I’m trying to use the API to retrieve all the recently created users from a List but I’m not able to find any method for that. For example, I want to retrieve the latests members that were added into that list that includes an specific custom property. The closest one is the list-segments endpoints https://apidocs.klaviyo.com/reference/lists-segments#get-members but does not alows any filltering/sorting capabilities. There is any way I can do that with the current API versions?Thanks in advance,Nico
I created my sign up form on my shopify website. Created a list to collect the emails. However the emails are defaulting to a different list (potential purchasers) thereby preventing new subscribers from receiving the welcome message and the welcome discount. Please how do i rectify?
My business is based on subscribers who order weekly or fortnightly as well as customers who order a box here and there.At the beginning of the week I send my subscribers an email as a reminder that their box is coming and if they want to order any additional produce. I need to send this email to all weekly subscribers and the relevant fortnightly subscribers. It needs to exclude those subscribers who have put their subscription on hold.Then at the end of the week I send an produce update email to all the subscribers and customers who ordered for that week only. It needs to exclude those subscribers who decided to put their subscription on hold or cancelled their order since receiving the email at the beginning of the week.I’m using WooCommerce and wondering how to set up all these segments as I have tried and not been successful. Also new to Klaviyo. Any advice is very, very welcomed.

Hello everyone!On my food ecommerce I want to create a customer segment that has purchased at least one product of a particular brand.For example, you can create a segment of customers who have purchased at least one flour; I would like to create a customer segment that has purchased at least one Brand X product.We have Shopware and the APIs not yet connected.With full settings, will it be possible to create this dynamic segment? There are a couple of questions what the client is asking.Can we edit the default Klaviyo properties? E.g the client wants to rename “campaign” as “initial source campaign”? I know, there is a way to add custom properties and I can map these through exporting/importing profiles, but how about new users cum customers. Do I have to always import/export or we can do some changes in the api and map automatically? My site is in shopify. An early response and solution will be appreciated.
Hi, wondering which metric I would use for a segment of purchasers, to exclude $0 orders. I see there’s a Revenue Metric, Ordered Product Value, etc, but not quite sure how all of these filter the actions, as there’s nowhere to enter a value.
Hi all, I have another question. We would like to create some facebook ads to capture new leads with a text similar to: “get a free pack with a minimum $10 purchase“. So the user sees the ad, clicks the link, is redirected to the website to a hidden sale page, makes the minimum $10 purchase and he or she expects the free pack which will be digital and sent through email.So how do I segment these users in klaviyo if they have not subscribed to our newsletter in order to enter in the flow to receive the free digital pack? Do I have to, maybe, create a new sign-up form just for this particular flow? Is that possible? And if yes, how do I create this form to show up just for these users when they go on the website to make the purchase?Thank you in advance for all the information you may provide me. Cristina.
Hi all,I’m currently creating a welcome series as a ‘we want to get to know you’ e-mail. This e-mail should either lead to the preferences page where they will add additional information (interests, etc.), but also their birthday.I know that a date field isn’t possible within the preferences page, so it got me wondering: How would I go about letting people who just subscribed to enter their birthdate? Would I send them to a sign-up form and would their e-mail already be pre-filled? To me this doesn’t make any sense as they’re already subscribed and will see another sign-up form right?Hoping to get some answers on this.Thanks in advance for your reply.Leon
Dear Community,we are experimenting with Facebook lead ads and just configured the Klaviyo integration.We are using a lead magnet (pdf download).We experienced that there are many users that once unsubscribed from our newsletter several months ago and now they fill out the lead ad. Unfortunately, they do not trigger the flow we configured because they are unsubscribed from all lists.How can we change that? When someone fills out a Facebook lead ad his/her opt-out has to be withdrawn.Thank you for your help,Matteo
Hi there, the latest email sign ups via Shopify password newsletter page wont sync with my Klaviyo account. 'This has not been an issue before. I've already checked the integrations settings in shopify and everything looks fine and integrated with Klaviyo. Please advise what else I can do to fix it. Thanks

I’m going to admit, inactive segments caught me off guard.. with no product announcement that I heard.I get that it’s meant to clean up the segments list, but we create a number of segments for our clients to see how many people belong to each cohort/group, such as interest in a collection/category. These segments just sit there to be used for reporting each month, and could be used in future campaigns.I went looking for some segments to report on these numbers a few months ago for one client, and they were missing… I found a small text link called “inactive campaigns” where they all were living, but had to go through 6 pages of inactive segments to find the ones I needed, and reactivate one at a time.. this costed me valuable time.I have just come to this issue now with several other accounts, and it is really annoying… does anyone else use segments this way?Klaviyo product team is there anyway to turn this feature off for the clients we manage?
We are tracking all visitors to our e-commerce site in Klaviyo, then when they subscribe to our newsletter we add them to the Newsletter list in Klaviyo. This has resulted in 514,854 active accounts who are not subscribed to our newsletter, and 85,000 accounts who are subscribed, meaning we are maxing out our active users max limit. What is the best practice here, should new visitors be added as suppressed, and then when/if they subscribe un-suppress them and add them to the Newsletter list? can a suppressed account even be added to a List via the API?
