Remove global footer with company name from email

Hello,I can’t find how to delete the footer marked in red in 1st screenshot ?I have already a footer in my email (see 2nd screenshot from email edit tool) but can’t figure out where to find the other footer.Can someone help please?Thank you a lot,

How should I display customized discount codes for different products in emails

I can display customized discount codes for different products in .liquid file with this code ‘ {{ line_item.discounts.first.code }}’.But I can’t use it in klaviyo anandoned cart email templete.

Can I edit the tab that says "Save 15%" on my form?

I have created a simple pop-up form to give away free affirmations and collect email addresses. The form works great except that when a user closes it, a little tab shows up in the bottom left of my website that says “Save 15%”. When a user clicks the tab, the pop-up comes up again. Since I’m not offering 15% off I’d like to change the wording on that tab. Does anyone know how to do this?

Why do I get the chatbot when I have a paid account?

We have a paid subscription but the chat bot wont put me through to live chat human support.It just bombards me with useless links and tells me I need a paid subscription to access live chat.I’m trying to set up a new account and being forward to waste my time with this nonsense.

Back in stock showing up where it shouldn't

I have the back in stock flow all set up- but it is showing up on all of my Print on Demand items that have inventory.  How can this be fixed?

Is it possible to not have a form teaser display on a specific page?

Hello, I would like to remove the Teaser from a specific page, I use checkout outside of Shopify and the Teaser keeps appearing on it, even if the customer has signed up

Excluding unengaged MPP users from campaigns

Hello Klaviyo community,We’re currently doing some segment updates regarding the MPP users.My question: instead of removing all MPP users from our engaged segments (which causes quite a drop in numbers), would it be an option to create a segment from unengaged MPP users & exclude those from campaigns?Anything I’m missing in this logic?Thanks in advance!

Updating flows doesn't update the 'last updated' section?

Hi everyone,Just wondering with the newer klaviyo, when you update a flow do you need to meet certain requirements for the ‘last updated’ to update?For example I just changed the subject line and preview text, as well as the content in one of the emails, but when I leave (even after refreshing cookies/waiting), it still lists the old ‘last updated’ time. I love the feature but need to use it to keep up to date with what’s actually updated and which of the flows are older.Thanks!

How should I handle customers creating multiple profiles with multiple emails?

I feel like this question has probably been asked before but couldn’t find a thread pertaining to this particular issue. How should I be handling having the same customer creating multiple profiles with different email addresses but the same phone number? I know that Klaviyo prioritizes the email a unique identifier. Found cases wherethey would already have a profile and then abandon a cart with under a new email thus creating a new profile have an account created at much earlier date but then, and then create a new profile with a new email also assuming there are cases of people trying to to use a “first time purchase” offer multiple times. My issue comes to when looking at the activity logs on all these accounts they seem to be “active”. I have understand having multiple email accounts for work and personal, etc. But is there a way to maintain all this info under the same account so I can get a full view of the customer behavior? I’ve into a few situations where for example it looks

HiI have a question. I want to create a flow for customers, when customers share a link ten times with their family/colleague that they get a 20% discount on a product. Is there a way I can do this in a flow or does it not exist?

What's the best method to make a VIP flow (segments VS event based) ?

Hello,I’m curently making a VIP flow for an e-com brand and I’m looking for the best way to achieve this.The VIP program is tier based on number of purchase and LTV.Here is the 2 methods I'm hesitating on :Segments based trigger => so basicaly one flow for each VIP tier (3 VIP flows in total) Gold:  Placed Order is at least 9 over all time Total Customer Lifetime Value is greater than 400 Silver  Placed Order is at least 6 over all time Total Customer Lifetime Value is greater than 250 Total Customer Lifetime Value is less than 400 Bronze Placed Order is at least 3 over all time Total Customer Lifetime Value is greater than 150 Total Customer Lifetime Value is less than 250 Event based trigger (placed order) => only one flow What is the best way to achieve this ? And why?Thanks a lot !

Added to cart event is not working properly

Hi,I installed the added to cart event to our shopify store about 2 months ago, and it’s seems like everything is properly setup as its shown in the image below. However there wasn’t any event recorded despite people adding items to thier cart.  Is there anything else i need to instal?

Abandon Cart Flow - Product links not working

Hi there,A few months ago I noticed the products linked in my abandoned cart flows were taking users to a ‘page not found’ screen. I saw it was due to a ‘/’ missing from the URL. I revised my product code to {{ organization.url }}/products/{{ item.product.handle }} and that seemed to fix the issue. Recently, I tested my abandon cart email again and noticed the url the product link is taking users to has switched back to: theunistore.com.auproducts (missing a ‘/’). I have not edited my product code since the last time I fixed it so have no idea what’s causing the problem.Thanks in advance for your help!

