Duplicated profiles - Prestashop integration
Hello,We are currently testing klaviyo ! So far the platform is really good and cool.We have somes questions :Our older customer (more than 90 days) are not synchronized (profile not created). Do we need to import them ourself ? When a customer change his email address from his profile a new profile is created and the old one is not updated. It doesn’t seems right. Can you clarify us theses situations ?Thanks a lotBest regards
Looking for clarification on profiles
Hi folks,I’m pretty new to this, but I’m working with a business owner to get their email marketing up and running. I’m charging them the cost of their account per month while I’m learning. I’m trying to clarify some stuff about profiles, lists and account cost. For some context:They’ve not done any email marketing for some time. As far as I can tell they’ve had a newsletter signup form but never sent one. They currently send abandoned cart emails via BigCommerce. They have about 9000 active profiles in total, but just under a thousand subscribers in BigCommerce. There are also a couple of hundred profiles who have entered the newsletter segment in Klaviyo, but I haven’t proceeded with setting up Klaviyo signup forms yet - it looks like these are folks who have placed orders and consented to newsletters during checkout.I really want to try and reduce the number of profiles we’re charged for, but I’m not sure if I can since I don’t have any information on people who have unsubscribed (
How to undo a CSV contact/profile import?
Hi everyone! I just imported a contact list from our previous ESP using a CSV file, and then realised I incorrectly mapped some data, selecting data type “String” instead of “List” or “Date”. Is there anyway to revert this? Or undo the import and import again?
After Supressing Profiles - What to do?
HiFollwed the help in Klaviyo to create an unengaged segment. I then moved these profiles to Supressed profiles.After doing this I noticed around 500 profiles out of the 10,000 are still in the unengaged segment. I repeated the supress action but they are still there. Why would this be and what do I do about it please?Thanks
Segment condition pulling wrong customers
I’m trying to create a segment for the Garden collection on my store. When I create the segment, it incorrectly classifies people that purchased a non-garden product and no one that purchased a garden product. Yes, I double checked the tags and collections on my store.
Segments not capturing correct users
Hello I'm trying to create a list of people who haven't bought in the last 30 days or more but no Mather what condition I set that don't see to work and show me profile from yesterday, o from 31days how did buy, i don't understand if I'm just not understanding the conditions, but I have tried everything that makes sense and everything that doesn't make sense too I attached the conditions that I have tried and the profiles that they show me that clearly don't mach the criteria for example those definitions/ condotions get me and which they should not be included in the list right? please Help i dont know what to do i have seen videos on you tube, I use the same setting and it just doesnt work,..
Active emailable subscribers help
Hi,My account shows 18,620 subscribers but my plan is only for 10,500. Does this mean that I can only send to up to the 10,500 and I am not contacting the addtional at all, or are my mails going to various subscribers out of the total number?Or do I need to upgrade to mail the total number of subscribers?Hope this makes sense?Thanks
If I change list name will it impact associated flows and forms?
I would like to update one of the list names in Klaviyo. However I have several website forms that connect this this site and also some flows. Will those still work if I change the name? Or will I have to go in and reconnect/update the forms and flows to relink to the new list name?Thank you!
How can I make sure waitlist subscribers receive an email even if they've unsubscribed from the newsletter?
Hi all! I’m trying to figure what the best approach is to ensure that folks who subscribe to a waitlist campaign are notified, even if they decide to unsubscribe from our newsletter. Is there some sort of workaround to ensure that consent remains for one list, but is revoked for the general newsletter?
Easiest Way to Do Analysis of Campaign by Customer List?
Hello,I ran a campaign for memorial day and would like to do some analysis on the results. Specifically, what which customer acquisition channel were most likely to open/click this campaign.My customers came from a few channels, each are on their own Klaviyo list:Website Pop-up Blog post CTA Giveaway/contest ...etc Basically, what I want to know is how customers in list A differed with their open/click rate compared to list B and C. What is the best way to accomplish this?I know I could manually export emails on the lists, and emails that interacted with a campaign, then do the analysis in Excel…but is there an easy way to do this in Klaviyo?Thanks!
Newsletter list growth issue?
Hi, I just noticed that our newsletter slowed down considerably. In the picture below, you can see that the woocomerce section stopped getting us subscriptions. Do you have any ideas what it means or how it happens? Is there a way to fix it? For information, no changes has been made on the site. Thanks for the help!
SMS List to segmenation with only opt-in
So we finally managed to migrate our SMS CSV-file from attentive to Klaviyo with both opt-in and opt-out using boolean data type. Now when I try to create a segment for only those opted in, it adds everyone! Is there a way to view how many are opt-in vs opt-out? And what could we be doing wrong?
Importing email opt from app experience
Hello. I would like to create a master list of our app users. I would like new users to receive our onboarding flow. However, I also have older users that I’d like to add to the list but do not want them to receive the onboarding. Is there a way to add both groups to one master user list and suppress older users from receiving the onboarding?
Will a Shopify Customer Registration Form Unsuppress a Profile?
Hi, will a customer registration through the Account/Register form on Shopify unsuppress a profile? We had a customer who was suppressed and signed up to create an account on our site and they didn’t get an email for a special product drop. Looked at their profile and saw their account was still suppressed. Not sure if I need to change a setting or if it’s not possible. According to this help article it says a supported 3rd party form will unsuppress it, but not sure if the Account/Registor form in Shopify counts as that. https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005078267-Guide-to-Unsubscribes-in-Klaviyo#when-someone-unsubscribes-and-re-subscribes8 It is important to note that an unsubscribed, and thus suppressed, profile will need to resubscribe either via a Klaviyo form or supported 3rd-party form to be unsuppressed. Shopify Placed Order not syncing to Klaviyo
Hi! I’m pretty new with Klaviyo - For product that I’m giving to product testers/influencers for free how do I write the order and NOT have an email sent to the customer, but have it create a profile in Klaviyo for follow up? I’ve created draft orders and fulfilled them without an email address, thinking I’d add the email address in Klaviyo. But, the profile doesn't show a placed order or product associated with the profile. I haven’t been able to find any info on manually updating profiles with data coming from an integration. Thanks for helping!!!
