Klaviyo vs Yotpo

@Murray Finlayson I’ll keep it short & sweet! For our smaller clients, we prefer Judge.Me because their free version is great for those clients (if they are on Yopto, we migrate them over to Judge.Me) for our larger clients we are beginning to use Klaviyo reviews to have all our data in one place like the others have mentioned - hoping Klaviyo reviews will come out with a bare bones version so we can get all of our clients on there!

@Paola In addition to what @JessFosnough said, I would check out this Help Center article on how to add an unsubscribe link to an email. You may find it helpful to also check out how to find the unsubscribe page and link for a list.Hope this helps!

Mobile Preview email seems to be the old template.

@Lucas. might be a bug - hard to tell from screenshots. Worst case when this happens in any program, I try to duplicate or start fresh (the worst, I know!).

Flow Recommendation Needed for transient customer base

Thanks @stephen.trumble, hi @Greg S I think this would be a great opportunity for a referral offer flow - usually people getting married, often know other people getting married shortly! Keep them engaged, and then have them hand it off, so to say, to the next person to keep engaged.

How to limit how many choices a customer can select from a multi checkbox?

Hi @MatthewR! I guess I am wondering why you would want to limit them - and maybe it works for your products, but I am thinking that it might be okay if they select more because then there are more chances for you to get in front of them. You can use segments too to help create some of these lists of people that you would like to send to based off of a variety of things. I do get want the “I am not sure” to be on the only one to select, but again, not the worst thing if you send them an email based on this, or create a segment to help find anyone with that plus another option to help change their profiles.As a consumer - let’s say it’s make-up. I might be interested strongly in learning about Foundation, but I might also check “I am not sure” in case I am open to learning about more products.Just throwing out a different way to think of it since there does not seem to be a way to limit the number of boxes checked.

How to Defined Engaged Segment

Hi @SeanMcC! I think one other question I have for this is how many emails are you sending? This could change what I would suggest. If you are sending a couple emails a month, then I think the 3 month email segment would work, but if you are sending out monthly emails, I think you’d want a longer engagement window.

Integrate survey into the “after purchase” page in Shopify

Hi @OpalStore.de! I would also post this question into the Shopify Community as it might not necessarily be a Klaviyo issue. In terms of reaching out to repeat buyers, you could always create a segment for this, using their emails from checkout, based on what item they ordered and a timeframe. I am wondering if someone didn’t sign up for email marketing at checkout, what would make them do it after they purchased? I think the segment way might be the easiest and make the most sense.Let me know if you have any follow up questions!

Confirmation email shopify - klaviyo

Hi @CeliaVG, whenever I do Order Confirmation for a client, I build the email in Klaviyo and then export the code to upload in Shopify vs. using a flow since there are automated through Shopify. Other emails can be disabled and run through a flow in Klaviyo, but not order emails.

How do I add dynamic product to abandoned cart/checkout?

Hi @Tonyy! So you would actually use a static image, and then in the URL would update to pull in the abandoned cart image. Do you find that typically people leave your cart with 3 items? After a order is place how do I copy the customer email into a new list?

@Asthma15 if the flows are set up correctly, and the integration as well. This should trigger automatically if it’s a new customer. i.e. if you have it set for any new subscribers going to the list called “Newsletter” and the welcome flow is triggered by anyone who enters “Newsletter” than it should work.Double-check your flow email Smart Send settings, because if you would like both to be sent fairly quickly, if that setting is toggled on, they could not receive one of them.

Why Facebook Lead Ad doesn't share contact info (Name Lastname and phone) to Klavyio List?

@JMAX101 so I do see the 5 people are waiting based on the flow activity (not the email) I would check your settings/logic again, maybe test 1 subscriber will be notified when the item threshold is over 1. An example of what we use for one of our clients is below. I guess just make sure your settings aren’t too complicated but still achieve what you want (since it looks like maybe you don’t want to open it up to everyone waiting for that item right away)

How to share all past campaigns?

@ebusiness pros 100% agree! I understand if this was the way you did it before and you’d like to replicate but how awesome would that be for your website traffic and SEO to start on your website first and then send as an email. This way it wouldn’t be people just referencing what you sent but also drawing in new people. This is what we recommend to all of our clients.

@Kevin Patrick you probably did, but just double checking, did you follow this guide? https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408802597659 one quick think I noticed is the image is slightly different than what Klaviyo recommends: {{ item.product.images.0.src }}I would also just try starting from scratch - follow exactly what the article says and then add in the extras slowly after you find it works, and figure out which one is triggering this, i.e. floatformat

Two different campaign with same name shows as one in metric API

@Vandit I guess my one question would be, what is the reason for using the same campaign name? There must be something different about them? The only reason I could see using the same campaign name would be to do what it is doing, to merge the data.
