How do I target browse abandonment users based on the product type or category they viewed?

How do I target browse abandonment users based on a specific product type or category they viewed?For example - if someone viewed a t-shirt from the men’s category, how can I send then an email with reviews about t-shirts.Similarly,  if someone viewed a top. from the women's category, how can I send then an email with reviews about tops.Instead of using the standard flow, how can I create a more personalised touch to it? Please let me know your suggestions.

How to double check product links are working in Browse Abandonment Flow?

Hello, I’ve just set up a Browse Abandonment Flow using the Klaviyo template for this. I’m ready to go live but I wanted to double check the links are going to work. I’ve tested it in the Preview but when I click on the product link it goes to a 404 page. I presume this is because it’s not live? Or are my links broken? This is what I’ve done… Here’s the code of the image:Is that Link URL correct? I’m guessing that might be the issue. How do I unsubscribe users at end of flow?

how can I unsubscribe someone at the end of a flow so flow iswin back email after 60 days win back email after further 15 days if do NOT open or do not CLICK either of these 2 emails then I want to unsubscribe them from all lists so they dont get any further emails seems pretty simple in other email marketing systems so what is the process here.

Sudden decline in open rates - trying to determine cause

We market to consumers and physicians. We have both consumer and physician emails in our Klaviyo profile but we use different sender emails / reply to emails for consumers vs. physicians.Up until recently we have very high open rates for our consumer emails (50%+) … recently they have significantly declined over a 6 week period, I haven’t changed any of the content. The only thing I can think of is a slow down during the holiday break as our target consumer is very busy during that time.   The only thing I can think of is that we sent a few emails starting in December to a small (less than 500 recipients but about 5 campaigns total) group of physicians who we met a while back at a tradeshow. We imported the list and we had never sent to them before. We had high bounce rates with this campaign, although open rates have been high and consistent. I think the bounce rates come from many physicians having strict spam filters and some of the emails were old.  Do you think the bounce rate inc

Can Klaviyo send placed order and order fulfilled emails?

Hi there,I have a Shopify and want to know if it’s possible to send the order confirmation and order fulfilled emails through Klaviyo instead of using the standard email provided by Shopify?For the order fulfilled email the order tracking number (that is added to Shopify) will need to be included as well. Can anyone offer any help/advice?Thanks,Mike

Show / Hide Block based on time email is opened

I want to be able to show/hide certain content based on when a user is opening and interacting with content. For example, if I mention a promotion in an email and the user lets the content in sit in their inbox after it expires, I want to be able to then hide the content because it’s no longer relevant. Is this something I can do and if so, how would I do it?

Repeat Emails Weekly for Date of Birth

Hello,So I have a toy store where we sell toys for babies 0-3 years.As as input we have Date of birth of the babies.Would like to send weekly email about the babies to the parent. ExampleA: if today(4th March2022)baby1 is  born on 7Jan 22, then she is 8 week and 8th week email will gobaby2 is  born on 10 Dec 21, then she is 12 week and 12th week email will go B: After a week 11th March222baby1 is 9 week old and 9th week email will gobaby2 is 13 week and 132th week email will go And that on that date an automatic email is sent every week.How could I generate this? Thanks in advance

Applying specific discount codes to specific customers

Hey Klaviyo community! We are currently testing out how our referral programme might work. We have a list of referral codes and the email addresses / customers that they relate to.  Is there a way to show specific coupons to specific email addresses? Prevent People from entering a flow while in another flow

Do we have a flow filter option that will prevent people from coming in to a certain flow while they are inside another flow? Just so we can avoid like sending them automated message from post-purchase flow and VIP flow at the same time - for example.

Hi, I have a BigCommerce store and have added the cart rebuilder app by Arctic Leaf and the flow that they recommend.My question is, if I have that flow, do I need an abandoned cart flow also??Or does the Arctic Leaf app cover my bases?Thanks,-Jason

2-column Dynamic Table Block

I’m trying to create a 2 (can be 3-column too) dynamic block instead of iterating vertically, is it possible using the table block or does it need to be coded? Flow filters for post purchase

Hi All,  We are currently making a dynamic flow for our post purchases emails so that dependant on the product you receive the information in the email will change. We have got everything set up but now want to restrict the flow so it is only delivered on peoples first order of each product.The problem I am having is that someone may buy product X once and then product Z next, and the only filter I can come up with would mean on purchase of Z they wouldn't receive the emails.  Does anyone know a solution for this? best, Sophie

Text block email link doesn't work on computer

Hi,I’m using Klaviyo to send out emails.At the bottom of every mail, I have a contact section. Here I want link to my e-mail through text. I’m doing exactly as this guide says (https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005085147-How-to-Add-a-Link-to-an-Email-Address) for the Text block email link.It works on my phone but when I try to click the link on my computer, it just opens a blank browser page.Can anyone help? :-)Best,Kristine

Unique discount code not working after receiving from signup and applying to checkout

I'm trying to provide everyone who sign up to our news letter a unique discount code that is good for one time use, and with no expiration data.  What I did so far:-Create my own discount code on excel, uploaded to the section “uploaded coupons”-In my newsletter flow I also included the name of the discount codeI did a newsletter sign up test and I was able to get the email with the unique discount code, but when I head to my website and apply the discount code it doesn't work. How do I fix this?

