Hi Klaviyo Fam,1. I’m setting up the Replenishment flow, with the trigger of specific product in each email. I’d like to add a button that direct to checkout page with a specific product. Is this possible?2.And then I’m having trouble with the button links because when I update the templates for the specific product ( e.g CREAMER), the other templates are updating the button links with the creamer links as well. It doesn't direct to the correct product.Thanks for helping me Fam.
Hello!I am trying to create a flow to send to a segment who purchase a product for the first time.Ideally, I would like this to only send to the customer once during their life journey. How is the best way to set this up? I’ve set up my segment by categories based on Tags so it’s if a customer has purchased the product but I’m not sure how to set up the segment to identify the condition of it being the first time purchasing it. Or alternatively, how can I set up the Flow to not repeat? Since we do have some subscription based customers?Thank you for your help in advance. (:

Hi, So I’m using an exit intent pop up that doesnt show to existing klayvio profiles. The reason for writing this message is because I noticed someone filled out the exit intent form who was already susbscribed to the mailing list! Out of curiosity, is this because either they were on a new device that they havent previously gone through klayvio with ( when i say gone through i mean havent opened a klayvio email or filled out a form) or because going through safari only tracks cookies for 7 days not 2 years. also the exit intent gives 10% off for new customers. I also noticed that a customer filled it in twice in quick sucession (about 5 mins) with 2 different emails. Surely, assuming they are using the same device, they would have been cookied after filling it in once as therefore shouldnt have seen the pop up again? And also is there not really anything more that can be done to avoid this happening in the future, aside from maybe sending more emails to get people to be cookied on di
I have a flow for customers who have requested to be notified when a product is back in stock. I would love to send them an email recommending similar products they could check out as they wait. (Ex. They want a specific basketball hoop, I want to recommend different basketball hoops while that one is out of stock)What is the best way to set this up? I have about 15 categories I’d like to recommend. I’ve seen conditional splits recommended, but that’s a lot of splits for the amount of categories I have.Is there a way for Klaviyo to automatically pull category information without having several flow splits/manually selecting which data feed to recommend?
So we got 1 flow set up for customers who placed an order but needs to fill up a form to confirm the bookings. We found some issues:Conditional slipt for subscribed list - they have subscribed but on the flow it stated as No, so they cannot be forward and received the next email for confirming their booking and so on. With the same setup but different collection flow condition. They have subscribed to a list and klaviyo flow did able to fetch the 2 yes and 2 no. So supposedly they will receive the next conditional split we set for “booking date” in the last 4 days but they haven’t. Is there something we need to change on the current setup? We are using klaviyo form for the complete your booking that customer needs to fill and have setup list per collections.
Hi, I’m creating a post-purchase flow (based on the Klaviyo Thank You flow) and am looking for clarification on the trigger: when someone “Placed Order”. Does someone who is already in this flow remain in this flow until exit, or do they re-enter the flow every time they “place order”, even if they’re already in it from a previous purchase? Thank you!
How do I control the text line spacing style in the split column block? Can't get it to match rest of template
Hello, I’m trying to figure out how to get my split block column 1 text to have the same line spacing as the paragraph above. Is it possible to change in the source, because I tried and doesn't seem to work? Does it need to be set somewhere else? Or is this just not possible? any help would awesome, thank you.
Hi there. Our designer has created a design template for a campaign that we would like to apply to our automated welcome flow emails. How can I apply a campaign design template to a flow without having to rebuild the whole thing in the drag and drop editor? Currently testing a flow for a client before going live with it, just wondering is there a way to skip past the time delays I’ve created between the emails to speed up the testing process? I’m more used to working inside ActiveCampaign and I know you can do this using that software, just wondering if there’s a similar thing in Klaviyo for this kind of thing?Thanks in advance :)
Shopify is going all-in on their Metafields implementation. Will Klaviyo add metafields data to their platform? For example: Customer Metafields would be super handy. We could collect all sorts of data and sync it over to Klaviyo. Shopify’s own segmentation tool does handle these use-cases: https://changelog.shopify.com/posts/segment-by-customer-metafields Anyone know if that’s already possible somehow?
I have dynamic data from instagram feed. I want to show latest 5 posts in the email newsletter.The pictures come in different sizes, but I need to line them up with the same dimensions. How is it possible to do this?I use a table with 5 columns, where I pass variables for images and links.
We have a growing customer base but have limited knowledge on why they are rating us so highly. We would like to send an email with a simple 7 questions survey that we can then use to match with their customer records.We use to use forms in Privy but not sure whether that can be done natively in Klaviyo or we need an integration. Any help would be appreciated.
Have anyone exerpienced this before?The DNS records couldn’t be created as domain sendgrid.net couldn’t be found in UltraDNSMy hosts wont enable the DNS records for our domain for dedicated sending, is there a way around this?
