Segment based on repeated orders of a particular product

Hey alltogether,I want to have a segment thats fit the following conditions:repeated customer ordered defined product more then once several times in his lifetimeI struggle with 3.My segment contains customers who placed orders at least 2 times. And it includes the customers who ordered the defined product 2 or more times in one order. My Segment should only contain customers who ordered a defined product at least two times in different orders (can be same day but usually longer time span within the next order.)I think i miss something but i can’t get around it. Any help, hint, workaround would be appreciated.:)BR Frank

How can I target Shopify gift card purchasers?

We are planning to run a gift card promotion where customers receive a bonus discount with the purchase of different denominations of gift cards. I’m trying to establish a flow that will send an automatic discount to anyone who purchases a gift card between a specific date range (promotion window).I’ve tried configuring trigger splits the following ways but either receive a Network Error when I enter the Shopify Gift Card product ID, or I’m not able to select gift cards as the specific product trigger.Trigger: Ordered Product > Trigger Filter: ProductID equals [Gift Card ID] Trigger: Placed Order > Flow Filter: Someone has ordered product where Product ID equals [Gift Card ID] between promotion window dates Trigger: Placed Order > Trigger Filter: Items contains [Digital Gift Card - not available as an option in Klaviyo, while all my other products are]Is there a reason why Klaviyo does not recognize Shopify gift cards as a product? Is there any workaround for this? Thank you!

Adding filter for specific flow to segment, but not all flows available?

Hi folks, I’m trying to build a segment that catches profiles who have not opened and have not clicked on any email from a particular flow, however the flow is not available in the filter dropdown:I thought it may be because the flow is in manual mode, but there are several others not available that are live. Could someone please clarify why this might be the case? Thanks!

Shopify Tags

We currently have so many variations of the same labeled tag, which is causing our Flow automation to fail to grab everyone we wish to receive those emails. Is there a way to manage your Shopify tags from Klaviyo? We want to consolidate and clean up these values, but I cannot find a place to do so in Klaviyo or Shopify.

How to completely remove a subscriber

I have been testing subscriber webforms in Shopify and I can subscribe to a list fine.  When I do another test I remove the email address manually but I cannot subscribe again.  I have searched for the email address and it does not appear anywhere.Can someone tell me how to completely remove a subscribers email?It must be recorded in Klaviyo some where but I cannot find it.Thanks in advance.Paul

Trouble importing a list and understanding profiles in my account

Hi, I am completely new here 😀 A marketing company we were paying for to do Klayvio have left me stranded with a messed up account. I don’t have a clue really what I am doing and because the set up stage has been done by someone else which seems a mess, it seems so confusing to me. I have watched videos, but none of them seem to show the issues I have. If I could start it from scratch I would, but we already have some contacts in there now.Question 1I logged in yesterday to have a look and try and upload a csv file from another marketing platform we have, with no joy. I have checked the date and everything of the file but it still fails. The list had the customer email, first name, last name and date consented only, so I am not sure what I am doing wrong.Question 2When I logged in is showing me we have 2540 counts under profiles, not in any list, however, today the profile count is the same but I cannot view any emails now. Has anyone else had this issue of them not showing? Question

Opt-Out Of Campaigns - Without Landing Page

Hi, I’m trying to set up an option to opt-out of future campaigns (e.g. Mother’s Day). This guide below”  is really helpful, but unless get these properties from a sign-up form (which would exclude existing customers), it looks like I have to create a landing page.   Is there a way to get subscribers to opt-out of upcoming campaigns without having to direct them to a landing page? Thanks so much.

Hello.I’m looking to send personalized products recommendations to subscribers using dynamic blocs.The product recommendations will be a JSON feed from another system.I was wondering if I could use a web feed with products per profile. How to import birthday contact list to existing klaviyo profile

Hi Everyone, Need some help please, been trying to search but couldn't find the right answer. Can anyone give guidance on how to do it: I wanted to update contact lists that are already in Klaviyo with their birthday. Can anyone advise on how to import this contact to the profile? I already create the CVS file for this that include: email address - first name - last name - birthday (MM/DD) We just want to update the contact that already in Klaviyo, how to make sure not to import any new contact in there? (we are taking the data from our MailChimp, some contact is not in the Klaviyo) Thank you so much in advance

Risk of overwriting profile information when importing a .CSV?

So long story short  - I’m trying to find a workaround while transitioning from a 3rd party “back in stock” notification app to using Klaviyo, but there are quite a few people already signed up for notifications from the app.My plan was to create multiple small lists via manual upload (that will later on be deleted) for each SKU that is awaiting replenishment notification, then create a simple template and send manual campaigns as each item is re-stocked… but many of the profiles already exist in Klaviyo. Most of them are not subscribed or suppressed (some heavy list cleaning is on the horizon once I’ve implemented win-back and sunset campaigns/flows).I’m concerned about what happens if I upload CSV’s that only contain an email address, and the email address is already associated with a profile in Klaviyo...Per this article: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005078967-How-to-Create-and-Add-Contacts-to-a-New-List:“Any value/column that you include in a CSV upload that alread

Automatically move profile to different list on user action in email

Hi there, I am currently trying to sort the profiles into different list based on their language.So far so good but there might be a few mistakes with the sorting.I’d like to add an action (button, link, whatever..) in my email that proposes the user to be moved from the list of language A to the list of language B and thus be removed from list of language A.I’d like to perform those actions automatically without having to manually exporting and reimporting to or deleting from lists.Ay suggestions for that? Thanks a lot :)

Ensure profile doesn't enter flow twice?

