Thumnail product disappeared

Hey @TungKeslyKomen, is that a static feed added into your message? Or dynamic feed?Typically that breaking can also happen if the item became unpublished or you cloned it in Shopify but the feed is still listening out for the old product.

You can also apply a Placed Order Zero Times Over All Time in your welcome series so that once someone places their order, they are pulled out and can just get the post-purchase flow you have prepared.That pre-generated link might not apply to your site specifically. Do you currently have a collection system for reviews? Or a form to direct someone to?

Seeking Solutions for Font and Email Clipping Issues on Klaviyo Platform

Hey there! Here are my thoughts on these call-outs:Font Customization Problem: This is something beyond Klaviyo as a platform and is more of an inbox issue. Inboxes like Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook - etc - They ALL have their own rules on what fonts they consider inbox safe.This helps to list out what is an inbox-safe font: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/4405396468379In some cases, I use brand fonts in graphics/images to help with branding but all HTML text is going to be subject to reverting to a fall-back font.Email Clipping: Once solution is viewing how many Sections you have applied. That can eat up a lot of the clipping allotment, so try to condense it all into as little of sections as possible. Also cross-check that if you pasted in your text to the message, to ensure that the code from apps, like Figma, didn’t carry over. That can take up a lot of code as well.

Batch update subsrcribe & preferences page across various lists

The way I go about this is editing my default brand’s preference pages here: https://www.klaviyo.com/settings/other/consent-pagesThen on the lists, going in and telling it use the default in the settings. Still have to go in one by one to confirm they are using your defaults but at least you won’t have to apply edits to each one!Lmk if this helps!

For strategy, the clearer and more focused your call to action is - the better!Too many, do this, click that’s can hinder someone taking that clear next step but definitely not a guaranteed click-rate killer if you have a few more link mentions.

Dynamic Recipe/Blog Post Content for Post Purchase Flow

@Reena_Morales It can turn into a real beast depending on how many product you have and how many they ordered.I’ve definitely used some show/hide conditions based on a few factors like Tags stored in Shopify with the variable “{{ event.extra.line_items.0.product.tags|default:'' }}”.So you could then build out a If statement as:If Order has Tag #1 {{ event.extra.line_items.0.product.tags|default:'' }} = XYZ -- show this block/recipe/blog post Else If Order has Tag #2 {{ event.extra.line_items.0.product.tags|default:'' }} = XYZ Else If --- and so on into a very long string of Else If statements for every product tag type.It can become a beast! I typically recommend your post-purchase flow maybe have splits based on collection and have them trickle down a path that matches at least one collection in their cart that then has a recipe section that matches. Hey @george12345245135124 The Added To Cart metric is going to have different variables than checkout started metric.The best way to see what variables you have available is doing a preview on your message and then reviewing a test profile’s variable list that you can copy in. Since the installation of that script can vary across websites, I don’t believe there is a reference doc for the variables since it can change per website.In one account I have - {{ event.items.edges.0.node.merchandise.product.title|default:'' }} but in another {{ event.Name|default:'' }} - so it can vary!

How to test pop-ups on my site?

Hey @AndreCosta, try viewing your website in an incognito window! Also your pop-up may be set to hide from current Klaviyo profiles, so if you sign-up, it’ll stop showing to you after that. You can turn that filter off during testing but be aware it’ll show to all other returning visitors as well. Hope that helps!

Forms Sign up rate to conversion?

Hey @adity, you could achieve this somewhat via segmentations!For example: If you select their form source, a specific date range you want to compare you could then see that number and compare it to your total submissions in Feb BUT this is really specific to brand new leads. I’m not aware that the actual submission date of a form could be captured and filtered unless your form submits to a list that is only for that sign-up form. That could be a way to get around sticking to the created date and instead say - Subscribed to list between dates.But overall you’ll still have to compare stats, it won’t be a clean review of conversions vs submissions but this helps you at least get a count.

How to add 2 first names in email template?

Definitely! In your sign-up form, you’ll capture a custom property called something like ‘Spouse Name’. Then, like you insert the First Name field into text, you’ll see that new Spouse Name custom property appear in the drop-down to insert into that line of text as well.Hope that helps!

