Subscribers filled popup but teaser does not disappear.

We created a popup for our website and also have a teaser setup, but even after a user subscribes the teaser still shows which is ridiculous. Is there a way around it? Because we could not find any.

Adding Klaviyo KPI's to a Looker Dashboard

I am hoping to bring over a few KPI’s from Klaviyo into a Looker dashboard my team is using (mainly Open rate, CTR, Unsubscribe rate).Is there a way to have an automated daily or weekly sync of Klaviyo data with a google sheet that can then be a data source in Looker studio? Or any others ways people have found to bring Klaviyo data to Looker?

Push notifications in React Native on iOS with Firebase Messaging

I’m trying to add push notifications in a React Native app and following the guide in the React Native SDK for collecting push tokens (https://github.com/klaviyo/klaviyo-react-native-sdk?tab=readme-ov-file#collecting-push-tokens) along with the example app (https://github.com/klaviyo/klaviyo-react-native-sdk/blob/be289e22fbcf70e9e15942f874398064179e9b20/example/ios/KlaviyoReactNativeSdkExample/AppDelegate.mm). I’m trying to do the initialization and token collection steps from the React Native layer and I successfully sent a test push on Android. On iOS I already have a Firebase project configured but I’m confused about what I need to do in the AppDelegate based on the steps and the example app. My questions:Do the comments in the example app with step numbers (i.e. “iOS Installation Step 2”) refer to another setup guid I’m missing? or are they just in the example? Do I still need everything in the example app AppDelegate.mm other than the ‘useNativeImplementation’ parts and then add t

My Shopify form is pulling in subscribers to profiles but not to the list specified in the integration

Hello,  Please can someone assist me. I have a pop-up on my site, built on Shopify. When someone subscribes to it, the profile shows up in “profiles” but doesn’t pull through to any list. I checked for the hidden tag and it’s in my theme code.  The integration is set up correctly too.  What am I missing?  Regards,Rox

The metric "Birthday" won't appear when I'm making a Birthdayflow

Hi,I would like to create a Birthday flow but the metric “Birthday” does not show up when I want to create the flow. I have searched a lot and saw that when your first customers enter their birthday the metric should become visible. I already have some customers whose birthday is entered but it still does not show up. Can someone help me?

Shortcut for adding templates to flows

Hi all, I’ve been working with Klaviyo for over 3 years now and deal with quite extensive flows. Every now and then a flow needs a full update of templates, which takes me ages due to the amount of clicks it takes to add a new template. Have the devs ever considered adding a shortcut for adding / changing templates in flows? If devs are reading this, please consider. It would save so much time on large scale.  ThanksV

Looking for some advvice about cross promoting lists

My client has 2 accounts that sell related products, one is knitwear, the other is woven garments, etc. They are both steeped in culture and have some mutual customers and subscribers to both of their lists (although I’m not sure how much)We want to expand both of the lists to reach as many people as possible. What is the best practice when considering a task like this? Both from an efficiency and an ethical stand point.Can we, for example, add the customers not from GDPR region store 1 to store’s 2 database? Or would something like an affiliate cross-promotion campaign be used here? I’m tending towards option 2 here, but I’m asking about option one to be sure that’s not an option as this is what the client initially wanted to do. Also, what would be the easiest way to discover what the overlap of profiles on these two accounts is? I’m presuming some CSV downloads and a comparison on Google sheets?

Hi,We’re sending emails to different markets (countries). Basically it’s the same email just translated in the native language of the market we’re sending to. Recently, our emails in the Spanish market have taken a huge hit in terms of open rate. What could be the possible causes, and how do we remedy it? There was a period from mid-January to mid-February (almost a month), where we were not able to send emails and this was the point where we saw a steep decrease in our open rates. Our DMARC and sending domain have been properly setup but it seems that we’re still getting low open rates. Appreciate your assistance or insights regarding this matter

Klaviyo Reviews and Woocommerce...deeper integration?

Hello!I just installed Klaviyo Reviews to my Woocommerce site and I was wondering if there way a way to tie ratings to products locally?I need some way of pulling rating values to filter products by star rating, along with other filters on main pages. To my knowledge, this can not be achieved with Klaviyo Reviews out of the box.Perhaps through an API? Or can one use Zapier to update the native Woo review count from Klaviyo?

Can you or can you not combine Klaviyo COUPONS with SHOPIFY

We use Klaviyo and Shopify.We use Klaviyo for our pop-up widget that offers a coupon to first-time users.I see an option at an in Shopify's backend to allow the coupon to combine with other discounts — but it looks like a manual process. Is there a solution to this? Automate it or go in the backend somehow?

I’m looking to offer 10% off and free shipping as an incentive.I know you can make stackable codes in shopify, but is there anyway to make it so that both disocunt codes auto apply using klaviyo? I’d be sending a 10% off 24 hours before, and wanted to know if I could combine this with the free shipping? Thanks.

Campaign send jobs getting cancelled

Hi team, I’ve asked this elsewhere but I reckon I asked in the wrong group. My campaigns keep cancelling once I create a campaign send job. My flow is like so:Create a list. Add a user to said list. Create a new campaign with said list. Attach a template to the campaign. Create a campaign send job.I end up with some of them being sent and other being cancelled. Not sure why this is happening. Any ideas? The status on the cancelled campaigns is ‘Cancelled: No Recipients'. Thanks!

Can you add a subscribe form to an email flow?

Hey guys, Hoping someone can help me here. A client of mine has a decent email database, but when they set up the sign-up form on their website, something hasn’t connected with the consent.As a result they don’t have consent to email most of their database. Is there a way to send a one-off flow with the option to “officially” subscribe? I was trying to work out if there’s a way to embed a sign-up form, and maybe offer a discount? Appreciate any help or insights!
