I am developing an e-commerce business on a Shopify platform. We haven’t set up our Klaviyo to Shopify integration and I’ve never used Klaviyo before.I’m trying to determine if I need a dedicated CRM to manage all of our customer data or if Klaviyo will meet my needs. I’d appreciate any information on how others have set up their platform.Many thanks - B

I was told by a customer service agent that I should contact her to follow up on an issue about a billing error AFTER I proceeded in downgrading to a free account. She advised me to downgrade first. So I didn’t receive my credit, but now I’m UNABLE to email with the free account!! Any workaround you can suggest?

Hi all, I have a suppressed profile on my list and I can’t see why it’s suppressed. The person didn’t unsubscribe. It’s listed as ‘user suppressed’. I’ve only ever used Klaviyo so it can’t be from a third party email provider as suggested in Klaviyo’s (unhelpful) help article. This is the person’s activity list: Active on site Actions Nov 26, 2023, 6:22 PM GMT+10 See more Subscribed to "Subscribers" That’s all. Can anyone explain why this email would be supressed and what I can do? The option to unsuppress has a warning about harming my deliverability - should I ignore that warning and unsuppress it?Thanks, Jules

HelloI downgraded from a payed to free plan and now my flows are disabled. I can access my account. I got an email saying that :Integrations and future payments will be disabled.Flows will be put into draft mode and no longer send.Scheduled and new campaigns will no longer send.Your account will remain open and will remain in a canceled state until you reactivate the account plan or the account is closed.You will continue to have access to the account and all stored historical data.If the subscription plan for this account was canceled in error, or you wish to use Klaviyo again, you can reactivate your account plan to a free or paid plan at any time by choosing a plan under Change plan.When I go to change plan I cant find the free plan.

I’ve recently cancelled my paid account and want to reactivate to the free account, following all steps from help but it just gives me an error. Since I no longer have the paid account I can’t access live chat or email support, any ideas? thanks

Hi, I need to send an email to a user (via a flow), and copy a few others in the CC section. Is it possible to do that? I get and error whenever I try to add more than 1 email in the CC or BCC fields.Reason I want to do this is to keep everybody in the same thread in case of responses.

Is there a way to assign a custom variable in an email template? Here’s the scenario...I have an event property that is a URL with a structure like this: https:test.com/customer/CUSTOMERID/event/EVENTIDI want to set the CUSTOMERID and EVENTID to separate variables. I understand that we can split the URL by forward slash like this: {{ event.URL | split: ‘/’ }} but that just prints an array.I’d like to do something like:{% url_split = event.URL | split: '/' %}{% c_id = url_split[4] %}{% e_id = url_split[6] %}Customer ID: {{ c_id }}Event ID: {{ e_id }}Is this possible? I’ve also tried using a Python custom action before the email but I can’t figure out how to pass the variable to the email.Thanks all. 

Hi Everyone,I have been trying to get the bottom of the question as to whether Klaviyo is a CRM, I see from other posting’s that when Klaviyo is integrated with an e-commerce platform between the platform and Klaviyo the CRM function is handled, however I am having a custom site built from Laravel and therefore will only have what I asked to be built with no inbuilt platform function or features. Therefore, I would like to know if I need Zoho or something similar to handle the CRM aspects of data collection or if Klaviyo can handle this as well? My business is purely DTC and therefore I don’t need any other CRM functions, like, lead progression, deal size and so on. Thanks Richard

I hope this is simple and I’m just missing something.I was designing my email in Desktop mode first. Loving the Klaviyo design interface.Then I went over to the mobile view and started making changes. At some point I glanced back to Desktop mode, and everything was all screwed up. Surely there is something I’m doing wrong, as I am hoping that I can use these tools to make desktop and mobile version look gorgeous without conflicting with one another… 

Klaviyo provides definition to create both a dead weight and never engaged segment.I have created both.  Dead weight has 400+ profiles, never engaged has 19 profiles.Dead Weight definition is very simple:  never opened email, never placed order over all time.Never engaged:  how many (x) emails opened in a time period, or clicked over time and not placed order. Which segment to not send to or suppress?

I need help figuring out how to export a list of order IDs, attributed revenue, and the campaign name tied to that order. I can currently find some of this info three ways, but each of these methods either don’t provide all the data fields I’m looking for, yield incomplete data, or are challenging to extract.In a perfect scenario, I’d be able to download a CSV file that at least gives me the order ID and the revenue value, but adding the campaign name/ID too would be so, so great.Current methods with limitations:Metrics > Purchase — Set my date range, then assign the filter value as “BY” OrderID, and the measurement set to “Value.” However, whenever I export the CSV file, no matter which timeframe I set in the date range, I can only view 25 orders at a time. Hi, Noticed that I can't create a Klaviyo Abandoned Cart flow because the atc metric is not showing on Klaviyo. What is strange, that I also noticed that Shopify is also showing lower ATC's than IC, which is bit strange.I'm using Gempages for my whole website, maybe it has something to do?

I have a mailing list of roughly 2500 with an excellent open and click rate. I routinely suppress unengaged profiles and conduct other maintenance. In recent campaigns using his list, the estimated recipients has dropped to 1400. When I look at the detail of the list it it does not show any suppressed members. What gives?

I have issues with the links inside the Review Request Flow. The ‘Review this item’ link directs to the product page instead of the Review Submission Form. When clicking on the Star Ratings in the email, they don’t work. Can’t find other solutions to these, especially for the second one.

Hello can someone help me to get the “Order number or Order Id” using the metric “Placed Order”.Is this possible?

I'm trying to crop an image into a circle and it simply is not working. I can crop fine using any of the other options (rectangle, square, etc.),  but the circle simply won't save at all. I have a spinning wheel and then an error message pops up stating: 'Error saving cropped image'. Any idea how to proceed here? I’m on Chrome, there are no cookies to delete. 

I cant log in. When I click on the Log In buton, it take me to a white page. I already clear the cache, delete extensions, but nothing seems to work. Please help !, I can access from my phone, but creating a campaign from phone its really hard.

I have created a landing page with a subscribe form that I want to send my social media followers to. The problem is that the popup form also comes up. Is there a way to restrict the popup form not to appear? Like exclude pages option? I would appreciate any type of workaround. Thanks.

Hi all,I have orders with only one product, but the same product is repeated 6 times in the email. I am using dynamic tables to display the order information. Here are the screenshots with the configuration and code. Please let me know if you need any further information to resolve this. This is getting very frustrating, and I have opened 10+ tickets with Klaviyo support about it. Support is always great and when they log into my account it just magically fixes, but when there is a large queue of people ahead it hurts my business.My current plan only allows for sending to 10k profiles at a time, so I tailor my lists to keep them under 10k. Any more and it forces my account to upgrade/will not let me send. Even with my lists under 10k, it shows that they are far over what they actually are and tries to force an upgrade. I have tried many different work arounds and have found nothing. This screenshot is after about an hour of waiting and refreshing. Here is an example.  

For a replenishment / win-back email series, I would like to dynamically pull the product the customer has purchased before, but in the product feed creation, I don’t see an option for previously purchased products. Anyone know how to add a previously purchased product?
