Images for full page sign-up form

Is it possible to use different background images for mobile and desktop on a full page sign up form? In fact, is it possible to edit the mobile version without making changes to the desktop one? I’m finding the sign-up form editor quite limiting!

Sudden Increase in Click Rate

I’ve been sending out campaign emails that get on average about a 50% open rate. My average click rate was very low like im talking 8 clicks an email. All the sudden my emails are getting now 200+ clicks and a much higher click rate percentage. I haven’t changed anything in my emails that would improve click rate so im just wondering why this is happening? Is Klaviyo just better at reporting email activity now?

Can I send personalized attachments?

Hi,  I work for a professional education provider and we want to automate the emails we send to studnets upon compeltion of their course with a certificate, review request etc. One thing holding us back is if we can send personalised certificates?  The certificates are designed in Canva, so I am hopeful there’s a way we can link the design and names needed for personalisation, along with the course taken.  Has anyone done anything like this or can think of a way to make it work?  Thanks

Hey fellow Klaviyo partners and pros! I’d love to hear from you all about how you produce detailed yet visually pleasant Klaviyo audit reports and also quarterly performance reports for customers?Do you use native Klaviyo reports or export the data into an external tool to produce the reports?

Can I have a different background image for each column?

Hi! is there any way to make a 2 column setup where which column has it's own background image? I wanna add text and button elements to each column (so adding an image alone won't cut it).It would be the same as it is now for sections but for columns. Is there any way to do it?

Virgin Media - High Bounce Rate

We are regularly seeing very high bounce rates to Virgin Media email addresses. Apart from ceasing to send email to Virgin Media addresses, has anyone navigated this before and knows what could be happening and how to stop it?

Unsubscribe placeholder

I placed an unsubscribe link in our emails, but during test sends, it shows a placeholder page saying, 'This page is just a placeholder.' Will actual recipients see this placeholder if they decide to unsubscribe from our emails? What to do

Capturing ZIP / Postcode on signup form and adding to Profile

Hi Klaviyo peoples,Quick question on capturing ZIP (postcode) in a Sign Up form… and then seeing where it ‘lands’ when a Profile is created.I’ve got the form creating and it is sending through all the usual information through, as well triggering the email subscription confirmation. However, no matter how many variations on field I’ve tried, I cannot figure out how to get it to take the captured ZIP field and ‘add’ it to the Profiles being created.  Any tips most welcome!cheers...Al

Bounced Emails

Recently, many emails captured through Klaviyo into our profiles have bounced. We’re wondering why this is. Any ideas?More specifically, people who have been receiving our emails successfully for months, suddenly are getting bounced emails. See below for an example. What could be causing this? Integrating with Kajabi?

Hi - we are considering switching to Klaviyo and currently use MailChimp and Kajabi. I wonder if it is possible to integrate Kajabi for e-commerce somehow using Zapier. We would ideally like the functionality of an integrated e-commerce platform but you don't have an integration for Kajabi. Doesn’t seem like there is a way to ask pre-sales questions of Klaviyo so I’m posting here. Anyone have any suggestions?thank you

How to send email to specific user?

I want to improve our approach to client interaction. To that end, we are considering using the Klaviyo API to send email to particular individuals on demand.Regarding the Klaviyo API functionalities connected to sending emails to particular people, any details or documentation you could offer would be very valued.I’m using this email to invite people to reviews. All I want to do is render the email template and send the email to particular recipients.

Adding new images for other product variants in product block

Hello, I am currently creating an email campaign which will consist of 3 variants of one product. Is there a way that we can show the image of other variants using the product table in the block editor? When I try to search the product I can only see one variant please see screenshot 2 is the approved design and screenshot 1 is the one that is showing on block editor

Update profile property with event variable

Before posting this question, I found this post I think my use case is very similar if not the same. I am tracking a “profile activity” with a “metric/event” named “Subscribed to List Key”. This “metric/event” contains one property named “list_key”.I create a flow which is fired off from the “metric/event” mentioned above. Then I have a “Update Profile Property” action. I am trying to update a profile property called “subscriptions” (array of strings) by appending the list_key to it.However, I try to reference the event variable {{ event.list_key }} and it’s just not working. Based on the post I found and that I am referencing in this post, I believe it’s not possible to do this. However, is this something that will be supported in the future?

