Hey,Does anyone know if or when you will be able to be logged into several accounts in different windows and work on them simultaneously?I want to be able to have UK account open on one window/screen and US account open on the other to be able to copy content. At the moment it only allows you to work within one account at one time.I hope this makes sense. Thanks Shelle
Hi there,Is there a way to remove or unpublish products from my catalog on Klaviyo? We are on Shopify, and have a ‘£2 Carbon Offset’ product set up which can be purchased at checkout. I recently upgraded my account, will subscribers be sent flow emails they should've received before I upgraded?
I hit my allowable profiles limit yesterday and upgraded to the next tier today.There were about 50+ contacts yesterday who signed-up after I hit my limit and before I upgraded and they weren’t sent any emails from the flow they were assigned to.Now that I’ve upgraded, will these 50+ contacts be sent emails from their flow, or do I need to manually do something?
Hi GuysWe have a known BOT that appears daily and abandons the same product at the same time. Very tedious but also annoying because our abandoned cart sequence starts.We know what the email address is (it’s the same daily) so we wondered if there was a way to block this in Klaviyo so it just gets supressed as soon as it arrives? It’s not a google bot checking pricing, it’s a BOT pretending to be Clearpay.ThanksSarah
Hi, I’ve added the Web Tracking snippet to my site and tested that it works, but unfortunately it’s sending the data to the wrong account. I have 2 Klaviyo accounts, one is for testing and one is for my business. The data from my site is going into my testing account, rather than the business site.Any thoughts? Thanks!

Do we need to create two accounts for the development and production environment?2. If we have two 2 store views of a site, do we need to create a separate account for them or one account will do?Can anyone please suggest me for the above questions?Thanks in advance !
My Klaviyo account got disabled Named (Email Knights) I only used it to help my clients design emails and setup their flows.I didn’t send any spam email, my clients gave me access to that email now I’m stuck, I had access to multiple Klaviyo accounts that I managed for my clients.I even Contacted the Klaviyo support.Now I don’t know what to do.
Hi, I first created an account directly with Klaviyo as far as I know, with the mail X.then i added user Y and he created email flows. i could also put shopify triggers in it and it was integrated.I wanted to log in through shopify apps klaviyo but then was shown the klaviyo home page with the registration/integration.How do I get back to my normal account now? Several months ago I added an advertising agency as a user on my Klaviyo account. Now that I am no longer using them, I want to remove them as a user, but there is no option to do it. Hello! The company that I work for has over 10,000 active profiles in our database and our emails are reaching less than half of that number. Is there a way to either A) reduce the number of profiles that we cannot reach or B) get those profiles back on our emailing list? Seems like a simple issue to resolve but I can’t figure it out! A few weeks ago our emails began sending links that when clicked, would take our customers to a “your connection is not private” page, for all links. I reached out to support and they said it was an expired SSL on dedicated domain tracking. They claim to have since turned off dedicated domain tracking on our account, “Your account was moved back to a shared click tracking domain (with https:// links for which we provide the SSL certificates for)”. But we are still seeing all of the links on our emails go to these connection not private pages.Is there something else that I may be missing? It’s causing open and click rates to absolutely tank.
