Hi there! We’re working on improving email deliverability. We’ve noticed our emails are consistently landing in junk on Outlook, despite all users being ‘Subscribed’. Any ideas why this may be happening? Has anyone else faced this issue?All help would be greatly appreciated!
Hi! Our team is investigating a recent trend in our email marketing. We’ve observed a decrease in our open rates over the past few months. Previously, our open rates consistently ranged between 45% to 50+%. Currently, they sit around 30% to 35% (a decrease of about 13%).Note that:We haven’t made any major changes to our email design or layout. Our subject lines are similar to what’s always worked for us. Click-through rates remain comparable to previous campaigns.We’ve also observed a shift in engagement because clicks on our social media buttons within the emails have increased. Clicks on these buttons were usually minimal to none, but now we’re seeing an average increase of 10-15 clicks per social media platform.We’re wondering if this decline could be related to the recent changes we made to comply with Google and Yahoo’s requirements. We’re curious if these changes potentially affected our deliverability.Any insights or similar experiences from the community would be valuable. Than

Hi, We’ve had a ‘placed order’ metric working between Klaviyo and a custom platform/site since August 2021, but since 24th May it has suddenly stopped functioning. Other metrics between these two (such as ‘added to cart’ and ‘viewed product’ are still operational, so it is specifically ‘placed order’ that has a problem. I would appreciate any advice on where we should begin to try and troubleshoot the issue. Thank you very much :) Will
Hello, I recently discovered a problem with one of my emails :When the email “n°2” on my flow is sent, the status “Received Email” appears, but when the user opens it, the status “Opened Email” does not appear…The problem only occurs with email “n°2” of my flow, and this email is not considered “Spam”.
I’m probably not the only one that finds these next to useless because you can’t easily see more information at once. Being able to resize the cards would make the dashboards a lot more usable IMO (like in Hubspot).
Hi! I’m changing the company’s sending domain from “shared” to “branded domain”. I’m following all the steps Klaviyo provides on the article How to set up a branded sending domain, but I’m stuck now on the DNS records step. My company’s DNS Provider is Loopia, and I’m trying to figure out where exactly I have to add the DNS records Klaviyo provides to be able to verify them. Going into the DNS Management page on Loopia, it seems like the only record type they support is CNAME, meaning that I have to set the sending domain to Static. But when entering to the page, Loopia directly sends out a warning message basically telling you to not change anything if you’re unsure..since it can mess up the overall configuration. I have provided an image representing how the dashboard looks when entering to Loopia’s DNS editor page (FYI: this is a picture i just took from the internet, I can’t log-into mine specifically right now🫣). Hello, I’ve a flow running, and in the custom report setting says that the flow only made 4 placed order. But if I create a segment that include all the people that subscribe to my campaign and made a purchase after subscribing, it appears that 19 people bought the product. I have a nurturing of 9 emails, with delay of 3 days between each email. It could be affecting that klaviyo its integrated with shopify and woocommerce? I have checked the profiles because it’s a small sample and the customers click and open the emails, and then they went to my store through direct traffic or using a referral link.
