Hello,I am having an issue with the Back In Stock flow.The profiles are registering correctly: the Subscribed to Back in Stock event appears and I can see them in the Preview Trigger.Then, in the Back in Stock Report, I see that several profiles move as expected from Queue to Moved to next step when the item returns to stock. The problem:Only some of the profiles that move to the next step receive the email.The others receive nothing, even though they all have the same characteristics (same status, same configuration, same product, same conditions for entering the flow).None of them are suppressed, and there is no filter that should exclude them.Smart Sending is disabled.The message after the Back in Stock Delay is in Live status.However, some are never notified for no apparent reason. Has anyone else encountered this behavior?Is there something I may have overlooked in how the Back in Stock Delay works or in the automatic exclusions when moving to the next step? Thank you in advance f

I’m having an issue where most of my Klaviyo emails are consistently landing in the Gmail Promotions tab instead of the Primary inbox.I know that Promotions can still get visibility, but I’m hoping to improve inbox placement so more subscribers see my messages.Does anyone have recommendations or best practices to help emails avoid the Promotions tab?For example: Specific Klaviyo settings I should check? Content or formatting changes that reduce promotional signals? Warm-up or sending reputation tips? Any deliverability tools or tests that you’ve found helpful? I’m looking to offer 10% off and free shipping as an incentive.I know you can make stackable codes in shopify, but is there anyway to make it so that both disocunt codes auto apply using klaviyo? I’d be sending a 10% off 24 hours before, and wanted to know if I could combine this with the free shipping? Thanks. 

Hi Everyone!I have a question about email deliverability for Dark Mode / Dark Screens…I've searched ALL of Klaviyo online + community help, but couldn't find the answer:Has anyone been able to troubleshoot and overcome the limitation of Klaviyo/email deliverability in dark mode by forcing a campaign to display in a certain background/block colour, regardless of the phone settings?(yes I read Klaviyo’s best practices articles which is a bit shallow, and also threads suggested like this one..  Has anyone cracked the code - is there coding in the backend that can be the key to this? We have a specific brand colour, that is neither white nor black, I’m finding the colour inversions very challenging to overcome as a marketeer! Adding a white outline to the black logo makes it look terrible! Thanks for your insights and intelligence!

Hi All, I am trying to use the React Native SDK in my app, primarily to register push tokens to a user’s Klaviyo profile. I have been unable to achieve this.  The code runs without error, but no tokens ever show up on the user’s profile.As a test, I also tried using the SDK to generate a custom event. Hey All, I’m trying to understand how Abandon Cart and Browse Abandonment flows work from a technical perspective.Setting everything up as a flow is easy and I get all those parts.  What I don’t understand is how Klaviyo collects the emails and tracks the user through the website.  To illustrate, let’s say we have these groups of users: Stumblers These people have stumbled upon the website, looked at some products, added them to cart, did not complete the purchase and left the website.  Curious Stumblers These people did the same as the Stumblers, but they have also given their email in the discount pop-up or any other email capture form on the website Curious Stumblers - No Consent These users acted the same way as the #2, but they have denied cookie consent. Buyers These users have successfully completed a purchase at least once and have entered their email in the checkout pageMy question is, how would Klaviyo behave in regards to abandoned carts/browse abandonment for each of these

HelloI have run into a problem, our Shopify store is multilingual and we can only create one sign up form for “Back in stock”.We recently changed theme to copy of shopifys standard horizon theme.This meant we also wanted to update our “Notify me when back in stock”.Before it was set up via manually adding some code into Shopify though the code editor, which meant we could have translations for the notify me button and text and we could have them assigned to diffrent Klaviyo flows based on language.However the sign up form only allow for one sign up form and we can only make it one language.Anybody have faced this problem before and have a solution?

This may be more of a feature request than an inquiry...I would like to adjust the columns displayed on the Profiles page. We use a number of custom properties which would be helpful to reference. I occasionally search for email addresses to verify if they have a profile in our Klaviyo account. If they do, it would be nice to quickly identify properties like subscription status, last page viewed, etc. without having to click into the profile, scroll through default properties, or click/search among custom properties. This customization is available in competitors’ products, so it would be nice to see Klaviyo catch up.  

The back in stock notify me button is not showing on all of my sold out products, only some.  I noticed that my Shopify theme had an update, so I updated it but the issue is the same.  What can I do to fix this?

Hey Klaviyo super users. Let’s see if you can help me troubleshoot this use case: My company has 2 websites: revolutiondance.com and canada.revolutiondance.com. Most customers are based in the US and use the core site, but there are a lot of Canadian-specific things in our industry that make it necessary for us to have a separate Canadian site to serve Canadian customers. The problem we’re trying to solve RN: We are currently duplicating every single email campaign and sending to 2 different audiences -- one to US and one to Canada (for EVERY SINGLE campaign). The return on this effort just isn’t there. Based on the performance data of these Canadian emails, it is definitely just a better use of time to send 1 single version of email campaign that goes to our US site, and then set up a Klaviyo form that will redirect people to the Canadian website if we detect that they located in Canada. My question is: is it possible to dynamically change the destination URL in a Klaviyo form based o

I’ve double-checked everything – email addresses, list hygiene, content, and settings – but I can’t seem to pinpoint the cause. I even tried deactivating Smart Sending for a while, but that didn’t help either.Has anyone encountered a similar issue or have any suggestions on what else I could check? Hello, I need help configuring my flows.I need to prevent profiles from one flow from being added to another, or even more. For example, what's happening is that profiles from the "welcome flow" are also being added to the "website abandonment" flow. For some reason this request was marked as solved when it hasn’t been.This issue has been identified and on the to do list for at least 4 years now. Over 1500 people have view the request along with a bunch of posts from people every 3 or so months asking when this will be resolved.This is a basic feature and it makes no sense that Klaviyo hasn’t fixed it yet. When a user goes to your website if they already have a profile the signup form shouldn’t just disappear it should state “Already Subscribed” or some other custom message.Its more of a bug fix than a feature request since it causes you to either have customers signup multiple times or you website is just blank and it confuses your customers who might not have remembered signing up.Can we please get a date for when this issue will be resolved?

Hi, I’ve created an email using mostly HTML but have added a klaviyo button block, social links and a 1x2 table with images. The total size says 45kb and it doesn’t say its been clipped in Gmail when I’ve tested it but in the Klaviyo preview mode it is also missing the bottom elements  

I recently added reviews to our website, we are using the Shopify Flex Theme and when I added the carousel snippet and viewed it on mobile the images were stretched and it ruined how all product images are displayed on the homepage making it unusable. It looks ok on desktop.We have had to manually add reviews onto the homepage as a temporary fix, but it’s time consuming and not sustainable.Has anyone else had this issue? 

How can I see the daily revenue generated by campaign, based on the actual date of the purchase (not the send date)?I tried using Analytics → Dashboard, and it shows daily revenue, but it’s tied to the send date — so conversions that happen a day later aren’t included in the following day’s total.The same issue happens when I try with a custom report.Basically, I want to see the revenue that a campaign generated on day X, regardless of whether the email was sent on day X–1.Has anyone found a way to do this?
