Chat support is no longer available?

The chat support is not available for me since last Friday, 8th of October. I see the button, but nothing happen if i click on it. So i submitted a ticket on Friday morning, but i also didn’t receive a reply on that. Anyone knows how to get in touch with support regarding a flow that’s not being triggered as expected? Is there some kind of customer support outage or is it just me? I’m on Chrome but also tested on Safari ( Mac).Thanks

Conditional Split in Flow: How does the "contains" filter works for Discount Coupon?

Hi,we’re sending out personalized Discount Codes to our new subscribers from our Shopify onlinshop.The Codes are always “WELCOMExxxxxx”, where “xxxxxx” is of course some generated code.Within the Welcome Flow we are also sending out reminders for the Codes. Along the flow, we want to exclude all subscribers from the flow that have used their Codes already.I have set up the conditional split as shown below but am not sure if it works correctly…Does the “contains” need to match exactly the code? (this would not be possible as all codes are different) Or is it ok like shown before as all codes at least begin with “WELCOME…”? If not, what would be the best solution? Is there a way to test if such conditional split works?Thanks!Stephan

Improving site speed after integrating with Klaviyo

Does anyone know the right way to install klaviyo on a shopify store that optimises performance? I've complained to Klaviyo that loads of scripts are installed and it impacts performance (a big no-no now that Google launched web vitals especially) and they send me to this page. But that method still injects loads of scripts, and doesn't even sync a shopify customer list with klaviyo profiles.Specifically that method adds 8 scripts and 1 stylesheet (and this is without the shopify app intalled)Tests before and after saw my store drop from 88 to 48 in google page speed insights (desktop) and from a B (88%) in GTMetrix to a D (56%).It's just not sustainable to have this impact on performance and I'm reaching the end of my journey with Klaviyo unless someone can add some input to help.Thanks!

How to repeat same email in the flow

Hi,I have a question about setup a flow to send email everytime customer visit our restaurant.Here is my logic below:There is a property called ‘To be send restaurant email’ and the value is ‘Y’ A segment included those profile based on filter property ‘To be send restaurant email’ equal to ‘Y’ A flow based on that segment to send out the email  The last step of the flow is to remove property ‘To be send restaurant email’So in my idea, the next time they revisit our restaurant they will have property ‘To be send restaurant email’ again so they would be included in the same flow again.So far it worked for the first time. But the second time even they are in the segment already, it still don’t trigger the flow. Do you have any idea to make it work? Thanks.Mars

Rebuild Cart Dynamically for BigCommerce

Hi All,Just want to raise this as it seems like a huge disadvantage for Klaviyo.I’d like to request the ability for persistent/rebuilt carts in the BigCommerce integration so that the abandon flows aren’t a negative experience for potential customers.It seems as though this is possible given that the arctic leaf app was able to provide the feature (although it currently isn’t working, at least for me) and the lack of this feature in the integration is already making me look at other ESP’s like omnisend. If I’d known this wasn’t possible in Klaviyo from the beginning I don’t know that I would have even signed up.

Mobile Only sections not working? Show in preview but not when sending

Hi -I have built an email within the template builder. There are a couple sections that are desktop only, and a couple sections that are mobile only.  When I preview the email, everything looks perfect, and the mobile & desktop versions are different as they should be. However, when I actually send the email, I receive the desktop version even when opening the email on a mobile device. I have tested this with a number of mobile phones, and only the desktop version is being received. Why is this occurring, and how do I fix it?  And yes, I have Mobile Optimizations enabled:

Live Chat Is not working

Hello, I am in the paid plan but customer support live chat is not working. I sent mails to support countless times but nobody is replying. Very poor customer service. Because of the issue I cannot resolve with the customer service, I cannot automate my flows. I am in the paid plan but cannot use the granted features. Please solve it.

Sending a .vcf card to SMS subscribers

Is it possible to send SMS subscribers a .vcf contact card so that they can store our contact info into their phones easily? I have seen this done by some accounts with Klaviyo such as robingolf.com but I cannot seem to figure out how to set it up. thanks!

