Text on Mobile - Help

Hi @Anony,Wrote a complete reply but then I got an error when I posted it.In short what's probably happening here is that you're using too much padding and the screen sizes are smaller which is causing the text to break up.My suggestion is to test with various tables, sections or columns and to use % instead of pixels. Getting designs to work right on all devices can be a cumbersome task sometimes. Using personalization tags within event variables - is it possible?

@kristinab,The Klaviyo editor has the option to allow you to select the variable you need for first name.I would suggest you to use this when adding variables just to be sure.Now, since not all profiles have their first name populated I suggest to always have fallbacks when you're using variables. Abandoned cart not working

Hi @Luxury Design,Welcome to the community and congrats on your first post.Answering your question, why is no one going through the new cart abandonment?The answer to this might probably be, because there have not been any new person who start a checkout. The best thing to do is to do this yourself to test it out.Now, second point I'm seeing here is that you've removed the flow filter in the second (new) abandoned cart flow you've created. I would urge you to have that filter in place because you don't want to send emails to people who started a checkout and placed an order. Adding the flow filter will prevent this from happening.3th point I would reduce the wait time to 1 or max 2 hours and add at least 2 more emails to the flow (after 1 day, after 2 days) to make sure you get people who started a checkout back to your store.Good luck! Omar Lovert // Polaris Growth // Klaviyo Master Platinum PartnerWe help with e-commerce growth through CRO, Klaviyo and CVO

Is there a Klaviyo iOS app?

Besides checking the performance or potentially making a last minute change (rescheduling a campaign) I don't see much benefit from the app at the moment. Hey @Dan1mosan,I hope you've solved this issue and it was as @Taylor Tarpley mentioned.But since you mentioned moving this also means DNS changes and with that it could have been that you forgot to move your email DNS changes over to the new DNS Server (if you changed that as well). This means there are no records online to know which servers Klaviyo needs to send the email to. Hope this is not the case but worth checking out. How do I float a button over an image in a column?

Hi @JHConnell, It can be done but will take some coding skills and you also need to make sure it works in all email clients. The easiest way would of course be static images. It will take some work and a good coder to get this working. Adding to what Andy said In essence communication can flow in 2 directions. From Meta to Klaviyo or From Klaviyo to Meta.Sending leads to Klaviyo is a great way to grow your audience, make sure to follow up on them with emails and keep them or make them engaged through email.Sending data from Klaviyo to Meta allows you to retarget based on any segmentation you do in Klaviyo. This to allow you to better target your audience.
