Segmentation based on product quantity in the order

Hi, I want to set up replenishment flow to remind people about next order based on product quantity that user ordered before.So if user ordered 1 bottle of particular product we want to remind after 30 days.If user ordered 3 bottles we want to remind in after days.Etc.Can’t find the way to do that.

Best practices for leveraging product catalogs with automations

Hi all –We are looking to start using the catalog feed feature of Klaviyo, but are trying to wrap our heads around what sort of functionality it would allow for. The obvious one, of course, is utilizing this product information in dynamic blocks within templates. But going beyond that, what are the capabilities for example when it comes to setting up automated flows around state changes in the catalog (e.g. new item added, trigger a campaign with a template that utilizes the catalog item info). is it possible to dynamically create audiences for such campaigns depending on some of the catalog item parameters (e.g. category/type/brand, etc.)Just curious how other folks are utilizing the platform when it comes to dynamic content and marketing automations.We also want to make sure we do the catalog set up with these capabilities in mind, as it may impact the schema, etc. (and beyond catalog, of custom events tracking in relation to these items).Thankful for any and all feedback or pointers

Abandoned Cart link woocommerce not working

The returned to cart link is not working in the abandoned cart emails with Woocommerce integration. Once you click on link it will bring you to a empty cart. It shows the correct product in email though. Any idea why it’s not saving the cart?

Conditional Split for Post Purchase New vs Returning

Hi Klaviyo Community, I'm busy building a post-purchase flow that has one conditional split to differentiate between new and repeat customers (see image 1) and a 2nd conditional split for returning customers, depending on which collection they have just purchased from Tents or Accessories (see image 2 - as this will determine what incentive is offered in the email). Does the conditional split in image 2 look correct or is there a better way to do it?  Thanks,Rox

Subscribers are joining in the middle of my Birthday countdown flow - how do I avoid that?

Hi :) I have created a Birthday countdown flow, that starts 2 weeks before a persons birthday. The first mail in the flow contains an early birthday discount. 1 week before a persons birthday, they will recieve an email that reminds them to use their birthday discount. The problem is I noticed a lot of the subscribers doesn’t receive the first email, but only the second email (the reminder). I guess it must be because, when they sign up and add their birthday there is already less the 2 weeks untill their birthday, which is why the first email is not sent to them? How do I avoid this problem?

People no longer entering Welcome Flow

We are having an issue with people no longer entering our Welcome Flow.  There haven’t been any changes made in over two months but about a month ago, no one entered the flow.  Any help would be appreciated.

I cannot find the product name dimension when setting up trigger split

Hi there, I’m trying to set up my browse abandonment sequence. However when I’m setting up the trigger split, the only item on the dropdown dimension is $value. How do I filter it to products containing certain words in its product name if the dimension is not showing it?

Conditional Visibility based on products ordered

Request: One-click toggle to add/remove date picker to campaign filter

Hi there, the campaign date-range filter is a constant frustration sorry.PROBLEMS1. Firstly, it seems to default to the last date used, which requires pointing and clicking just to see latest campaigns.e.g. Say you sent a campaign on the 24th but a colleague sends a campaign on the 26th. When you log-in, the campaign list doesn’t show their campaign because it’s defaulted to the 24th. This requires pointing and clicking just to see the last campaign.2. Secondly, it’s painful searching for past campaigns like last year’s Mothers Day or Black Friday because you have to click back through a year to create the date range (plus you have to know the date of the campaign).The whole point of searching is to bypass endless clicking and quickly find what you need - right?REQUEST: A one-click toggle to add/remove the date picker to/from the campaign filter. That way we could exclude a date range and search for a campaign without endless pointing and clicking.Hope that makes sense.Cheers, Ben

Anniversay Flow

I have read and re-read and watched  all the videos I can find.  I want to set up the anniversary flow, challenge is I don’t have a trigger for it when setting it up.  I just see first active date as a choice.  How can I add First Order Date to set this up correctly.

Can someone explain to me why when a customer checkout abandoned, they still receive a welcome email flow? how to fix it? I want someone when they checkout abandoned or have completed checkout they won't get the welcome flow anymore.

