Dear Klaviyo Fam.I've started to segment our non-engaged subscribers. Then, I discovered a significant number of recipients from the same domain (firstname.lastname@example.org) who received our emails but showed no engagement. I have a few questions related to this: Can anyone confirm the origin of this domain? My assumption is that it might be a disposable email from Amazon, but I would appreciate any insights or information you might have. Considering the lack of engagement, would it be advisable to exclude these individuals from our future campaigns? I'm seeking recommendations on whether it's best to focus our efforts on more receptive audiences. Lastly, I'm curious to know if these non-engaged recipients will have any impact on our overall sending reputation. Even they received our emails? Thank you all for your assistance and input.Best regards, Mae
HiIt seems this should be a big issue. I can’t view my metrics on a phone with Klaviyo. I don’t need an app, but need to at least be able to see my dashboard on a mobile browser. Today is May 23rd, but instead the right ¼ of the Klaviyo website get cut off (on all browsers). So I don’t see the latest metrics on the graph. SEE IMAGE BELOW.I like to stay positive, but this is pretty bad not being able to see metrics on the go.Anyone know how to fix this? Or can recommend an analytics service that connects with Klaviyo and can show this data on mobile? Thanks!
We ran a test email campaign to verify analytics were working correctly by sending the test campaign to an internal company email. The email was received in our Microsoft Outlook inbox just fine. We opened the email and clicked all the links - everything worked as it should. However, when we checked in Klaviyo, campaign analytics only showed that we received the email and clicked links. It didn’t show that we’d opened the email. We waited over an hour to allow for updates, and still nothing. We ran a second test with the exact same email sent to the same company address. This time we double-clicked the email to open it in a pop-out window instead of Outlook’s main inbox window. Only then did Klaviyo register that we opened the email. Is there a way to record email opens when an email is viewed in Outlook’s main inbox window and not in a pop-out window? This will significantly lower our open rates if we’re missing these instances.
Hi, My cleint has 4 different companies that have 4 differnet websites. Each of the have their own unique domain name. There are “request a callback” forms on each site. Can I use 1 Klaviyo account to manage the 4 websites. The key requirement is when somebody fills out a form on a site they get an automatic thank you reply and this reply must use an email that is using the domain of the site where the form was filled out. So site A xyz.com must use email address email@example.com to send emails site b abc.com must use email address firstname.lastname@example.org to send emails Cheers John
I want to create a custom report that lists all of the email recipients, unique conversions, total order value, and conversion rate by month. I figured out how to do that for campaigns and flows separately but is there a way to create one custom report that reports on all emails sent regardless of whether it’s a flow or campaign?
Ever since one of the recent updates, we’ve been having trouble viewing the Analytics Dashboard Overview properly. The sections go out horizontally farther than the computer screen, and there’s no sideways scroll bar, so we can’t actually see the numbers. There’s also a double vertical scroll bar, which is just annoying. Is there a way to fix this so that we can actually see our numbers?
I would like to create a dashboard where it shows a breakdown of all of our segments. It would be good to customise with custom properties too. Ideally I would like to see a breakdown of top performing segments, how your newsletter list is broken down by segment, which segments generate the highest revenue, click rate, unsubscribe rate, open rate, engagement rate etc.I use a system called nosto which has a really great segmentation insights section and breaks down your whole audience showing how all of your segments fit into all of your customers as a whole. It makes it really easy to see which groups of customers to prioritise, which ones might need nurturing etc.Is there anything that already does this within Klaviyo? I don’t want to export and shuffle this data around, I would like it to be a live dashboard that always stays up to date. With new customers signing up constantly, an export showing a snapshot of the exact moment you export isn’t much use, as it will become out of date t
Hi everyone and happy Friday! We have the normal UTM tracking on our links and we have added a custom utm_lc to track the “last click” source on a profile.but Im seeing another code on the end of our links that I can find the source of, the &_kx= and this string can get quite long and messy looking:?utm_source=Klaviyo&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=Testing_1&utm_lc=Klaviyo&_kx=u7eRR65NqnLZ15DPx3ylMy9oSyyH_ttWWReiaicE1yg%3D.TLh3LFIs this an important string, what is it measuring/writing back to and is it editable/switch offable? Thank you
Hi, Our company contacts both retail customers as well as our stockists, in which campaign behaviour between both lists are very different. Our ‘public’ emails are sales driven, with links to our websites, however our ‘stockists’ emails are not, and often very different in regards to metrics. Because of this, the ‘Email Performance Review’ on our dashboard is quite out of sync with what we want to view, which is data our ‘public’ emails only. Is there a way we can only track performance data from certain emails? For example, our campaign titles will either start with ‘PUBLIC’ or ‘STOCKIST’. Can a custom report be set up that shows data only from campaigns that show ‘PUBLIC’ in the title? Many thanks
Im still relatively new to Klaviyo so i appreciate any and all community support.I am building out some Custome reports to track Flow performance across A/B tests and various flows and I’m struggling to add fields to these reports, for example subject lines. Having the subject line pulled into the report next to the break down of open rates can gave a quick single view on whats working and what's not across multiple campaigns at a glance (also our past EDS did this so my manager is expecting it and I’d rather not copy past everything across tabs in Excel).Another thing that would be great is the “Conversion Metric” I can get a total of Orders Placed - but I’m struggling to find the actual people who made those purchases to spot check and monitor - in the flow you can see the analytics and see the audience who performed any flow activity, but the conversion metric isn’t an option there.Long story short - is there a way of customizing the output of the reporting in Klaviyo?
