How can I find what products were sold only from emails?

Hi, I’m aware of how to find what products were sold for each campaign, but I can’t find a way to see the total products sold for all emails including flows. I’ve ran a product performance report using the info from Klaviyo here: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360047083252-How-to-Build-a-Product-Performance-Report But this only seems to give me total products sold across the entire store, not only the products that the emails helped sell. I can get total products sold from Shopify, what we really need in Klaviyo is to know is what products sell through the email channel. If you’ve found a way to see what products were sold for any emails, please let me know.

Changing the sender email address affected my deliverability

I recently tested a new sender email address, but keeping the same domain. Our spam rate is under control, staying below 0.1%. However, with this new address our emails started to be placed in the spam folder. So I sent some email tests to myself using both addresses and the old one always got placed in the main folder and the new one in the spam folder.So what would be the best practices for starting a new sender email address?

How to work out AOV change for first-time purchasers versus second time purchasers

I’d like to work out what the change in order value is between first-time purchasers and second time purchasers, what’s the best way of doing this? Does Klaviyo have a pre-built dashboard or metrics card or would I need to do this manually? Thanks for any help in advance!

Email revenue per EMAIL vs per recepient

Hey Everyone, Im little confused by Klaviyo’s metric for Email revenue per recipient. The metric that pops up is the revenue divided by the number of emails sent… not number of recipients. I honestly don’t care about revenue per emails sent as much as I care about revenue divided by number of contacts.  Why don’t they show, in the analytics the revenue per contact? It’s easy to figure out, but when I’m showing clients it’s much better to have the proof there in a screen shot. Or am I missing something here?

Huge discrepancy, between Universal Analytics - G4 and Klaviyo.

I have a huge discrepancy, between Universal Analytics - G4 and Klaviyo. I have read all the posts related to this in the community, but I can't find any where this huge discrepancy is presented. I understand that Klaivyo and Google Analytics have different attribution models, I also understand that Klaviyo in its total revenue, does not take canceled or refunded orders. I have the UTM activated so that they do tracking, and still it is nothing like that. In my Klaviyo Dashboard, for example, it says that we have sold: 16,754,547 CLP only in FLOWS, while in G4 it says that we have only sold 704,000 CLP of FLOWS. Yesterday I spoke with Klaviyo's support because the difference is too abysmal and they told me “yes this is because the different attribution models”.I have several questions regarding this:1) If Klaviyo is actually selling more than 30% of the total revenue in my particular case (counting canceled orders and refunded orders), and in google analytics it tells me that Klaviyo i

Klaviyo Email Campaigns not showing in GA4

Hi, As stated above, I’m having trouble with finding campaigns after I search for them in GA4. I export the campaign information from Klaviyo including the campaign ID, and when I search for this in GA4, the campaign doesn’t show. I should have all of my tracking set up correctly to allow for campaign tracking and GA4 filters/ parameters are correct also. SOME campaigns do show up in GA4 as they should, but the ones that do show up are sporadic and there seems to be no consistency on this.  Has anyone encountered something similar here? If there’s any insight to whether a fix is needed for GA4, Klaviyo, or website it would be much appreciated! Thank you.

Profile shows emailed opened when it was not actually opened

I use a gmail account to test emails, sometimes putting + and extra letters or numbers after the real email address, so I can test forms, flows, etc. without having to create an actual new email address. Today I noticed on my most recent + gmail address, it showed I opened a welcome email, when in fact, I never had opened that email, but only a holiday email – see image below; each time I opened the holiday email it recorded the welcome email being opened, too. On a different + gmail address, it showed I opened the holiday email, when I never opened it for that account. Has anyone else run into this? Any ideas as to why it shows both emails being opened?

Feature Request: adding rules to filter MPP opens

While creating segments, I want to identify those who REALLY opened emails where Apple MPP as “true”Since many machine opens occur shortly after an email/SMS send, wouldn’t it seem like a good way of identifying real opens would be using something like the following rule?Opened Email is at least 2 over all time, where any Message is the same, where Apple Privacy Open equals true Unless there is already a way around this, I think many Klaviyo users can benefit from this.😊Currently, Klaviyo’s How to identify iOS15 Mail Privacy Protection opens doesn’t address this issue.