Trying to add Klaviyo to my WP subscribe form on my homepage

Hi everyone (First time posting) I have connected Klaviyo to my WooCommerce and I think its working ok- However I have a “subscribe” box on my homepage (Wordpress site) and its not pulling through new subscribers to my klaviyo its still sending them to Mailchimp. I have deactivated Mailchimp but they still aren't reaching Klayvio-  Can anyone help me please? Do I ned to connect the form? if so HOW? Thank you

Unsubscribed non-suppressed users maxing out our account limit, should all be suppressed?

We are tracking all visitors to our e-commerce site in Klaviyo, then when they subscribe to our newsletter we add them to the Newsletter list in Klaviyo. This has resulted in 514,854 active accounts who are not subscribed to our newsletter, and 85,000 accounts who are subscribed, meaning we are maxing out our active users max limit. What is the best practice here, should new visitors be added as suppressed, and then when/if they subscribe un-suppress them and add them to the Newsletter list? can a suppressed account even be added to a List via the API?

Need help setting up code for ADD TO CART metric.

Hello,Recently, I have been trying to set up email marketing flows, specifically the Abandoned Cart Reminder and the Back in Stock flow for my store and have been having issues with the putting the coding snippets into my store. It may be because that we have a custom Shopify theme but, when following the instructions for the installation of the added to cart metric I have been unsuccessful in finding the proper button code for my store.  Would be greatly appreciated if someone could potentially point me in the right direction on how I can get this working!Thanks in advance.

How to create dynamic coupon code in Klaviyo flow that expires in 7 days after being sent?

I created a coupon code for my Newsletter subscribers that expires in 7 days after someone subscribes but when I go to add coupons, there is no option in the dropdown menu to add coupons so does this mean that the coupons will automatically be generated in my email flowswithout the need to add coupons?

Why is my link for Abandoned Cart taking me to my homepage instead?

Hello! I am wondering how I can add a link (not a button) to my abandoned cart flow that would take the email recipient back to their cart. I see that Klaviyo allows you to do this for a button, but not sure how to do it with a particular link.

Cannot track started checkout in Woocommerce

Hi!I've done the Woocommerce integration, all the events are correctly uploaded in Klaviyo exept the Started Checkout. I tried to reinstall the plug in, but nothing worked.I also did some tests myself following the directions found on this community but they don't seem to work.Any advice?

Is it possible to have double opt-in for emails not coming from klaviyo signup forms?

Hi,  We integrated Klaviyo to our ManyChat account, and we want to have a double opt-in confirmation for the users giving their emails or wanted to be on our subscriber’s list. Is it possible to send a confirmation for their subscription once the emails are already transferred to Klaviyo Lists without going through the signup form? Is Klaviyo double opt-in only possible for signup forms or are there any other ways to use Klaviyo double opt-in option? Looking forward to hearing from you.  Many thanks, Jen

Missing products from shopify site when using select from catalog option in product block

I am creating a welcome flow with a product block. I’ve chosen the option to select from catalogue but not all the products on the shopify store page appears (I can see products that are no longer on sale too)Can’t work out how to get the full catalogue to appear Any advice/help will be much appreciated

Coupon code with expiry date in email flow (WC)

Hi all! I’m trying to add either automatically generated unique 1. Coupon code with expiry time (24h for example) OR 2. Link (with coupon code with expiry time added) that takes directly to our e-store. Since all the emails are going out automatically within the abandoned cart flow, the codes should be with expiry times according when they are automatically sent out. I really hope that makes sense! I can’t generate the codes in Woocommerce, since  Klaviyo doesn't support the webhook and we could not set an expiration for coupons that are used in the Klaviyo email, it should be set manually.

Updating a profile property or create profile property step in a flow when the profile property doesn't exist yet?

I’m creating a flow where I want to update a profile property after a purchase has occurred. However, for most of the profiles, this property doesn’t exist yet. Should I use the ‘update profile property’ action or ‘create new property’ action? If I create a new property each time the flow is triggered, will it create duplicate properties for people who enter the flow multiple times?

Shopify integration - can't search lists and not all lists showing

I’ve created a new list for new SMS subscribers to be added to. When trying to change the list which SMS subscribers are added to, I cannot find the new list in the drop down: When trying to use search, the correct list flashes up, but the search input field removes the search term and resets before being able to select. This option is unable to be selected, it is not available as an option - checked in devtools.There seems to be a limit of 150(?) options here, so lists which are not in that dropdown cannot be selected. Is this a bug?
