Should I Add Birthdays to Profiles in A Welcome Flow through a Preference Page or Signup Form?
Hi all,I’m currently creating a welcome series as a ‘we want to get to know you’ e-mail. This e-mail should either lead to the preferences page where they will add additional information (interests, etc.), but also their birthday.I know that a date field isn’t possible within the preferences page, so it got me wondering: How would I go about letting people who just subscribed to enter their birthdate? Would I send them to a sign-up form and would their e-mail already be pre-filled? To me this doesn’t make any sense as they’re already subscribed and will see another sign-up form right?Hoping to get some answers on this.Thanks in advance for your reply.Leon
Back in Stock snippet not working for variants - BigCommerce
I installed the snippet to BigCommerce and have a couple of issues.1 - It doesn’t appear for items where some variants are out of stock and others are in stock. So say size S & M are out of stock and L is in stock. Doesn’t show up.2 - How to customize the look of the Notify Me section (before the modal pops up)? I am using the std entry of ‘button’ but it must be pulling from a style that works elsewhere on my site but for this application, it isn’t the right color as when I hover, it turns white like the background of the page. Perhaps just providing me with what code to enter in to change the text color when hovering will work.
'Pay now' button for manual billing
We would love a ‘pay now’ button implemented so we could pay our bills when needed. The way our company is set up means we can’t always have the money in our credit card account at the time of billing, so every time we need to pay our bill we need to contact support and ask to pay. We’re in Australia so this is out of our working hours, which adds extra difficulty. Are there any plans to add a ‘pay now’ functionality? Or is there another way we can get our card charged when we need it done, not just the automatic charging attempts?
[Shopify] Checkout Pop-up not working
Hi,I’m struggling to get a pop-up sign-up form to appear on my Shopify checkout page.When I publish the pop-up without URL restrictions, it appears fine. However, when I set it to appear on any URL with ‘checkout’ in (which the checkout page always has), it won’t appear.Has anyone experienced this and can anyone help?
CRM not sending sms consent
Hello!I’m using Konnektive as a CRM and FunnelKonnekt to process sales. Because of another plugin, I need to use this system.The CRM has a plugin for Klayvio but only sends email permission along with product info and customer information, but I want to set up Texting as well.Short of exporting through Zapier, is there an easy way to manually get consent into the accounts when they submit the landing page. Unsuppress Facebook Lead Ad Profiles
Dear Community,we are experimenting with Facebook lead ads and just configured the Klaviyo integration.We are using a lead magnet (pdf download).We experienced that there are many users that once unsubscribed from our newsletter several months ago and now they fill out the lead ad. Unfortunately, they do not trigger the flow we configured because they are unsubscribed from all lists.How can we change that? When someone fills out a Facebook lead ad his/her opt-out has to be withdrawn.Thank you for your help,Matteo

I am populating a popup form on my website load for subscribe the newsletter and emails.I want if a user fill the information and click on signup page then klaviyo should match if the user is already subscribed. if yes then show a msg that you are already subscribed. Pls revert on email@example.com
Offline email collection at conference
We’ll be collecting email addresses as a conference soon and I’m a little worried about the reliability of the Internet connection. Hopefully we can just use a regular sign-up form on our website, but I’d like to be prepared in case we can’t get online.What solutions have people used for collecting emails without an Internet connection?We’ll be using Amazon Fire (Android) tablets.

Flow-triggered emails are too slow
Hi there,We are using a flow to send a welcome email with a discount code as soon as someone is added to a mailing list. However, it takes 3-5 minutes for the email to be triggered. This is problematic, because I know that most people check their emails immediately after they sign up , hoping to find their discount code. A delay of 2-3 minutes is unacceptable as we will probably lose that sale.Is there anything I can do to speed it up?Thanks,-oo
Why Are Email Addresses Not Syncing into Klaviyo via Shopify Password Newsletter Form?
Hi there, the latest email sign ups via Shopify password newsletter page wont sync with my Klaviyo account. 'This has not been an issue before. I've already checked the integrations settings in shopify and everything looks fine and integrated with Klaviyo. Please advise what else I can do to fix it. Thanks
How Do I Direct Users Who Subscribe in My Klaviyo Embedded Form to a List?
Hi there, I am looking to create an enquiry form on my page and I have a couple of questions:I have created a form and embed it on my Shopify website, where do the enquires go? Can I direct them to an email inbox? I want anyone who submits an enquiry to get an automated back - how do I set this up?