Why is Klaviyo so non-intuitive and hard to use?

I have been using Klaviyo for over 6 months. It is so hard to use. Here are just 2 examples:If I create a template for content, why can’t I choose that when I am sending an email? why do I have to re-create the whole email and content from scratch? Managing lists is just horrible! I created a flow and set it to MANUAL, then connected it to a list. Then I added new content to the newsletter but it won’t send this new content to existing subscribers. I tried editing so many of the settings but in the end I tried deleting the subscribers and re-subscribing them. It’s STILL not showing any of the subscribers as “In Review” or anything.So non-intuitive!

How do I prevent customers from abusing the sign-up form?

Hi,I found a very similar thread dated from last year on this issue, which was given a great response.I am still not able to understand how to deal with customers who add random characters to their email address (Which gets accepted on the sign-up form as a new email) but gets directed to the recipients original email. (Gmail lets users do this).Is there a way for me to avoid customers abusing this?

Warning Sign with links to email campaign

Hello I just posted an email campaign and links to my website are showing up with a warning sign when I click on them from Outlook. Not happening with gmail!It says this site has been reported as unsafe hosted by ctrk.klclick.domI understand this is for tracking links to my campaign through Klaviyo, but I have not had this issue in the past and it not a good warning especially for an ecommerce store.The campaign has already gone out! Why does this come up? I do have an SSL certificate for the website.HELP!Ragini

Why are my segments not pulling through many if any customers from the website?

Has anyone else found that segments have changed and it’s not working for them?I found that before the update I could pull all the data from previous purchasers since we created our shopify supported website to find unique customers.I was able to make segments such as “only customers who has bought X product in the last 3 years” and pull up thousands of people. Now when I do it I’m not pulling any one through or if I am I’m pulling through 1-2 people (literally) even though when I do a manual export from shopify (to create a list) I’ll have thousands of customers even after removing duplicates.Any idea what’s going on here? I’ve noticed new terminology for ‘where’ to help with the filtering process but I’m not sure why it’s changed so drastically.

Metrics do not appear in list of segments?

I just opened a new store with woocommerce. I have now linked Klaviyo to my webshop, but I don't see some metrics listed yet.Metrics like:- Order value Do some metrics only appear when people have purchased something for the first time in your we shop?

I have a question. Can someone help me!When your klaviyo connects to shopify I can set up a segment with the data shown below. What someone has done (or not done) > Revenue > is greater than > 100 > over all timeBut how can I set this up the same way when klaviyo is set up with woocommerce??

Auto Delete Profiles

Hello Klaviyo Community,I’ve got a problem I need some help with. In short, we’ve integrated our Shipstation account with Klaviyo to send shipped email notifications. With this integration, every email from shipstation gets imported into Klaviyo. Our Shipstation is also integrated with Amazon. The problem is that the emails from Amazon incoming to Shipstation are auto-generated and are not tied to any real person. They all end with “@marketplace.amazon.com”. What I would like to do is have these profiles be automatically deleted. I’ve already created a segment isolating all of these profiles. I know you can use the segment to suppress profiles, but this is a chore to do manually. I’ve followed the directions outlined in this article and am getting a 404 error when I do my test. The private API I created has full access so I’m not entirely sure what the cause is. Can one profile be in multiple flows?

Hello!  I have two different lead magnets for which I would like to have two workflows. I know this is definitely possible, the problem is that Lead Magnet A subscriber (so the person who already subscribed to one of my LM) can subscribe to Lead Magnet B, but the person won’t go through the Lead Magnet B workflow, because one person/profile can only be in one list in our account. Is there any type of workaround for this? I would like to have two separate and personalized workflows for these Lead Magnets, because the topics are different. Thanks for your help!
