I’m noticing that traffic has been significantly down due to the recent iOS14 changes for Facebook Ads. This of course makes a great case for Owned Media as Email & SMS are winning. However, the challenge in this is that email & sms list growth has always *partially* dependent on the success of a brand’s paid ads strategy (unless they were lucky enough to get traffic from organic social and other non-paid avenues). With Facebook Ads bringing less & less traffic in for brands, what are ways that “owned media” teams can help to further close the loop with list growth without having to be reliant on Facebook traffic? Contests & Sweeps are one way. Starting an open thread here on what other methods are out there.
Hello, I am using the Shopify form for newsletters on my Shopify site. The Klaviyo app is also set up successfully. If someone registers using the Shopify form and has successfully double opted in, then I find him under "Customers" in Shopify and I find him under "Profiles" at Klaviyo, but I don't find him in the "Newsletter" list where I do would like to have him. Because of this, the flow cannot get a trigger and start. In my Klaviyo app on Shopify I also stated that the customers who are accepted into Shopify should be added directly to the klaviyo "Newsletter" list. Does somebody has any idea? Double opt-in ist deactivated in Klaviyo cause shopify does this step. Thank you :)
Been working to include an embedded form in my Shopify website. I’ve installed the integration app and everything says it’s connected and updated. However, when I go to publish an embed form, it says there is no connection. Can anyone help with this issue? I feel like I’ve tried about everything! Thanks in advance.
Hi there, We’re running some A/B tests on pop up sign up forms at present. We ideally also want to dig into which pages are converting to email sign ups - so far can’t find a way to find this information in the form analytics. Is it possible to run a report showing the number of sign ups per URL for a pop up form? Thanks
Hello Community!With BFCM fast approaching I wanted to start a discussion around flow customizations for the weekend.There are a few obvious points, for example: Update the content within your flows to reflect the incentive or value prop you are providing for BFCM and make the templates appear more holiday themed/inspired.Outside of that though another great example would be to update an abandoned cart flow to reduce the time delays between each email. Our default time delays for an abandoned cart flow are 4 hours before the first email and 20 hours after that for the second. Given the urgency often experienced during BFCM it may be a good idea to condense these interactions and accelerate the communications with the customer. For example update the time delays to be 1 hour after the started checkout and 4-6 hours after the first email that the customer would receive a follow up. Of course keep an eye on the data that results from any change to ensure that we are not unnecessarily spik
I setup my instagram feed using RSS. I can see the content while in RSS. I followed the instructions and added this feed to Klaviyo. When I select preview, it shows the correct HTML, but not the pictures. Is that correct? My feed name is simply Instagram. Also, when I added the snippet of HTML to my email that was recommended in this article https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004384031-Using-Instagram-Content-in-Emails and changed the FEED.NAME to Instagram, it only shows 3 ‘missing picture’ icons in the email when I do a test send. Any recommendations?
Hi Experts, An urgent question. We have a product recall email ready to be sent to all the customer purchased that product, even the unsub scribers as well. I have created a segment with all the customers purchased the product and included that in the transactional flow, To send them this email, I have back populated all the recipients but so far it is showing 0. Is there anything that i am missing or is there any other way to send all these customer product recall email.I would really appreciate if some one can respond to it asap. Hi there, Having activated a Price Drop email last week, I wanted to report on not only engagement but also the revenue generated by the flow. However, this is not showing in the flow analytics. I’ve been researching and it seems this should be appearing on the flow analytics dashboard but all I’m seeing on mine is Delivered, Skipped, OR, CTR and active on site - there is no placed order metric. I’ve also downloaded the flow analytics to see if it would be on there but it isn’t. Additionally the flow analytics CSV shows no valid metrics (see below). I got a document with 0 on every metric, plus no revenue column. Can you help with this please? Amma
Hi,I’ve seen a lot of questions regarding on segmenting your audience by engagement in terms of days but is there a way to segment your audience by percentage? Say I want to email a group that opens emails 75% to 100% of the time more often than I email a group that opens 25% to 50% of the time.
hile Klaviyo's email builder is very okay, I have come to find some specialized email building tools that focuses majorly on email designing and I have been using these tools (mainly stripo and BeePro) to design my emails and I have had some beautiful email templates created. However, I noticed that when I moved my templates over to Klaviyo, they were only rendered in HTML and can only be edited in HTML. I don't have no knowledge of HTML so this has been a very big issue for me.Although, for me, I could have said this is still fine as I can just completely design my email using these tools and just simply move them over to Klaviyo for sending but then, I am a freelancer and I only work mainly with Klaviyo.I can't design templates that will require my clients to be editing it's html codes if they want to reuse it and not all of them will have stripo or BeePro account where I could design the templates and save it there for them to be editing and exporting to Klaviyo when they need. Hi I’d like to add to my emails a content module with the closest store for my recipients. We’ve got 18 stores across the UK so how could I make this happen? Ideally I’d use distance to postcode to define the content (both copy and image). This is for both campaigns and flows. Thanks Leo