So according to Klaviyo documentation, a profile can only enter a list triggered flow once. I’ve built a new, fairly large welcome flow as I’m consolidating multiple lists into one, and this flow has splits based on where/how someone enrolls in the list, which are:Form 1 Form 2 Back in stock CheckoutI just want to be sure there is nothing else that needs to be done to prevent someone getting the welcome flow twice if they sign up via Form 1 for a discount, then checking yes to subscribe again at checkout? I think I’m safe since the trigger is still subscribing to the one single list.

I have a number of opt in forms set up for particular offers and promotions. I would like to have the opt in form to add the data to the specific list for that offer AND my master list at the same time. Is this possible?

Is there a way I can see the latest full list of active profiles in my account?

Hi,  this may seem like a dumb question.  I’m aware that I can only see the top 50 active profiles.  I currently have 276 and I would like to know the best way to see this list.  I know I can export it and then import it but this is a static list only based on the export.  I’d like a way to see the latest list at any time.  How could I do this please?

Suppressed Profile - HELP having massive issues and not sure how to fix

I have suppressed a customers email in Klaviyo, because they complained about getting so many emails from the flows (they are a subscription customer). Now that I have suppressed their email, will that stop them receiving all emails in the future from any flows that they may get added into automatically by the system? If not, how can I go about this? If I delete their profile, when their next subscription order comes through it’ll readd them back in and they will go back into the flow sequence. Thanks so much in advance. Cheers.

Automatic Email Frequency Preferences Feature Request

I’ve found it to be difficult to allow my subscribers to update their email frequency preferences, rather than opt out because its a heavy lift on our end rather than something that happens automatically from Klaviyo. I’d be nice for preferences to happen automatically rather than having to create segments and ‘exclude’ them from every campaign and flow created.An amazing feature would be automatic email frequency preferences - essentially how its currently done with unsubscribes, when a profile chooses to unsubscribe from emails then Klaviyo automatically suppresses that profile - it would be great if theres an option to allow profiles to choose getting weekly, bi weekly, or monthly emails instead and Klaviyo would essentially 'suppress' them for that given time and then make them active again once that time period is up automatically.

How can I send customer a thank you for subscribing email when they subscribe immediately

How can I send customer a simple thank you for subscribing email when they subscribe?  I have a flow set up but it can take hours for the first email to arrive if at all.  All I want to do is create a ‘Thank you for subscribing’ email with a discount code that will arrive in their inbox straight after they have subscribed. that is all. I don’t want them to have to do the ‘double opt-in’.  I’ve set it to Single Opt-in, but they aren’t receiving an email straight away.  This was so easy in Mailchimp and I’ve spent hours now trying to sort this, any help would be appreciated!

POP UP NOT CONNECTING TO EXISTING WELCOME FLOW

I have tried and tried and tried linking my pop I created, to an existing welcome flow I created for discount for new subscribers to my mailing list.  I have tested this with my own 3 emails and no matter how much I have played with the settings I don’t get my email with the code I out on it from the welcome series flow, I get this email attached below. Please help me resolve this matter! Thanks in advance.

Add parameters to list signup form

Hi there! I’m creating a signup form for a list in Klaviyo. Is there a way to add custom parameters to the signup so that I can segment my list later on based on those parameters? As an example, if part of my signup form includes mobile device type (e.g. iPhone, Android) can I pass that value in when the user signs up and then later only text/email users on a list who have iPhones? Many thanks!

How to create unengaged segment with condition "didn't engage over the last X number of emails"

Hello Klaviyo community!Hope everyone’s having a good day!I am creating a segment for unengaged profiles, which condition setting contains they receive at least X number of emails and didn't click and open for Y number of days. I am not sure how to figure out the optimized number for this X and Y. I contacted Klaviyo support, and they recommended that “You can modify this number depending on how often you send to your customers and the type of products you sell. If you send daily, make this number higher.”Related document: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005078347The problem is our sending habit (how often we send to our customers) tends to be instable and fluctuate for now. We’re having punch of stores, segments to work on. Enrich profiles by click behavior

Hi! At the moment I do not have a lot of data from my customers, so what I wanted to do is the following: update customer profiles based on clicking behavior. If I send two types of emails, for example: product based and information based and a person clicks trough 6 out of 10 times on a product mail, I want to classify this person as “interested in products”.  Does anyone know how to do this? Looking forward to any possibility! Best,Krizia