Hello Klaviyo Community,I’d like to suggest a feature that would really help people understand the performance of their flows/campaigns across their user population. When creating a multi-metric report, we’d like the ability to filter by a flow, and then group the statistics by a profile property.Want to see how your “Welcome” flow performs in different states? This would be the answer. You could select the metrics you’d want to analyze, filter to just the flow you’re interested in, and then group that by a profile property (e.g., a state) to see how your flow performs across all states. I feel like this is a fairly basic feature request that would help all of us.Does this make sense? Would this be helpful?
Can someone tell me where I can see opens and clicks by device for an individual Email Campaign? I have seen reference to an Advanced Report menu but don’t see this anywhere when I open a campaign. Same question for individual Flows. Thanks!
Is there any report in Klaviyo that can give you an overview of email opens and clicks for an entire list/segment? For example, in HubSpot I can export a group and see how many emails someone has received, opened, and clicked. I can see this behavior on an individual profile basis, but I’d like to be able to see it en masse. Also, the profile data seems to count multiple opens and clicks per email, which is helpful also, but not what I want to see.
Why there is NO live human chat on support, all I’ve got is a robot answer me.And why my emails landed to spam box, those emails are freshly comes from FB ad and I have barely use this mailbox, so it shouldn’t laned to spam box. When i use sendinblue, my emails are landed in Promotional Tab, what’s wrong with Klaviyo? Please fix this before i permantly move to sendinblue
Has anyone been able to get in touch with Klaviyo support via phone? I have been trying to get in contact with them and have had no luck. My boss is getting very aggravated that we see a total attributed revenue, but the numbers to back it up are only in Klaviyo and there is no way for us to export these into a .CVS file by each campaign. We feel that if they have our information on the backend, then we should be able to export these numbers into a file to decipher ourselves, it should not be this hard.
Does anyone know how I can export a CVS file that will give me the amount of sales for each customer as well? I have tried creating a segment and doing it this way, but it only gives me the option to do CLV and I would like the sales from certain campaigns and flows I have done.
hello, I noticed that my results (revenue by klaviyo) for the old months, for the "placed order rate" metric, have increased! they were at 37% for March and since today the result has increased to 42%! Same for February! Why such a discrepancy? has there been an update to the email revenue calculations? THANKS
I closed my site recently and downgraded the Klaviyo account associated with it to a free account. I am job hunting and met with a recruiter this morning. Is there any way to get the metrics from my business, open rates, conversions, etc to put on a resume to aid in job hunting? I cannot contact Klaviyo directly with a free account.
Hi Klaviyo team We’re setting up a DNS to use Klaviyo however our technical team has responded with the below information:As per IS policy of our company, we cannot go with send grid option. To support you in this situation the best we can do is to whitelist your domain for 2 weeks to send the emails in the meanwhile contact with tool owner/domain owner to fix DMARC issue. Kindly share the domain which you want to use to send email. We need your help to proceed with fixing the issue. Thanks,Yousef
Hello GuysI’m a bit overwhelmed and confused, with which is the best email adress for sending newsletter, double Opt-in Mails and Flows. So, my current situation is, that we will maintain several Ecom Stores in the future and for each of these stores will have seperate E-Mail Adresses: ex. email@example.comMy Idea is to warm up these adresses first to avoid spam filters. Now, i’m wondering what is the best solution for sending all the E-Mails that i mentioned above. Would you use the main Adress since the were warmed up or would you create a sending domain over klaviyo?Let me please know what works best for you and my situation. Thanks for all your answers!
Hi all, it’s me again!I’m wondering if anyone else is running into this issue. I have my domain purchased through Google, and when I create a subdomain and point it to Shopify, I can’t create an email for the subdomain without having Shopify’s DNS records to create an email. Has anyone else run into this issue and found a solution? Hopefully this makes sense!
Hi all, TL;DR I’m trying to recreate the product feed using a zap in order to populate a dynamic block without actually using the “Placed Order” metric. I’m finally offloading all transactional emails to Klaviyo, and struggling with the “Order Shipped” situation. I recently set up the AfterShip + Klaviyo integration before realizing that AfterShip doesn’t actually pass and order details to Klaviyo, so using the AfterShip metrics is a bit of a bust if I want to include order details in each step following purchase. So, I decided to try out Zapier for now and see if what I want is possible without going the full custom dev route. I’ve created an “Order Shipped” metric in Klaviyo using “Order Status: Completed” in Woocommerce, and started piling on properties and values to pass over to Klaviyo. I then realized that while I have the individual properties to create the line items inside the dynamic block, that I don’t actually have the “event.extra.Items” parent property required to dictate
