Adding Users to an Account - Not Working Properly?
Hi All! I have a kind of weird issue going on, I’m hoping someone will be able to understand it. So my agency manages several clients’ Klaviyo accounts, and I would usually log into my coworker’s account, who has access to all of the clients.Last week, I went in and added myself as an admin for all of these clients, so that I wouldn’t need to login to my coworker’s account every time. Well, it did give me access, as I can see the accounts in the drop-down when logged in to my account. However, when I click on any of these, it acts as though that account is brand new, and wants me to set up everything for each client. Obviously the accounts are already set up, so I’m a little scared to touch anything when logged into my account, as I don’t want to accidentally wipe any of the data. Thoughts? I’m happy to clarify further.
Account Still Disabled.
Please Help. I’ve spent hours on hours setting up proper flows for my business and love this service. However, upon attempt to run them my account was disabled. I have tried reaching out to support via the chat but have yet to hear a response. It’s been almost 1 month and my account diable has yet to be resolved.. Can someone please fix this asap, I don’t want to switch services but this is hurting my business not running properly. Thank you so much.
Logging into Klaviyo from Shopify
Hello everybody,I’ve recently installed Klaviyo in my shopify store and there weren’t any problem.But now I don’t know why every time I click on the app to enter, it doesn’t function, there is no new tab for Klaviyo, so the only thing i can do is to open a new tab on google and tap “Klaviyo”, which is a bit annoying.Does anyone have ever got the same issue and be able to help me to fix it ? Account has just been disabled
My account has just been disabled, even though I had it verified by a Klaviyo employee from the Success Team last Friday and was assured that I could send my campaign today (Sunday) without any problems.We want to release a new product today and I don't get any feedback from the support team via email.I am slowly running out of time and the project seems to be falling through.If anyone can help me, I would be very grateful!
iOS15 & Klaviyo (Postmaster and Other Apps)
Hello,With the arrival of iOS 15, I’m really worried cause it might affect Klaviyo email marketing of my clients. I am trying to look at Google Postmaster as one of the things that can support/help my email marketing. What do you think about it? Will be very helpful?Or would you suggest other monitoring tools? I really really need suggestions on this.Thank you!
Account confirmation email didn't receive
I have sign up a new account and set step by step however at the end of confirmation. my email inbox shows nothing confirmation email. i follow our instruction by checking spam or junk folder, adding the firstname.lastname@example.org into my contact, and update new email address but didn’t work. So how can i solve the problem? did any one meet this problem before?
Email not pulling through GA properly
Hi everyone! I’m currently looking into our GA reporting as it is currently half pulling through to ‘Email’ and half to ‘Other’. I’ve checked that all channel settings are system defined and tracking is used on every email. Could anyone hazard a guess as the issue I’m having? Thanks!
Klaviyo Support Not Responding
Hello,It’s been now 5 working days to receive a reply from Klavyio support, after I’ve emailed them multiple times during the week to both their emails addresses email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org Anybody know what the expected timeframe is for them to respond to emails or why they would not be responding after so many days? How else is one able to communicate with them? It’s pretty poor customer experience to be honest and very inconvenient while I have to wait for them to action and resolve the issue I have.
Working in two accounts at same time
Hey,Does anyone know if or when you will be able to be logged into several accounts in different windows and work on them simultaneously?I want to be able to have UK account open on one window/screen and US account open on the other to be able to copy content. At the moment it only allows you to work within one account at one time.I hope this makes sense. Thanks Shelle
