"Reply to this email to buy" flow possibility?

Hi all! Is there a way to set up a Klaviyo flow such that when the customer replies to your Klaviyo email, they will automatically get something? For example, if I send an email saying Reply to this email with “DISCOUNT” to get a special discount code, and then my customer replies with “DISCOUNT”, I want them to automatically receive another email with the special discount code. I know Klaviyo doesn’t track replies to emails, but is there any way around this? Is there maybe a way to include a pixel or something in Klaviyo emails to track whether there was a reply or not? Something I could do with Klaviyo API? Any creative responses would be greatly appreciated!! :)

How to export large amount of data through Klaviyo's API (events, segments' profiles) ?

Hi all, I need to export large volume of data for the events and segment_profiles for some of our clients. Regarding the events endpoint, I need to export all of last year’s data, which represent more than 30 millions of records.As these endpoints have page size limitations, the requests are taking days to finish.  Is it possible to increase these limitations ? And is there any recommandations on how to export these huge volume of data through the API ?Thanks a lot.

edit the heading font colour on the update preferences and success pages

hi,I’m setting up the update preferences and success pages and i can edit the formatting of everything on the form except for the heading. I’m trying to use a dark background but the heading is black and there isn’t anywhere to change the font colour. On the form, i can change the font colour.How can we amend the font colour of the heading on those pages?

Sharing a Shopify Cart

I am looking to implement a feature using Klaviyo and Shopify, and was advised that I need a Klaviyo developer who can help set up a client event (to send the cart information to Klaviyo) that allows the entire contents of a customer's cart to be displayed and shared in an email. The customer should be able to send the cart contents with a "complete the cart" CTA either to themselves or a friend. From my understanding, Klaviyos add to cart event won't work in this scenario because it requires klaviyo to cookie their specific browser. The flow is:  1. Customer clicks a Share Cart button2. Fills out their email or someone else's email3. Triggers a flow that sends an email to the email that was entered with the entire cart contents along with a button that takes them back to the cart4. The cart is pre filled with items that were inputted when they filled out the email form Anyone have any idea on how to achieve this functionality?

New text formatting

Am I the only one that finds the new position of the text formatting box absolutely maddening?  Why did it have to be moved from the side?.  I am finding the process of creating an email mind numbingly frustrating, so much that I have stopped what I am doing to write this.How it is possible to edit an existing text without the newly positioned formatting box jumping all over the text I am trying to write? I honestly am this close to leaving Klaviyo especially after some of the other unfriendly changes...

Facebook Lead Ad

Since we aren't able to subscribe lead ads to both email and sms via the facebook/meta integration, how can I get the lead ad submissions into both our SMS and Email lists? Is my best option to turn off double opt in for email, and subscribe the lead ad submissions to SMS so they get the opt in text?

CTR Reporting

Hi, I’m having an issue finding CTR reporting (not click rate) reporting within Klavyio, it seems to have disappeared. I see it on the Dashboard as an overall metric, but I do not see it as an option when building out custom reports; is there a reason why this was removed?

Is there a way to see which SMS was sent and to which recipients? This refers to the standard notification that is sent while subscribing to the list with the double opt-in.

Orginization URL and Shopify URL are different - how to use Flows with Shopify?

We use Klaviyo for both marketing/product info/announcement emails as well as things like Abandoned Cart in Shopify. We would like organization.url to continue to point to our main brand/marketing site, but we also want to use Flows with Shopify. Our Shopify store has a different URL, so the pre-configured Flows, such as abandoned cart, are generating links like coolbrand-marketingsite.com/products/product-name instead of coolbrand-shopify.com/products/product-name. What’s the best way to handle this?

Can a profile be automatically removed from the 'SMS subscribers' list after sending a standard keyword?

There is a list of standard keywords https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360035285472#01H8PSCKC0XVP9F1S1SSVD4JMNSTART, UNSTOP: …  Note: You must have a list titled "SMS Subscribers" for the keywords to work.  Сan the use of any of these keywords remove a user from this list?Or the user always remains in the "SMS Subscribers" list but only his general SMS consent status changes? Thank you!

I have tried a number of sources and maybe I am being dumb, but how do you edit the source information of a profile? I have people I add manually who gave us their details in our shop… I want to add the source as shop, or another field, so I can segment them later. Thanks!

