Why is Microsoft Edge’s SmartScreen blocking ctrk.klclick2.com? This is causing issues with my campaigns, as users are getting warnings when clicking on links. Has anyone else experienced this, and are there any solutions or workarounds

Hi,I have a shop on Shopify and want to use Klavio for our customer communication/marketing.Of course Klavio is going to record all kinds of data on our website, I could not find a list of cookies that are set so I can list them in my cookie consent pop up.Of course, I also need to know what mechanism will turn OFF the data collection, can someone please share the link to the document where everything is explained? I found many documents talking about about GDPR in general but no concrete list of what is used with the shopify integration.best regards

Having some trouble shooting with the email not being sent to new recipients after they sign up from our website popup. I have made sure that the flow is linked to the correct list. I also checked that the flow's trigger is set to the intended list and that profiles are entering it. Also both the popup and welcome flow is in the Live status. There is no flow filters, we dont have the double opt in option on or smart sending. What would be the reason as for why the welcome flow is not being sent? 

G’day. I’ve set up Back In Stock flow and added the snippet of code onto my theme liquid, but for some reason the button doesn’t want to appear.I even assigned id addtocart on the red box, if what I’m reading regarding alternate_anchor is correct (yes, i want to remove the get a sample button as well). I initially used render tag to keep my codebase clean, but I’ve tried by directly pasting the code onto theme.liquid and it still refuses to show the button. I’ve done the flow and turned on the onsite tracking, what else I’m missing here? Cheers

Hello! I’m trying to add an email to our post-purchase email flow that provides buyers with a unique referral discount - this will allow me to track and acknowledge/reward the referrer. However, I also want to add in the requirement that the friends/family who purchase with this code must also become email subscribers in order to redeem it. It seems like my discount requirements are split between the Klaviyo and Shopify discount settings - I can generate multiple unique codes in Klaviyo, and I can generate a single subscribers-only code in Shopify.Does anyone know how I can accomplish this, if I can? TIA!

Hello. I can’t seem to find this answer anywhere. I am using the PRODUCT BLOCK in a campaign, and just want to change the photo to another colour. Is this possible? The photo would come from the same product - just a different colour. Using Shopify Thanks 

I have a co-worker who I wanted to receive a notification for contact us form submissions. I added his email under “send to” in the configuration of the flow step, but he says he did not receive the email confirmation to receive the notifications. Is there a way to re-send him the confirmation, or manually send him a link? It’s the email below.

As the title says: I don’t like the update at all. The UX just got worse. 2 extra clicks like this.   

I exceeded my email’s sending limit. ie 50,000 emails for $100 but my billing cycle ends on Nov 10 and today is Nov 3.I can’t send anymore emails from Nov 3 - Nov 10 unless I upgrade the plan to 55,000 emails for $110.So the question is can I upgrade the plan before Nov 10 and if I do, how will I be charged, and will the next billing cycle start form today ( Nov 3 ) ?Or would I have to pay $220 (100+110) for the current billing cycle of Oct3-Nov3?Thanks : )

We wanted to implement Klaviyo dedicated click tracking on our website with respect to our emails (https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/7676795223707).Our website is hosted on Netlify and makes use of Netlify CDN. We make use of AWS Route53 as an external DNS and Klaviyo is the third party used for sending emails. We wanted to implement this dedicated click tracking feature making use of Netlify CDN without making use of any additional CDN like Clouldflare etc.We have tried the above making use of Netlify toml file to create a redirect but that didnt work and Klaviyo is not able to validate the CNAME. Looking forward to any pointers/ suggestions on how to go about implementing this feature leveraging Netlify CDN and Klaviyo.

My Shopify store is available in four languages, managed through the Langwill plugin for translations - we don’t use Multistore settingI’d like to inquire about the following:Is it possible to manage and display my product feed in multiple languages through Klaviyo, ensuring each language-specific feed is correctly aligned with the corresponding audience? Hi,I have a problem with a sign up form I created for the footer. When you visit the website as a guest, the form shows as it should. It also works well, so no problems there. But when you then login as a customer, the form instantly disappears from the footer. When you logout the form appears again.I checked the settings of the form and it has no limitations in regards to visibility, it is set to be showed to everybody. It looks like it is blocked by something on the website, some sort of plugin. But I was wondering if there is anybody here that experienced the same thing? So we could find a solution fast.Thanks in advance!Bas

I’m having a problem where every email in my system says “Email - Never subscribed”, but they have subscribed and opted in. Does anybody know why it does this? How do I fix this?  Also, why is it allowing me to send emails and still have this tag on it? I’m just not understanding what happened. This wasn’t an issue a week ago.

