Hey,Is it possibly to create a pop up where the teaser shows on every page of the website, but only after the user has visited a certain page? For context, we want the teaser to show for every user, but only after they’ve spent at least 8 seconds on a product page.We currently have it set to only show on page URLs containing “/products/”, but because of this the teaser doesn’t show on the categories or home page if the user goes back to continue browsing different products.
An added capability of the New Email Editor are the Sections and Columns buttons. These two buttons, under Layout, can be dragged/dropped into templates. Sections are essentially grouping mechanisms. A section can be dragged/dropped into the template and then more than one block can be added into a section, and the whole section can be saved - in order to save more than one block at a time, or a whole layout. You can add Columns into a section. Columns allow you to add blocks side by side rather than just vertically stacked. With sections, mobile stacking can be toggled off so content will remain horizontal on mobile. Or, you can control the vertical stacking from left to right or right to left. This helps minimize the need for mobile only and desktop only blocks. Making your template smaller is also a great strategy to prevent Gmail Clipping like I previously discussed in my Don’t get cut off because of Gmail clipping Community post.Keep an eye out for my next post as I’ll be going ove

Hey guys, So I am looking to figure out how to do something - Our company has subscribers and one time purchasers. We have an order confirmation email that goes out to all recipients, both subscribers and one time purchasers. I want to test out a feature where the delivery date of the order will only be displayed to one time purchasers only. All orders in shopify from subscribers are tagged with a “subscriber” shopify tag. So I’m trying to figure out how to create a code to add into the existing order confirmation email so that a one time purchaser will be able to see the delivery date but a subscriber will not see this. How can I achieve this? I don’t want to create a separate email for this.I’d rather input a bit of code into the existing email to do this. Thanks!
I installed Klaviyo on Shopify.Klaviyo imported all our customers to "Profiles". I can not take customers from "Profiles" and add them to any list. I have searched everywhere and can not find an answer to this simple question:How do I import all our current subscribers from Shopify into a Klaviyo mailing list?????? I did read that I can import a csv file, but damn, that is a stupid way to do this.Is the only way to import the signed up customers from Shopify to Klaviyo is to use a csv file? UPDATE:I have tried multiple times to import the csv that I downloaded from Shopify. I keep getting this message no matter what I change in the import "645 records skipped: mismatched data type Check that the correct type was selected for each column during field mapping.' Our list is 645 total, thus nothing is imported. UPDATE #2:My csv file I am trying to import is now down to just a few columns, name, company, address and tags, and still the same message "645 records skipped: mismatched data typ
Hello,I created a discount before exit popup but when closing the popup a sticky bar remains at the bottom of the page ( on mobile) which has completely different colors/offers then my original. I Just can’t figure out where in the overview you would edit this part. Thanks for any help.
Hello Klaviyo team.I have a Registration Form inserted in my website and I want to differentiate the answers of my potential clients in different lists or segments. Can this be done? For example: I want to have a list/segment with only the customers that DO have a website versus another list/segment with only the customers that DO NOT have a website Web Site: https://agenciaindependiente.cl/a/pf_preview?id=a77cca0b-3b36-4688-bbfc-c0d9045f0659PW: 1212
Hi,I'm using unique coupon codes for my welcome flow with a prefix 10WELCOME. Example of a discount code is 10WELCOMEWL346BJ4. I'd like to tag customers that used this discount code, so I created a segment + flow to update profile property. This is because I want to tag everybody that made use of the discount so I can make reportings from this. Segment: However, eventough the discount codes are being used, there is nobody entering this segment. Should I change the settings of my segment? Or is there another way I can tag these customers?thank you!
I need to send a weekly email to remind subscribers to select their ‘menu’ choices for the next delivery date. Hi,I want to show a button to let users open the order in the their account. The problem is, that we also allow guest orders and not every user has an account in the shop.In this case I don’t want to show the button because the link would lead to an error page.Is there any way to check for an user account? I couldn’t find anything like it.
Hi, I’m looking for some help/guidance regarding a Shopify post-purchase flow.Currently, it’s a metric-based trigger (Placed Order), and I want to be able to exclude orders that have Gift Cards only. I’m a bit stumped as I can’t exclude just the Item “Gift Cards”, because I still want to be able to include customers who purchase both a gift card and regular item(s). I also can’t use the combo Item Count + Gift Card because there are people who order multiple gift cards, and I also have other trigger filters in place. Hoping there’s some sort of obvious solution that I’m just missing, but any suggestions are welcomed.
Does anybody know if sign up forms that are used as a website pop up affect your bounce rate on the page the form shows on?I work for two sister companies, one of which (website #1) shuts down (meaning has no product) for the summer. Our solution is to redirect all website visitors to our other, separate company website (website #2) where they can buy similar products all summer long. We’re concerned about what our bounce rate will look like after a couple months of people clicking the form on website #1 and immediately being redirected to website #2. Help & thanks!
Hi All,Just a general question that seeks an answer. How do we ensure that flows don’t clash with each other? Can a single customer be in two flows at the same time? Or do we pull apart the waiting time and make sure there is enough resting period between each email, either campaign or flow so that the customer receives an adequate amount of emails.
Hello! Is it possible to show the Back in Stock button on a Shopify collection page only by tag?I tried to use this code - ‘include_on_tags: 'enable-back-in-stock'’, but it doesn’t work for collection pages, just for product pages. Thanks
I had followed the installation instruction and paste the relevant codes in my website. When I load the page for the first time, the form will appear. However, when I refresh the page, the form will no longer load. Anyone has any idea why? Here is my development server: https://dev.eversince.club
Hi, I am driving myself nuts trying to figure this out…I have built a landing page to my existing shopify store for my new business to collect emails. In the landing page I have a button that requires a webpage for a link.I thought I would be able to create a pop-up and add the link but Klaviyo only gives a code.I have no idea where this code should go in my back end of shopify. I have followed the Klaviyo instructions to add a button but it doesn't work. It shows as a tin basic button and doesn't link to the pop up.is there anyway to place the pop link where the webpage is required?Or is there a simpler way of doing this? it seems really over complicated?