"Sent" in Advanced Reports & Calculating Clicks under Metrics

          the first one, in the abandoned cart flow，Advanced Reports， does the “sent” includs all of the email we sent. （cause the just show the email domain and when i plus all of the different domain sents，its not match with the number of deliver in the same time）And does the sent number equal all of the delivered emal plus the bounced email. Or if you could tell me how could i get the number about all of the email that i send in the abandoned cart flow.          the second one, how to calculate the number of “clicked”, cause we find our clicked number is less than the “placed order” number, and we did a reservation then we found some customer they inter in our flow and the placed the order but without “clicked”. And we found just the people who clicked the picture inter in our home website page, its “clicked”; and if someone just click the “ shop now” or “go to checkout” button and went to the checkout page, it wasn’t define “clicked”. Filtering who enters a flow better

Hi there!I’m relatively new to using Klaviyo and looking for a way to better filter who enters a flow - we have a welcome series of emails that is triggered by someone subscribing to the newsletter, but have found that if someone is already subscribed to the newsletter but subscribes again from a different form on the website that they get sent the welcome series again, even though they were already on the newsletter list…Is there a way to change the trigger to be NEW subscribers to the newsletter so this doesn’t happen again?Thanks!

Welcome Series Flow - Customer v Non Customer

Hi everyone, I have created a welcome series flow for customer v non customer (but I’m not sure whether the flow is correct or not. It would be a lot helpful if you guys can clear up the confusion I have.So my purpose here is that I will set a conditional split to follow up email sequences with them if they did not make purchase after my second email for non customer.But if they did make purchase, I will stop sending them follow up email. The question is: I not sure my conditional split is correct or not and Should I put “has placed order at least once since starting this flow” or should I put“has placed an order in the last x days”? I have attached below image for your reference.Kind of confuse about since starting this flow too.

Starting a flow at a defined time (like a campaign.... but a flow.)

I want to build a Welcome flow for a defined group of people (people who have purchased in the last two days) Those people are in a Segment.  But it seems like a Flow is kicked off by a dynamic trigger .. “people who join a segment” … at some people in the future.  I know I can send a Campaign to a defined group at a specific time.But that’s just a single email. I’d like it to be part of a flow.  Can I kick off the beginning of a Flow to a defined group at a defined time? (“Start this Friday at 9am to the Sale segment”….then continue the flow.)

Creating cross device abandon campaigns with Magento

Hi allWe’re looking to set up some simple abandon cart emails with Klaviyo, and our Magento 2.4.3 ecommerce site. We have some fairly complex products set up, with a range of materials, colours and bespoke customer-selected sizing options which mean there are a lot of SKUs spinning off the main product type. But we’d also like to make sure that when a customer gets an abandon cart email, this will work cross-device, so if they abandon on a desktop, they could recreate their entire session on a mobile browser a few hours later. So all products, variations and custom selections would need to be recreated in that session too.Is that something that Klaviyo does out of the box?ThanksMike

In mid December i notice that the metric “Order product value” suddenly stopped tracking purchases and now only shows $0.00We use Magento 2 - is there any way to check and see if this metric has somehow dropped off or troubleshoot for a error?

Transactional Mail for pending payments possible?

Hello guys! I really hope you can help me with this big issue..We are selling our products on WooCommerce and send transactional E-Mails over Klaviyo. Everything works well except the one payment method called 'awaiting payment'. This is a common payment method in Germany - So the customer places the order but has to pay it manually at his bank (a lot of people still don't have online banking). The problem is that Klaviyo doesn't recognize this type of order as an actual order so it doesn't trigger my transactional email. Actually Klaviyo things these customers have abandoned their cart and they are all landing in my abandoned cart flow on top of that :( So Klaviyo sends Order confirmations to customers that are marked as ‘’processing’ in my Woocommerce, but not to customers that are marked as ‘On Hold’ (this is where they land with this specific payment method - I then have to mark them as payed manually later when I checked my bank). So customers that have to pay manually don’t even