Hi, I’ve been running through this issue and couldn’t figure out why.. some new customers signed up through a form in our website and their profile is set up to be part of our list and also subscribed to email. However they never receive our welcome flow?I have double checked that;smart send is off they are qualified to our flow (if they are added to the main list) email should be send immediately, no time delay.  Their profile said that they’re subscribed to Email I’ve also tried to include past profile and it’s sent to everyone except these new ones lol 😅I’ve checked for the past 30 days there are about 300 new customers who never received anything.. Anyone know why this is the case?  

I want to send a reminder to customers that ordered custom printed products a year ago to see if they want more. I have set up a Standard WinBack flow with 3 emails, I was planning to upload the list of customers who purchased printing garments > 12 months ago to send the flow to.placed order at least once overall (these are customers) - They have placed the order offline as customised goods aren’t automated through Shopify. Hence manually uploading the list placed order zero times in the last 365 days person is not suppressed for emailThe challenges I am having are:-In the flow I have setup, the trigger seems fixed on MUST having received an online order from Shopify. I only want the flow to go out to customers who purchased customised goods offline, I don’t want it to go to all customers that have placed an order more than a year ago. I don’t want new online orders to be added into this flow. I would like to initiate the flow occuring to the segment/list of my choosing Does Klaviy

Hi, I´m strugling with the “You can´t complete your set-up” at the moment I try to integrate woocommerce to Klaviyo. I´ve follow all the instructions in the help center section where this problem is being troubleshooted but still doesn´t work. I´ve tried allowing all the ips in cloudflare and disabling bot mode (which was turned off since the beggining). Can someone help with this? Thank you   

Hello everyone. I’m in the middle of trying to add a Back in Stock automation for our shopify shop : https://nobaanimal.com/ I had no problem addind the code the the liquid section. But when I arrived in the flow section.I took the template, added our logo. But it seems the Catalog event trigger doesn’t work or the link just don’t seem to work.   Is there a connection problem with my shopify? Do I have to change something in the template to make it show the item that should be back in stock? I did preview and Test and that’s were I saw all the link were not functioning.  Thanks for the help.

Hi everyone,I'm hoping someone can help me with an issue I've encountered.My last two sends to a segment of Australia and New Zealand subscribers had a very high number of bounces.Most of the bounce reasons were listed as 'content issue,' but I have no idea what that means.I can't seem to find any specific information on this in Klaviyo, and we haven’t changed anything with our email content.What’s strange is that the other emails we’ve sent (which have very similar content) didn’t bounce.The only difference is that we split our sends based on geography. Has anyone experienced this before or have any insights on what might be causing this?  

Hi, today we started seeing this header in the api limits when we pull get-profile with include lists = True:1, 1;w=1, 15;w=60 Is this a new value? I guess it corresponds to XS?This means that the limits changed for this endpoint and are now less than before? Which means we can’t pull more than 15 profiles and their list per minute (so 1 per 4 seconds)? This doesn’t sound good, it will take ages to pull just a few hundreds of profiles.Also, we get those headers in the response:ratelimit-limit: 1, 1;w=1, 15;w=60ratelimit-remaining: 0ratelimit-reset: 0 In the docs it says: All non-rate-limited (i.e., non 429) responses will contain the following HTTP response headers that indicate the state of the steady rate limit window to the client. but in this case, it seems it corresponds to the BURST RATE LIMIT, since the steady limit needs ~40-50 seconds in order to reset (which I can see when I hit the limits, getting 429 throttled with Retry-After ~40 seconds).Are those bugs? Just wondering if adopting Passkey Authentication is on the roadmap for Klaviyo as far as logging in and security. I use 2FA Authenticator for all of my accounts and still got hacked on my Facebook business account.  I hope this is on the roadmap
