My creative team gets a ton of value from the visual link activity that we review on a monthly basis, but it’s a huge time suck for me to individually open up each campaign, go to link activity, visual, screen grab the whole page, crop, and share. I’d love for a way to export with the email visuals, even if it’s a flattened version for speed.
How can I view insights on which mobile app my gmail subscribers are using to view my emails? I want to understand the split between my subscribers with a gmail account viewing my emails on mobile through either:Apple iOS basic mail app Gmail app in browser This will help me optimise my emails for the right view - as the Gmail app view can be notoriously challenging to get right.
So currently the emails sending via the system are all going to spam. I’m trying to send via a dedicated domain which will hopefully help, but on the first step when I enter my root domain and ‘sending domain’ which is suggested as ‘send.yourdomain.com’ I am getting an error: Invalid domain. Check domain info and try again.Dismiss Does anyone have any ideas?!
Hi all! When I send a test email to my Gmail email address, the images don't display. However, when I send a test email to my friend’s hotmail email address, there I can see the images.I don't know how to fix the problem, because if customers don't see the images, it's not great...If anyone has the solution please? Thanks in advance! Josie :-)
I want to create a report which tracks the number of new customers and number of returning customers we have on a monthly / weekly basis. I have looked at custom reports, but I can’t see filters for metrics which allow me to filter out new customers (purchase = one) and repeat customers (purchase = two or more). Has anyone set up reporting for this on Klaviyo and if so, how have they done this? Many thanks!
Hi all, I was hoping to get some clarity on something. We just moved to a sending dedicated sending domain and I wanted to adjust the sending email address from firstname.lastname@example.org to email@example.com. Please see my questions:Are both those email addresses the same, and if not, do we need to create an email address in order for this be a viable send address? I know many brands have firstname.lastname@example.org to basically let customers know that any reply that is sent will go unanswered. I am perfectly happy with the latter approach, but just want to confirm whether you do or do not need access to the email address being used (specifically on this subdomain). I have seen other threads where others have suggested using email@example.com for anything promo related, and firstname.lastname@example.org for any transactional email. Can anyone confirm this will work on a DSD, and what are the benefits from a deliverability perspective other than letting customers know email is transactional and whic
I have a welcome series with two emails. In the flow performance report when I am looking at recipients and metrics, I want to know if it is unique to individuals or are the metrics unique to each email? I’m wondering if the recipients/data is counted twice? In other words, if a user that enters the welcome series receives and opens both emails within the flow, is that user counted twice in the recipients list and unique opens metric, one for each email received and opened or just once? The questions comes because we paired down our welcome series from six emails to two and we are outperforming almost all metrics, however the recipients count is much smaller. Makes me think if the decrease in recipients is a result of reducing the welcome series to two emails or are there less users entering the welcome series flow.
I sent out a campaing for my client. Klaviyo is showing that some of these contacts have opened the email but my client says it never landed in their inbox nor in spam. Why does this happen ?Opens appears immediately after the reception of the email. Does anyone know what can cause this?I have to resend the email manually so that he receives it wellThanks for your help !
Good morning, I have just switched to Klavyio, I am two weeks in, and have sent 3 email campaigns using the ‘guided’ settings. My open rate is constant with my previous platform, however I am not generating any click or sales. My click rate used to be 3-5% with a 34-38% open rate. Now it is 0.1%-0.4%The style and content is totally comparable with my pre-Klavyio emailsWhy would this be?Can I send to all the excluded customers - how would I identify who Klavyio selected?
Hi all, I know everyone is having issues with t-online.de email addresses for some time now.I’ve implemented all of the suggestions from t-online on my German clients accounts (dedicated sending domains, consistent volume, double opt it, SPF, DKIM and DMARC) and they are still bouncing.I can live without t-online if it was the only one, but I ran an inbox placement test with Email on Acid and web.de, gmx.de, freenet.de and yandax.com are all going straight to spam too. It appears these emails aren’t reading the SPF and DMARC records at all: web.de issuesNo Gmail issuesIs there any solution here? Or even something to try? Feeling hopeless & frustrated 😢 Thanks.
How can we get a top-line a report showing WHERE customers are clicking on email campaigns?Goal is to understand the most valuable links across our templated blocks (eg menu banner, footer, 3 x stack CTA etc) alongside understanding if varied content options are gaining clicks (eg is a CTA linking to a blog more likely to get clicks than a CTA to product?) Eg are they clicking on the menu banner 'SHOP NOW' link or another link, or the first header block, or even a specific link in the footer? I am used to creating this through UTM tagging the blocks individually and tracking through GA, but surely there is a system within the Klaviyo tagging that tracks this?
Hi,I installed the added to cart event to our shopify store about 2 months ago, and it’s seems like everything is properly setup as its shown in the image below. However there wasn’t any event recorded despite people adding items to thier cart. Is there anything else i need to instal?
I would like to create some views/exports where I can select the specific profile fields that are being displayed while segmenting the group based on either behaviors or profile attributes of the audience. The current List & Segments does not seem to be editable or exportable. I’m also having issues with the Custom Reports tab in getting the fields I want to have a quick stats view on. Is anyone else using Klaviyo for reporting and is there other ways of doing this beyond the functions listed above? Thanks
It can be seen that the open rates doesn’t match in the custom report and the analytics shown in flows. What’s the reason? The dashboard and the custom report show similar numbers but looking at the flow analytics, the average open rate shouldn’t be that low. Hi Klaviyo Wizards! I’m attempting to set up a Dedicated Sending Domain, but having issues with the final DNS record as it conflicts with another record e.g. “www” I can’t delete this record since it’s important - it serves as a redirect from a previous/old Shopify store. How can I solve? Is there a workaround? HELP!Additional context: the domain is registered via Godaddy
We have some historical orders that aren't at 'complete' status in Magento but we need to ship them at a later date - this means that the Order Shipping emails are being sent sometimes months after the shipment has been sent, can anyone help?
I have a custom report that export my all time campaign metric data. I get this through the Klaviyo custom report UI. However, I want to be able to fully automate that export through the API and python SDK. I have been able to export the campaigns through the python SDK using the get_campaigns function, and I have been able to export unique opens and total received emails using the instructions from how to export conversion data. However, my unique opens is slightly different and I can’t seem to get it to match the custom report perfectly. Is there any reason for this? My parameters for the metric_export are, metric_id, count=100, unit=”week” start_date and end_date set, measurement = unique (count for received email metric), and by=”Campaign Name” or “$variation.” Anything I should try? Thanks for any help.
Hi,I have two domains for example: abc.com and abc.shop.com.I want to track same user for both domains. I mean if user A push event on domain abc.com and same user push event from other domain abc.shop.com, then how klaviyo cookie automatically track the same user for second domain? It will not create other profile for other domain only one profile can track both domain.I read below link but new klaviyo object is not giving the exchange_id.
