Back in stock is not working in cospora theme

My “back in stock” flow is not working. I follow these steps:Create a “back in stock” flow in the backend Write the code in theme.liquid Add private API key in code. I am also following these steps with my other store with “superstore” theme. There it is working fine.

Hi all Is there a way to put checkboxes in my campaign emails? I’ve started segmenting my mailing list and would like my existing subscribers to choose which segment they would like to be part of. Each segment gets their own unique email tailored to their interest. Dougie

What {{event.extra... code do I need to enter to get a list of item IDs ordered?

Hi there,I’m trying to identify the necessary {{event.extra...}} parameter I need to enter in order to get a comma seperated list of all item IDs purchased? I understand that I can use ‘{{ event.extra.Items.0.ProductId }}’ but this will only give me the first product ID ordered. I need to get a list of all item IDs ordered and I’m struggling to work out the correct code to use for that? Thanks in advance!

Importing contact data mistake, how do I fix it?

Hi guys, I recently uploaded a CSV from my old ESP with all my contacts to add to my profiles in Klaviyo. None of the data corresponding to the date they subscribed imported, so it looks like everyone is brand new. This is preventing me from setting up some flows and doing more list cleaning in the future. I’d like to delete everything and try again, but I don’t know if I can do that or if it will just make a bigger problem. So, two questions. 1) If I delete everyone, can I re-add them with this data issue fixed? and 2) There appears to be no field in Klaviyo that matches to the date the person originally subscribed, hence the problem I had with matching. If there is, I missed it. Any insight? Thanks!

How do I reduce the size of a navigation bar?

I’ve uploaded jpeg screenshots for a navigation menu at the bottom of the email. For some reason, on gmail, it stretches it out larger in width than the rest of the email, making the rest of the email really small. See attachment. Any ideas? Thanks!

Profiles meeting segment condition but not entering it.

Hey, I can’t figure out why profiles that meet segment criterias won’t join the segment. I created a segment with a definition “Shopify Tags contains myTagName”, but when new customers with this tag subscribe on shopify, they don’t go into my segment. I thought the problem might come from the integration but not because the new customers show up in the profile section of Klaviyo. Has anybody had this issue before ?

How to edit the automated email response people get after signing up for newsletter?

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone knows how I can access/ edit the automatic email response people get after signing up for my newsletters? For example, someone puts their email address to sign up for my newsletters and they automatically get an email saying that they’ve successfully signed up. I need to edit that email, but for some reason-- I can’t find a way to do so. I’ve looked through all of my lists and segments but can’t seem to find this email template at all. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!

Template error has 'endif' Issue with HTML export to Shopify

Hi, I have followed the steps on the Klaviyo guide to export my emails from the Shopify templates in Klaviyo to Shopify but despite this, I am still receiving error messages. When exported in Klaviyo and then pasted into Shopify I still receive this message. I was assured by Klaviyo support that this would work and am really getting frustrated now!Please can someone help me?

Integration with Recharge V2

Hi everyone, i have a quick question. I’m having problem with integration recharge V2 with Klaviyo. Unfortunately, the V1 that was installed and working properly has been removed. The main issues is that the integration on Recharge say it is connected, but on klaviyo, it says go to the recharge admin to finish the integration. Product tracking help

Hi, I’m trying to add the Viewed Product tracking to my Shopify theme but it doesn’t seem to be working. The ‘Active on Site’ works but there is no data in the ‘Viewed Product’. I have a Shopify 2.0 theme and have copied the product tracking snippet into the Custom Liquid section of my default product page plus all of my custom product pages as per the installation instructions. Is there anything else I need to do?Thanks.

How to find which customers have come from a Facebook ad?

Can you help?I would like to work out which new customers have bought from our store as a result of seeing a Facebook/instagram ad. What is the best time of day to schedule ecommerce emails? What has worked for you?

Hi! I am just wondering what has worked well for everyone in terms of scheduling emails, what time and frequency. I am currently sending out to a new list 5 times per week, (4 business days and a weekend day) and schedule at either 12:15 PM EST or 4:15 PM EST. 8:15 AM EST on the weekend. What works for you? Using Validity/Return path for email deliverability

Hi all, I am wondering if anyone has any experience usng Validity/Return path for improving email deliverability. Trying to figure out if this service helps with ensuring emails land in people’s inbox vs spam. We are currently using own own decidated Klaviyo IP, but are wondering if paying for Validity’s services are necessary. I know that Klaviyo has something in place, but wondering if validity adds any value. Any insight on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Best practice - Suppressing international sign ups?

Hey Community! I’m working to update my email database - mainly suppressing unengaged accounts and adding in new segments and flows.We’re an Australian based company who only ships within Australia and I’ve noticed a few sign ups from America and other countries.As I’m new to this, I’m opening it up to the brains trust - would it be best practice to suppress these people straight away, as their ability to convert is non-existent? Or better to leave them in case they are an engaged group (just not converting)?Any help would be appreciated!
