Am I eligible to be a Klaviyo Partner? (copywriter just getting started with Klaviyo and email marketing for clients)

Hi all! So, I earned my Klaviyo Product Certification yesterday and I’m all fired up about moving ahead and doing more and more Klaviyo-related work for clients. I also have my own (minimalist) copywriting website.My intention to work with Klaviyo is strong, but honestly - I haven’t had a single Klaviyo client yet (except for myself! Since I’ve set up some sign-up forms and flows for my own website).Question: Based on the above, am I eligible to become a Klaviyo Partner?  Or do I need to show some client successes first?I don’t want to “waste” my Partner application, so I thought I’d check here first.Cheers!Melanie

Is there a way to see a heat map of an email campaign?

Hi, I know that Klaviyo provides analytics for the links tracked in my email campaigns (Campaigns » Link Activity). However, I’d like to know if there’s a way to see the heat map of a specific email campaign. I might use the same link across different sections of my newsletter (header, image and CTA for example) and the link activity will only show me the total clicks. What if I want to know where people are clicking the most (header, main image, text, CTA, footer, etc.)? Are there any software/tools available that could help me with this? Thanks!

Why aren't my form Submissions aren't going to my connected segment?

I have a little query where I need your help .I have set up the embedded form with radio button options, now I want to create segments based on the options picked by the customers. I have set it up, however when I test it, people are added to the list but not the segment.Where did I go wrong. Appreciate your help.

Why aren't my Saved Blocks working properly?

I’m trying to save a new block into my “Saved Block” catalogue but when I try to look for it to put into another template it doesn’t appear. It also doesn’t appear when I go to manage my saved block content.

Changing the display of a web feed

- Feed format - I only seem able to display recipe images with the title to the right of the image (see image attached). I'm wanting to try an option where we display 2 images across (desktop) / 1 image (mobile) with titles underneath the images (see mindful chef example attached)

Embedded forms in Wordpress

I have a very straightforward task: I’d like to place an embedded form at the footer of each page on my simple Wordpress site.I already have the other Klaviyo code pasted in a Headers and Footers plugin and my flyout form is working.Then -- I tried copy and pasting the embedded form code in the footer widget - but it didn’t take.Hmm, what else should I try? Are there some extra steps required to use embedded forms directly in Wordpress?Thank you!

Is it possible to get all the segments only?  I only see I can get lists with https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/reference/get-lists ?  Am I missing something?

What happens after Klaviyo reinstallation

Hey there we got problem with integrating Klaviyo to Shopify as it seems we need to reinstall it, our goal is to get the all the metrics for email flow triggers.However we are hesitant since we don’t know what will happen--will our contacts be deleted, emails, etc? We’ve installed Klaviyo few years ago like around 2018 so we didn’t get the easy peasy installation with what we have today.*I could request to do reinstallation but again we are hesitant to do this. Anyone who knows the best way to do this?

Customer reviews widget

Is it possible to add a customer review widget in an email? I have the app Judge.me on my shopify store but I can only export reviews in the form of csv file. Is there something that I can use to export those reviews as an image?

Why does it seem my Account is Disabled for no reason?

So, I'm new to Klaviyo and I was checking everything out. Creating and deleting multiple Flows, Lists, Segments, Forms, etc… To learn and experiment how everything worked and figuring it out by myself. But suddenly I got my account disabled out of thin air… Any help? Thanks.

This video can give you inspiration for your own template designs you’ve encountered. A small library of real Klaviyo customers email designs can be found here (folder linked in document), some examples are pulled into the doc with reasons why this campaign is successful.  Klaviyo Showcase is a great tool to browse how other real Klaviyo customers are using and customizing their own email templates. If you find a template you like, you may be wondering - how do I recreate this for my own brand?So, as of now - it is not currently possible to 'clone' one of the Showcase templates into your own Klaviyo account and customize it. The examples of inspiration in Showcase are real email and SMS sent by Klaviyo customers and to respect their privacy, we do not allow others to clone their work. For the time being, the best option would be to manually recreate the template in your own account based on the components of the Showcase template. Conditional split issue on flows

So we got 1 flow set up for customers who placed an order but needs to fill up a form to confirm the bookings.  We found some issues:Conditional slipt for subscribed list - they have subscribed but on the flow it stated as No, so they cannot be forward and received the next email for confirming their booking and so on. With the same setup but different collection flow condition. They have subscribed to a list and klaviyo flow did able to fetch the 2 yes and 2 no. So supposedly they will receive the next conditional split we set for “booking date” in the last 4 days but they haven’t. Is there something we need to change on the current setup? We are using klaviyo form for the complete your booking that customer needs to fill and have setup list per collections.

