyo to only email specific people that opted in from a specific page only ? and have a flow based on that ?
I’m trying to segment a list from an A/B/C split test email that went out.The segment was created, then the campaign was split test. Two groups got unique offers. The third group got no offer.I’d like to follow up with the groups that got offers to remind them they expire soon.How can I do this? I can't currently even see who got which email.
So we finally managed to migrate our SMS CSV-file from attentive to Klaviyo with both opt-in and opt-out using boolean data type. Now when I try to create a segment for only those opted in, it adds everyone! Is there a way to view how many are opt-in vs opt-out? And what could we be doing wrong?
Hi folks, I have a list of subscribers to import. Some of whom were already in Klaviyo, some were not. I removed the already existing profiles from the exported list, and basically have “email”, “First Name” and “Last Name”. There are a lot of name fields that are empty. Some hade problematic info in them, like duplicates of the email address, strings of numbers or the person had entered the business name etc. I’ve cleaned up my list and ready to export the .csv for import into Klaviyo - are there any issues with importing/mapping a list with some cell values blank?Thanks!
Hey! I want to look in-depth into my list growth of all my customers and was wondering if customers that opt in for marketing will land into the “Newsletter” list, where would ALL my customers (regardless of their purchasing behaviour & including customers that opt out from marketing) land in?