I would check to see that skipped count on the email for sure! That’ll list out fully the different reason’s someone didn’t get that message. If you’ve been testing with the same email address, that’ll also affect you re-entering the flow.

Timings between emails of Browse and Cart abandoned

Totally agree with @stam_marko here on the order of important there!For some of the brands I work with with high volume of campaigns per week, I put the browse flow to a 1-day delay. If you have smart sending on your browse flow, subscriber gets a campaign, clicks to product, they’ll end up skipping that 1st browse email regardless so I find hitting them with that browse reminder next day gets the message in front of more high-intent users.

How to group multiple emails into a campaign?

Hey Ben, I recommend using the tag feature! You can tag all of those campaigns and then in your Custom Reports area, you could export data for only those campaigns with that tag. After you run that custom report, you can tell it to schedule this report as well so that you don’t have to come in an re-export it each time (unless your tag shifts with the next promo)

@OliverM Hey! To expand on David’s comment - you can drop in an ‘Update Profile Property’ node into the flow. There you can tell it to create/update/remove that custom profile property you’d like to set. For example, setting a profile property called ‘Follow-Up Needed’ = TRUE as a way to filter that into a segment of users you’d like to follow-up with personally. How to delete supressed profiles from my Klaviyo Account

@oliyoliko Hey there, yes the way you’d do that is in this tab - https://www.klaviyo.com/settings/other/profile-maintenanceIf you make a segment of all suppressed contact who marked you as Spam, you’ll be able to then select that segment from the dropdown to bulk remove.One big issue with this, this completely removes their record. So if this contact does come back in the future and maybe they do subscribe again. You’ll be emailing someone who marked you as spam in the past and may do it again once they are emailed, so just a warning there for your deliverability’s sake. That is where the benefit of keeping them in your account is, you see their entire history clearly and they are kept off your sending automatically, plus your aren’t billed for them. Hope that helps.

Hey there!Sometimes your specific list it is attached to may have their own preference pages defined vs your global settings.I’d go into your list, click subscribe and preferences pages and check there. It may have it’s own set there that needs be to be changed.

Hey there!You are able to create a brand new Klaviyo account that you can swap in-between the two accounts with but correct, you can’t have two organizations structured around a single account or more accurately, you can’t really have two ‘stores’ linked into a single Klaviyo instance.

Pre-order Flow

Hey there!Can we create a second email follow up that updates the customer if the pre-order release date changes? I’m not sure where the information could be pulled from, perhaps a CSV?I’d recommend you just segment those pre-order group into a one-off campaigns. That’ll be the cleanest way to notify them!It would be great to send out the second email once the order is been fulfilled that includes the tracking, or would this all be part of the Order Flow?You could definitely do a separate fulfilled order triggered flow that let’s them know their order is on the way! But having the tracking number depends a bit on the apps and integrations you have. If you use Shopify, you’ll definitely be able to link to their order tracking/confirmation page where they can see the progress of their order. And if that order is broken into several packages, as long as the order fulfilled event fires off for each new shipment, you’ll be able to alert them on each package.

Using coupon in Email

Hey there!Once you create that coupon, you’ll just plug in that coupon name to this code in your email: {% coupon_code 'CouponName' %}When you click preview, it should show as COUPONNAME-Preview and you’ll know you are all set! If it shows as does not exist then you might not have your coupon name plugged in correctly.Hope that helps!

Two webshops

Hey there! Only one Shopify store can be connected to a Klaviyo account at one time, so you’ll need to follow the same set-up steps you did for your first store in a new Klaviyo account.The great thing though is that once your email address is added as a user into that 2nd account, you can easily swap between the two, similar to the Shopify capabilities.

I need to 'UNSUPPRESS' a segment

Hey there!The best way would be to go to: https://www.klaviyo.com/people/suppressedAt the top right, you’ll see Export CSV. I’d then filter that CSV for everyone that was bulk suppressed that day/time. Then copy those emails into a new CSV that you then re-upload into your list you want them to be in. You’ll need to mark them as consent to be emailed in the last import step to get them back out of the manually suppression status.
