Image loading too large in size

Trying to figure out why a png. is loading 100X the size. The image is loaded into a saved block, it’s transparent, and it’s a png. but for some reason, when I load the saved block in a new email inside of the flow I’m working on, the image loads to nearly 100X its size.It also does this if I load it directly from my computer.Any idea why?  Thanks!

Dark Mode - Gmail App

I’m having a trouble with my emails showing up correctly in dark mode in the Gmail App. Our main issue is our logo. Klaviyo recommends adding a white outline around your logo with a transparent background so it shows up okay in dark mode, but it still doesn’t look great. My question/curiosity in general is, when I look at other emails from other brands/companies while in dark mode I don’t see an issue with their emails showing up correctly. If there email has a white background in the regular “Light” mode, it is still white in dark mode. I obviously don’t know if these brands are using Klaviyo. Is it just the way Klaviyo works? I have set our background to be white regardless. Is there something I am missing? Is there a way to make our background always white regardless of dark/light mode?

How can I include individual items from a web data feed?

I have created several custom feeds from posts in Wordpress to be included in Klaviyo emails. I can see that there is Python ish “slice” notation for including a range of items, but I can’t seem to figure out how I would add individual items from a feed. For example: post 1, 4, 19. Is that possible in Klaviyo?Thanks for the help, happy to provide more background if it would help! Josh

How to make coupons work with justuno

So basically I am using justuno to give coupons to people who sign up to the newsletter on my shopify store (via pop up window). The integration means that the coupon codes are pulled from shopify. The thing is, you have to allow it to add a prefix to the code thereby making it unique. How do you make it so that klaviyo inherits that unique code so that when you send the first flow email using klaviyo, the potential lead receives in that email that same unique code?

Can Klaviyo send my customers transactional emails?

Hello everyone,I have a store that uses BigCommerce, with Shipstation. Updating Coupon Code Question

Hi,I am looking at extending my welcome series and as part of that process wanted to adjust the validity time of the coupon code (Shopify) that I am using. When I went to adjust the length in Klaviyo I got the following message.. I am confused by the part that reads ‘you will need to create new codes for the updated coupon’. I set this up quite some time ago so have forgotten a lot of what I had learned in this regard. I thought the coupons were automatically generated? Can someone please clarify? Thanks.

Abandoned Cart Coupon Code - Shopify

Hey,I have a site HonestPets.co I am trying to do one of 2 things (whichever is easier in essence)I want to send the CX a coupon that will expire after 48 hours from the time its sent OR I want to link the CX back to the cart and the code be automatically there waiting for themFor some reason I have tried to follow the steps outlined for number two but it doesn't seem to be working I cant figure out why. Was really hoping someone could help me here.

Why is my exit intent popup not displaying properly?

I created an exit intent pop up but when the pop up occurs you can’t see any of my website in the background. Instead the pop up shows a color overlay only with the exit intent pop up. How do I get the current webpage being reviewed to remain in the background with the popup?

mobile image issue

hey all - I’m having an issue formatting article images on mobile - screenshot attached. I’ve tried the “Fill Image Area” option within the block but that doesn’t do much.  Anyone have any specific solutions here or general guidelines on thumbnail images to optimize the mobile format? thanks

Help with building a block with a button

Hi i am currently transfering bits from Dot Digital into Klaviyo and trying to build a block that contains a button. The button needed is one colour the block is one colour but the block to have a margin which effectively is another colour. Needs to look like the below image. White part is the actual email width where I have an image at the top of the email which is size. Currently I can only get to look this. which is pretty pants! Any ideas would be appreciated.

Hiding Template Blocks Based on Dynamic Variables

I’m trying to set a show/hide condition for template block but whatever I’m trying to do is not working.I’m doing an Order Confirmation email which needs to include the discount line for those who took the discount while hide that line completely for those who didn’t have any discounts. I did an event lookup and after following one of the articles I decided to go with a > 1 argument (all discounts are more than 1 anyway). Unfortunately this is just hiding the box even when the discount has been applied.Any help please?

Adding Multiple Custom Fonts to an Email

Hi everyone! I understand and have the basic code for adding a custom font to match my website (files hosted through Shopify). However, I have 3 brand fonts, and I was hoping to assign different custom fonts to the different header font styles, and have H1 / H2 / H3 all be unique fonts.Does anyone have any insight or have the code to do this? Order ID not showing on shipping confirmation email

I’m using Klaviyo’s prebuilt shipping confirmation flow for my bigcommerce orders and everything seems to be working except the Order# is not filling in on the email. Here’s a photo showing the setup on the template and the email. What’s the solution for this? Thanks!

Change Product Block Text Size?

I am in the process of building out my Browse Abandonment Flow and am having an issue trying to reduce the product title text size in the browse abandonment product block. I currently have it set to 9px which seems to be the minimum size offered however the text appears really large when I preview the email. Any suggestions on how I can reduce the text size further?

Can I setup dynamic coupon code for shopify in Klaviyo FREE plane?

I already tried to set up dynamic coupon code but it’s working. When I set a CALL TO ACTION button, this link redirects me to another page! It’s not going to my Shopify Chackout page and not apply the dynamic coupin code automatically!

Hello,When Im trying to paste and save the code snippet that was created via the Klayvio email templates, into my Shopify Abandoned cart email body, I get this error “body is missing the custom_message drop” Reached out to Shopify support and they say it is from Klayvio’s side and has to be resolved by them.Anyone can help with this, please?

Adding Tags and Variable Syntax for Christmas

This is a weird one…I want to wish my customers a Merry Christmas… but when I add tag variable with default…Merry Christmas {{ first_name|default:'to you'}}! Result - Merry ChristmasBarry! If I change the tag to:Merry Xmas {{ first_name|default:'to you'}}! Result - Merry Xmas Barry!  Confused!