Coupon Code API Questions

Hi there! I have two questions:Is there any way to get the Shopify price rule object associated with a coupon object on Klaviyo? Essentially, I want to get the metadata of the coupon (i.e., the % off, when it expires, etc.) but I can’t find this info on the API. Also, I noticed that whenever I create or retrieve a coupon code associated with a coupon object (with status ‘UNASSIGNED’ or ‘ASSIGNED_TO_PROFILE’), the code does not appear to be ‘active’ in the sense that if I open up a new window, click ‘checkout’ and try to apply the code, Shopify says invalid code. Any clues on how I can get a valid code to apply? I have tried both the `unique_code` and `id` fields of the Coupon Code object, but neither seems to work.

Klaviyo Salesforce CRM integration

Currently, Klaviyo syncs one metric with Salesforce CRM: Became Lead, says the documentation. Does it present a limitation? Does it mean that I can’t view a lead’s subsequent journey (e.g., converted to opportunity, became a customer) in Klaviyo? Please help!

Getting 400 error for events a missing required parameter even though it's in the payload

I am trying to hit the /events/ API from a make.com automation to create a custom metric for when someone completes a form in another tool. However I keep getting 400 error like:“The operation failed with an error. [400] 'profile' is a required field for the resource 'event'.” It should be there, as I just copied an example payload from the API resource document (see below). I have tried different variations and get similar error. Massive Bounces from Yahoo

Hi, We’ve just had a huge bounce rate from Yahoo for one of our clients standard campaigns to an engaged group. Klaviyo is saying its a reputation bounce but the message from yahoo is ‘554 Message not allowed - [PH01] Email not accepted for policy reasons.’  No idea what the policy reasons are and checked spamhaus we are good - any thoughts on what it could be?  Thanks

Static product block cannot be cloned in templates across accounts

Hello,I've noticed an issue with the new cloning feature. It appears that static products cannot be cloned from one account to another. Specifically, when I add static products to a template or campaign in one account and clone it, the product blocks appear empty when I open the cloned template or campaign in another account. Just to clarify, all static products are accessible across all our accounts.Previously, before the introduction of the new cloning feature, this process worked seamlessly, with all products being cloned along with the template or campaign. Our workflow typically involved creating a campaign, saving it as a template in one account, and then cloning it to another account.If this change is intentional, it presents a significant inconvenience as it now requires much more manual work. Could we please revert to the previous functionality, or if there's something I'm missing, could someone provide guidance on how to resolve this issue? Kind regards,  Julia

Google PageSpeed Insights - Impacted by Email pop up `overflow: visible`

Hey - I’m new to using Klaviyo and after installing an email pop up I noticed our Google PageSpeed Insights (https://pagespeed.web.dev/) took a big drop on Best Practices (from 100 down to 81) . The message from google is this:Specifying `overflow: visible` on img, video and canvas tags may cause them to produce visual content outside of the element bounds. See https://github.com/WICG/shared-element-transitions/blob/main/debugging_overflow_on_images.md. When I inspected my site, it is coming from the Klaviyo email pop up form.I tried designs with and without an image and both have this same issue. Has anyone else seen this and have a solution to fix it?

How to create sign up form with URL only

Hi there,I’ve been trying to create a really simple sign up form in Klavyio that just has a URL to share it, but I can’t for the life of me figure it out, and any help would be hugely appreciated. Here’s what I’m trying to do: I have created a banner for my home page and I want to include the URL to the sign up form I’m creating. Klavyio seems intent on having it pop up/slide out etc. and I can’t see an option where it simply gives me a URL - is it because Klavyio doesn’t host pages? The home page is the only place I want it to be, and I don’t want it to pop up, nor do I want to embed it as it doesn’t show up when adding it in a html section, and I haven’t used liquid before and I can’t find where my homepage is in the liquid code. I would have thought this would be an almost silly simple thing to do, but I am very stuck 😅Pls help 🙂

Fire custom webhook when user unsubscribes?

How do I add a custom webhook endpoint for Klaviyo to call when a user unsubscribes for a list? Does this exists? It’s a must have feature of an email provider. If this isnt available how else can I keep subscription statuses synced with my application database?