Abandoned Cart for Certain Days

Hi all!  We’re looking to create a flow that notifies potential buyers/guests that a cabin/product they were looking at has recently dropped in price. For reference, we use a WordPress website that is integrated with Guesty. We lower the price of our product 1 week before the date of arrival, so in theory, this can be triggered by the date or by the price drop. We already have a custom property of “Date” that notes the date the guest/buyer was looking to stay at our cabin/”product.” My first thought was to create an abandoned cart flow with an additional trigger of “properties of someone” > “date” “is between” “0 - 7 days” but I noticed it adds “ago” to the phrasing, making it “date is between 0 - 7 days ago,” but I’m wanting it to be in the future, meaning they would place the order before the date.  Any ideas about how to set this flow up?

Form Unique ID when A/B testing

Hello,I’m trying to set up a welcome flow where I resend the unique discount coupon code created when they signed up in the popup form.I am conducting an A/B test on the popup form with two different discount offers. My plan was to use a conditional split in the flow, filtered by the forms' IDs, and then send the correct discount coupon code.However, when doing an A/B test, the form IDs initial segment are the same: UMDxqa/variations/9812292 vs. UMDxqa/variations/9812291, only the ending numbers change.I've attempted to use either just the final number '9812292' or the full text 'UMDxqa/variations/9812292' in the conditional split, but it did not give the desired results. Can you help me understand why this is happening and how to solve it?Thank you

Question Regarding Exiting Abandoned Cart Flow

Hi all,I have created an abandoned cart flow with different structured emails depending on the product.The trigger for the flow is ‘Checkout Started’. Should I add a conditional split ‘Has placed order at least once since starting the flow’ where ‘yes’ exits the flow and ‘no’ leads to the next email or will Klaviyo automatically stop the flow if a customer does indeed place an order? Abandoned Cart Flow Filter Confusion

Hello!Thanks in advance for your help.I’m a little confused for a cart abandonment email flow. I want a customer to enter the email flow if the following conditions are met:They’ve NEVER bought from my store before They haven’t been in the flow for at least 120 days (ex: they abandoned cart in the past and received abandoned cart email, but still didn’t order and return 1 year later)Initially, I had set the trigger has “When someone Checkout Started.” with flow filters: “Ordered product zero times over all time” and “has not been in flow in the last 120 days”I figured that “Ordered product zero times over all time” would be they have never bought from my store before AND they did not end up purchasing since the flow started. However, a new customer bought from our store and 15 minutes later (time delay set on abandoned email flow) still got the abandoned email. Does this mean that I need 3x filters? “Ordered product zero times over all time”, “has not been in flow in the last 120 days”

Help with the 2nd flow email recipients.

This is the flow. The email #1 is working as it should, but for the conditional split, the names that are qued in ‘yes’ have not then been sent for email #2, despite saying that they should have been sent in April when I click into their profile.Below shows a screenshot of the final flow not pulling any other people in and the 2 people who are marked as ‘yes’ above.

Campaign content disappears

I just spent an hour building out an email campaign. I was minutes from being done and I don’t know what happened - ALL the content disappeared! There’s just an empty box that says “Drop Content Here” I don’t know what I did! How do I avoid this in the future? Even the theme I was using is gone. I thought maybe I somehow got into an edit mode that I can’t get out of, but I can’t figure it out.

Abandoned Cart Flow Not Working

Hello, I have an abandoned cart flow set up where the trigger is ‘added to cart’. For some reason emails are not sending on this flow. When I look under preview and test I see the last ‘recent event’ it is picking up is from Dec 16. How do I fix this? I have checked the Shopify integration and that seems to be fine and I can see in the recent data section under integration that the right info is pulling through.  I have also tried to change the trigger to ‘checkout started’. In this case, the data seems to be pulling through correctly but now the product and price are not updating in the body of the email. Has anyone else come across this problem? What's the best method to make a VIP flow (segments VS event based) ?

Hello,I’m curently making a VIP flow for an e-com brand and I’m looking for the best way to achieve this.The VIP program is tier based on number of purchase and LTV.Here is the 2 methods I'm hesitating on :Segments based trigger => so basicaly one flow for each VIP tier (3 VIP flows in total) Gold:  Placed Order is at least 9 over all time Total Customer Lifetime Value is greater than 400 Silver  Placed Order is at least 6 over all time Total Customer Lifetime Value is greater than 250 Total Customer Lifetime Value is less than 400 Bronze Placed Order is at least 3 over all time Total Customer Lifetime Value is greater than 150 Total Customer Lifetime Value is less than 250 Event based trigger (placed order) => only one flow What is the best way to achieve this ? And why?Thanks a lot !
