How to set up dynamic block with shopware 6?

Hi, I’ve been reading through the dynamic block tutorial but I somehow can’t get it to work with our shopware 6 setup. What is the row collection that I need to use and how would a variable then look like?  we’re using the klaviyo plugin from SHOPSY, these are our event properties:

Removing profiles from segment

Hi to you all - new here :-)So sorry if this has been asked before:I’ve created a segment of profiles, which have shown interest in a certain product.Some of them are, however, unwanted in the segment…But I can’t figure how to remove them - that is ONLY from that segment?It would have been great if there was click boxes with an option: Remove from this segment.Thanks in advance

My account was locked when I clicked activate for 1 flow

Hi, am posting here in the community to ask if someone may be able to help me!l have 2 stores, I used 2 different accounts to join kalaviyo for both stores. I set up a flow for a store and activated it successfully. Account (1) runs normally.There's nothing worth mentioning. When I create a flow for the 2nd account and press activate it (live), I'm informed that my 1st account is Disabled and the 2nd account is inactive, I can't log in. There's no reason at all.Thank you in advance!

Single Campaign Shows as 2 in GA (not an AB test)

Hi there--a few times now a campaign I’ve sent has shown up as two separate campaigns in GA with slightly different names (e.g. “black+tort+bis+— miklos+&+porgy” and “black tort bis — miklos & porgy”. These aren’t AB tests so I have no idea why this is happening. Not a huge deal but makes reporting a little more tedious. Any ideas? Thanks!!

Manually Add profile to the repeat buyer segment

Hi there! I recently migrated from Mailchimp and we replatformed from Squarespace to Shopify. This means that our prior customers order information did not migrate over and when I navigate to the repeat buyer segment in Klaviyo it is not accurate. I want to manually add the profiles of my repeat buyers to this segment but I am not seeing the option. Is there a way to manually add profiles? Thanks,Natalie

Do I need new consents when moving from one ESP to another?

Hi, I am looking for a confirmation regarding the potential need of requiring a new consent when moving contacts from one ESP to another. What is the process exactly? Once I upload an audience into a new ESP, should I or should not sent these contacts a new sign-up form, since they will now start receiving communication from another platform?Thank you for clarifying this point to me 🙏🏻Chiara

Why are the email header alignments different for Gmail and Outlook?

Hi guys, Would like to seek assistance on some matters in related to the alignments of email headers. We seem to be having different alignments when comparing between Outlook and Gmail. As you can see from the image, the one from the Outlook below looks disproportionated with extra spacings.However the one in Gmail below seems OK with balanced spacings. Are there any suggestion that we can resolve this issue? How to send sizes of specific products in Klaviyo after customer views the product

Here is what I am trying to accomplish- I have a shopify store and I want to share sizes of my product with customers once they check the product page.  I am thinking of having a pop-up which gives them the option to recieve the email or SMS with the sizes. So how can I automate this into a flow? Will I get the title of the product page on which the customer fills the form in Klaviyo as a metric that I can use. Once I get the title, I am thinking it’s possible to use the conditional logic and share the size. I also have metafields of all the products and sizes in the Shopify store, is there any way to extract those into Kalviyo? Or if someone can suggest a better way to do this!

Klaviyo is not recognizing new orders on WooCommerce

When a client begins the checkout process in our WooCommerce site, Klaviyo picks ups the event as “Started Checkout”, but it doesn’t recognize when the order is placed. Even after the checkout process ends and we receive an email from WooCommerce letting us know that there’s a new order, Klaviyo still shows it as “Started Checkout” and not as “Placed Order”.What could be causing this?

Sign-up form submissions not showing in list

Hello,My signup form submissions aren’t showing in the newsletter list I’ve selected. Double Opt In is turned off. I don’t think that there are any issues with the settings so I don’t understand why submissions won’t show in the list. I have 3 submissions in the form, 0 in the list.

Hasn't been in flow in the last X days

What is best practice when using the ‘Hasn't been in flow in the last X days’ filter in abandoned basket and abandoned browse flows? What’s the best time period to use? I have my basket set to 24 hours and the browse set to 10 days.

Klaviyo is sending my emails only to the half of my active subscribers

Need help!I have 2083 active subscribersMy email go out only to 1099 subscribers, even though I choose all of the segments available in my klaviyo. More than 1000 customers are getting my emails.What to do?It is extremely important to solve this. Thank you so much in advance!

Abandoned Multilingual Cart Flow in Klaviyo

We have problem with our Abandoned cart flow. We have integrated our store (we are using WooCommerce) and we want to send Abandoned cart email flow to customers in different languages but Klaviyo doesn't sent emails in the right languages to our customers due to it doesn't receiving data from our website about customer location. We chat about this problem with Klaviyo support and we got this information:"There is no way to track non customer location unless they have placed order with us at least onceThe only thing that is being tracked is the name, email and the IP, but the IP won't send us data to Klaviyo to reveal non customer location unless they place and order at least once.”So technically Klaviyo is receiving the information of ALL customer but when person has not placed order at least once it is not consider to be customer (only website visitor)." We tried to split conditions for languages by URL. Each language on our website has its own language directory in the URL, for examp

Bulk edit Flow Email templates

Question Regarding Conditional Split In Flow

Hi all. I have create a flow with email A and email B. Between them is a conditional split stating ‘Has Ordered Product at least once over all time where Name equals X.’ If yes - exit, if no - send email B.This means that if a customer has ordered said product X any time in the past, not just after receiving email A they won’t receive email B correct? Thank you!

Section Background Image Not Showing Up In Apple Mail Desktop

The section background image of my email is not showing up in the Apple Mail App on desktop when I preview it - even after I click “Load Content Directly”. I’ve tried disabling the CSS optimization as someone suggested in another similar forum post, but that didn’t help. It works perfectly well in Gmail, Outlook, and the Apple Mail App on mobile, but just doesn’t show up on Apple Mail on desktop.Here is what I’m trying to do:But it turns out like this: Please let me know if there’s anything I can do!