Abandoned Cart Flow - Sending to Cart not Checkout

Hi there,We work with Klavyio and Shopify and I’m trying to work out abandoned cart emails.Currently, the link sends abandoned carts to the Checkout, however we have complicated delivery options and they are bypassing the delivery widget.Is there coding I can add to a button which sends people through to their cart/basket where they’d need to choose delivery options again through the app, rather than to checkout.Any help much appreciated!Thanks,

Inserting image in text block

Good morning! I am trying to add images to a text block within an email. It seems like the only way to do so is via a link (see screenshot below). Does anyone know another way to do this? Or have any idea how I can easily create links for my images? Thanks!

Problem in Klaviyo Back in stock button in Shopify

Hello,I used to use the Klaviyo Back in stock button in my Shopify store and everything was running good.Suddenly, since several days, the Back in stock button shows and disappears randomly from my store. Sometime, it is live and sometimes not.In my theme.liquid file, I have this error in the Klaviyo script.Line code: <script src="https://a.klaviyo.com/media/js/onsite/onsite.js"></script>Error: Avoid parser blocking script by adding 'defer' or 'async' in this tagCan someone help?Thank you very much!

Adding link that takes users to specific part of a page

Hi,My Shopify product page is setup to capture some basic user info (email, date, type) using 3 formfill fields on the page. After the users submits this data, they are shown the product price and add to cart button. Many bounce off at this stage.I got some outside help me capture the email IDs being submitted in this form and not placing an order and to get them in a flow on Klaviyo. I want to retarget these leads using email marketing and want to include a link to “continue shopping” in the newsletter. This “continue shopping” button should take them to the page that comes after the formfill (i.e. the page where they see the price and add to cart button)Can someone provide insight into how I can do this?

How can I gather pregnancy-related data to send emails related to their trimester?

The SituationI am building a life-time order flow for a pregnancy-related products. We currently ask people their stage, but this does not give us enough detail.Instead, I need to create a property that allows me to estimate their approx. birth week by asking them how many weeks they are.The idea is to have an integer property “weeks_pregnant_at_sign_up”I will attempt to get them to complete this on signup and if they don’t prompt them to complete this via emails.The GoalI need to create two custom integer properties without assigning a value via a subscriber’s profile as I do not know what this is. One will be: “weeks_pregnant_at_sign_up”Another is: “estimated_weeks_till_birth” - which can positive and negative.I will then have a Flow which runs every day updating “estimated_weeks_till_birth” which I will use in my flows to recommend relevant products, tips and other information.The Questions#1. Is there a way to create custom views?

I would like to create some views/exports where I can select the specific profile fields that are being displayed while segmenting the group based on either behaviors or profile attributes of the audience. The current List & Segments does not seem to be editable or exportable. I’m also having issues with the Custom Reports tab in getting the fields I want to have a quick stats view on. Is anyone else using Klaviyo for reporting and is there other ways of doing this beyond the functions listed above? Thanks

Integrating a signup form to Easol

I’m trying to add a signup form on my Easol website but struggling. I’ve tried to add a sign up form based on trigger but the button doesn’t work. I tried to add the klaviyo form into the Mailchimp section and that works but doesn’t show a sucess page. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

Can't find product name in conditional split dropdown

I’m trying to create a conditional split in my welcome series where if a customer orders ‘Product A’ they will “exit” the flow but if they haven’t ordered ‘Product A’ they will continue to receive emails. However, when using the dropdown Person has ‘Ordered Product’ where Name equals ‘x’, I cannot find ‘Product A’. I successfully integrated Shopify with Klaviyo and was wondering how I fix this problem. Thank you!

Date triggered flows [Pregnancy]

Hi,Has anyone managed to successfully build flows for pregnancy-based email marketing. My main concern is the collecting and utilizing of the data, as I am aware that these date based values will differ for every individual.We want to trigger relevant product/informational emails at the correct times for each customer. Ideally we would like to use a popup to collect a due date, and then from that we are able to calculate and tag accordingly to trigger segments or flows for 1st trimester, 2nd trimester, 3rd trimester etc. So if one person signs up with a due date and they are in their 3rd trimester, we could calculate this and provide them with 3rd trimester flow. Whereas if someone signed up in their 1st trimester, again we could identify and place them in the 1st trimester flow, followed by 2nd and then 3rd. Is is possible, or is there just too much room for error? Has anyone done anything similar? Any suggestions or examples would be much appreciated!!Thanks.

Dynamic product feeds show old products and browse abandonment shows products in wrong language.

Hello!I have 2 questions. I work with multiple language shop in Magento2.First question.Browse abandonment flow sends e-mails with products in wrong language. For example I have put up 3 different flows for different languages. I have conditional split with MagentoWebsiteID for different languages. Still sometimes it sends e-mails with product in wrong language. Second question.Dynamic product feeds shows old or out of stock products. We have a lot of products and I have avoided sending out e-mails with dynamic product feeds, because of this error.The stock variable also does not seem to work and Klaviyo finds products that are not in stock. What could be wrong?  Thank you!