Campaigns Not Sending Although It Says Delivered

I have sent several email campaigns as my email list has grown. My read rate recently dropped significantly. I now have an email list of just over 50 people, and my last two emails seem that they did not go through to most of my recipients:My campaign at 5:44AM this morning says it was delivered to 100% of profiles, but speaking with someone who I know that is on the email list, he didn’t even get it in his spam folder. Other profiles that tend to be highly engaged with my emails haven’t opened this one either. I can confirm that I landed in another person’s spam folder for the November 9th email, when usually I have landed in his inbox in the past.A few questions:What could be preventing my emails from going through completely (not even landing in people’s spam folders)?I set up my dedicated domain when I saw how low my open rate was. How do I check that it was set up correctly with my Google Domain account. Could there be any other reason why my open rates had dropped so dramatically

Our campaign CTR has halved has there been an update?

So our campaign CTR has more than halved in some cases over the last couple of weeks. Our open rates remain consistent and we haven’t made any changes to the current format. 25/10 our CTR was one of the highest ever 5.17% where as the week after this dropped to below 2% and has failed to break above this. Our open rates have remained consistent 40-45% so I unless hundreds of people all at once have decided not to click our emails, has there been some update to how these are being reported?TIALuke

UTM Parameters in Shopify reports

Hi community,I saw in Shopify source report that traffic from Klaviyo is in two lines with utm_medium as Email and email how is this possible if global Klaviyo setup for this account has utm_medium=emailAlso it seems that different medium value is across one campaign when I check more deeply.Anyone has similar problem?

Exporting how often someone was active on site

Hey everyone,I am currently trying to run some analytics based on how often someone was active on site. So what I would need at least would be a list of emails and how often they have been “Active On Site”. The only thing I can find is to go through every profile seperately and write down the active on site metric, but that is not doable. Maybe someone can help out.

Updating DNS records, warming

Hi, Extremely new to this, please excuse the dumb question, I have read the instructions on how to set up a dedicated sending domain. My question is, when I go into my domain provider to update the DNS records, am I adding new CNAME records and TXT record to the list of existing ones already there, or replacing the ones listed with the new ones from Klaviyo? I imagine I am probably supposed to add new ones but I have no idea what any of this is so I wanted to check first before I screw something up. Second question, I am setting up a brand new store & website through Wix (not even live yet) and setting up my email marketing. I have no site clicks, no emails sent yet, or anything whatsoever. My domain has been registered for a little over a month but not live on the web yet. Do I follow the standard warming or platform warming process??Thank you!!

GA4 not showing session campaign for flows

I’m having some issues with GA4 and I’ve seen a few topics on this forum about other issues but no answers for my particular issue. When I try to look at revenue by session campaign in the traffic acquisition report, email flows are pulled out of the report entirely and I can only see email campaign results. I have checked the set up of our utm tracking in Klaviyo and everything is correct, including the utm_medium which is set as email. What else could be stopping this from working? I’ve seen other people have the same issue but is there a resolution out there somewhere as I need to know which flows are generating money so I can improve these accordingly.

GA4 Source/medium discrepancy and UTM Param Set-up Confusion

Hi, I’d opened this topic on GA forum but hadn’t got any responses. First, I will share what I wrote on this topic. We have an issue with the data coming from Klaviyo. I will try to demonstrate with some screenshots. I can assure you that all the UTMs on Klaviyo correctly working. We have some campaigns have been sent as well as automated flows sending regularly. Though I am able to review campaigns on GA, I cannot see the orders/revenue coming from flows. Plus, it shows the source as "Unassigned". When the revenue comes from Flows it was showing the source as "Direct". However, I resolved this since the problem based on the url ending with "/" slash. Now, this one is fixed but we just got an order from the flow but it shows source/medium as Klaviyo / campaing. It needs to be klaviyo / flow. Also, the rest of the problems still going on.     And then I will explain what I go through currently.  I’ve just changed the default UTM’s by referring to these 2 topics. You can see the default

DKIM Shared Domain

Will adding DKIM to Google Workspace affect the deliverability of Klaviyo emails sent form the shared domain?If so, is it worth changing to a dedicated sending domain in Klaviyo to ensure deliverability for both types of emails?

New Integration to SPP

Hello All, Would really appreciate some help. Our business is moving away from the Shopify platform on to another platform called Sales Provider Pro (SPP).There is a very basic integration between SPP and Klaviyo and they only send one event to Klaviyo, this being Placed Order and Placed Order Value, which is not a Shopify metric, I think it's the built in Klaviyo one.This metric is not available in the campaign drop down filter.Without all the other Shopify Metrics we're going to be a bit lost. I need a little help and some basic articles or help on how to set this up.

How To Create A Report For New And Returning Customers

I want to create a report which tracks the number of new customers and number of returning customers we have on a monthly / weekly basis. I have looked at custom reports, but I can’t see filters for metrics which allow me to filter out new customers (purchase = one) and repeat customers (purchase = two or more). Has anyone set up reporting for this on Klaviyo and if so, how have they done this?