Receiving 404 Error when trying to create, edit messages & save flows.

I’ve been receiving “Oooops 404” errors in multiple accounts while trying to create, edit, update, and save flows and messages in flows. Support isn’t available and I’m on a launch deadline. Has anyone encountered this in the last 24 hours? Were  you able to resolve it? It’s happening VERY frequently and I’m trying to determine if it’s a platform problem or a me problem.

How to collect names and email addresses from SMS-only profiles?

We have many SMS-only profiles on our SMS list. We would like for them to have names and emails so we can reach out to them if they win one of our contests.  I first thought of doing this with a text-response survey that fills in these profile fields one at a time. But it looks like there’s no way to use an event variable as a profile property. Also, the sequencing would be difficult, as the “sent text” event trigger does not seem to be able to filter based on what text they replied to.  Then I thought of sending them a manage preferences link, where they can type in their name and email in some form fields. But the {% manage_preferences_link %} does not work in SMS.  So how can this be done?

Do lists include all segments?

Hi, I have some questions. Are segments always under lists?  So lists are the root, then segments have profiles from lists?So if all my profiles are in all lists, then that automatically includes all segments too?  Is that true?In other words can a profile be in a segment but not in a list? Thanks.

What happens when a customer responds back to my SMS?

As of right now, when a customer responds to one of your SMS messages, this response will register under the Sent SMS metric. This will show in their profile with the response the customer has sent.You can click on the timestamp to view additional details about the message.Our feature roadmap includes a built-in SMS inbox, where you will be able to see all incoming SMS messages in one place. For now, you can view all Sent SMS events in Metrics > Sent SMS.

Does anyone know if there is an easy way to allow user to select the time of day they want to receive SMS messages? I’ve thought of some manual workarounds to accomplish this, but they’re all a little clunky. Thanks!

Bounced Email via Klaviyo

I’m new and setting up my first coupon and flow. I have been struggling with this all week, wasting too many hours reading articles and watching videos. I’ve submitted a ticket but Klaviyo has not responded. Hoping someone here can help.My coupon is working, and is kicking off the flow. Emails are not sending, though; I keep getting “Bounced Email via Klaviyo” metrics on the 2 test email addresses that I am using. Both are email addresses that I own. I have looked at the articles about why emails bounce and it’s not due to any of the suggestions in the articles. Plus, on one of the two email addresses that I used, Klaviyo set the ‘Accepts Marketing” to false.The emails are not full, not on vacation, etc.The flow is being triggered.Double opt-in is turned off.The email adresses are being added to the proper Lists.The problem is that Klaviyo is bouncing the emails.Any suggestions?Also wondering, does Klaviyo actually ever respond to support emails?

How to trigger a flow on add and then again on update?

Hi there.I’m a developer and manage a Shopify store where customers can register there email address and product code to be added to a flow which will send them the product care guide via email for that article of clothing.This is for customers who purchase in a bricks and motar store outside of Shopify.My products have a QR code on the tag so users know where to go.I’ve setup a custom property that can accept one or more product codes when a user submits the form which will work with the from subscribe trigger and conditional logic to detect which product codes they’ve submitted. The issue I have is when a user returns down the track if they’ve purchased a subsequent product then the flow isn’t triggered. After reading the forums I have seen a feature request for an ‘updated’ flow trigger to allow subsequent fires of a flow which would solve my problem.I’m also aware that when a custom property is updated the original value is overwritten.I looked into a custom metric and trigger to p

How to get a Dynamic Product Cart in Abandon Cart emails with the details of the cart stacked instead of in-line?

I want to add a product cart in the Abandon Cart Email but the cart needs to show details in a stack whereas on Klaviyo, the standard cart is in-line where the picture is in the first column and the second column has the details. Is there any way I can manage this?

how can i avoid the spam folder being a new business?

Hello! I’m starting email for a new business and when putting the welcome flow LIVE I noticed that the emails are going to spam. I don’t think i’s a “bad reputation” issue because it’s a new account. I guess i want to know if this is happening to anyone else and how can i be fixed?
