How to see birthday sign up rate analytics?

Hi, I have a pop up where I’ve been monitoring my sign up rate. Ive added a second step that asks for their birthday. I can see my sign up rate however what I want to know is is there a way that I can see what the percentage of people who signed up also gave their birthday? i.e is there a way to see sign up rate for people who gave their email on step one, and then a separate sign up rate for people who gave their bday on step 2? Furthermore, when I see the submitted form rate, does this just show the number of people who have given their email (non optional), or does it show people who have submitted both steps (bday is optional there is a button that says I dont want to) Thanks otis

Adjusting sending email address on a dedicated sending domain

Hi all, I was hoping to get some clarity on something. We just moved to a sending dedicated sending domain and I wanted to adjust the sending email address from info@company.com to info@send.company.com. Please see my questions:Are both those email addresses the same, and if not, do we need to create an email address in order for this be a viable send address? I know many brands have noreply@company.com to basically let customers know that any reply that is sent will go unanswered. I am perfectly happy with the latter approach, but just want to confirm whether you do or do not need access to the email address being used (specifically on this subdomain).  I have seen other threads where others have suggested using marketing@company.com for anything promo related, and transactions@company.com for any transactional email. Can anyone confirm this will work on a DSD, and what are the benefits from a deliverability perspective other than letting customers know email is transactional and whic

Is 1 conditional split all I need?

Conditional Splits where the email either been opened at least once used inside flows. One of my flows has a email sent out to new subscribers, then a time delay that then meets the conditional split. If the subscriber hasn’t opened the email at least once within the flow, then they get a specific email while those who have receive a different email. My question is, if I want to continue splitting the condition whether they opened the email or not, do I need to continue placing more conditional splits? Would the conditional split still work if they receive an email after 2 days from not opening previous emails, time delay 1 day and get sent another email only if they still haven’t opened it? Or do I have to place another conditional spit?

Is Oauth needed for API v3 usage?

We have an integration that uses the older API’s.  For example I just make a cURL request tohttps://a.klaviyo.com/api/v1/lists?api_key=xyzWill I still be able to do this by passing the api_key with v3 endpoints or do I need to authenticate first with oauth now?  And if so can I just convert to the lack of a v# like the docs say is not used anymore?  For example: https://a.klaviyo.com/api/lists?api_key=xyz ?  is that all that is needed?

When to use ANd / OR in engagement segment

I have read through several examples of engagement segments where show using OR in many cases which was always adouble negative sittation - doesn’t combine all - so if they failed on opened email it would fail on  OR clicked what is correct definition to use? ThanksDarleen

Why isn't my image Center aligned in gmail mobile?

I have created an email, and when I test it on gmail (mobile) it does not center align some of the blocks. I have also tried the email on outlook client (desktop), and there it works as intended.  In outlook/desktop:  In gmail, on mobile:

Hi all!We send newsletters from four different brands. In our unsubscribe footer, we’d like to add variable syntax that captures the specific sender address we will be using so that we can encourage folks to add us to their address/safe sender list.Rather than creating four different universal footers for each brand, I’m wondering if there is some personalization code I can input to complete this sentence so I only need to create one unsubscribe footer for all brands:“Ensure our emails reach your inbox, add {{ xxx }} to your address book.” Any insights appreciated.

New Editor: Feature requests

Hi There,We’re new to Klaviyo (migrating from Campaign Monitor) and have been using your new editor for a month.There are many great features that overall, are allowing us to create nicer looking designs -  control over line-spacing and padding everywhere is a truly a god send so great work!Some feature requests…1. A bit slow/sticky to useOverall, the editor is sticky compared to Campaign Monitor but seems to degrade the longer it’s open. Have tried Chrome, Firefox and Safari on Mac plus we have 64GB of RAM, an 8-core i9 Processor, and a 100Mbps (up/down) fibre connection. Have also tried restarting Chrome and the Mac as well as logging-out and clearing cache etc. There are definitely long waits (5-10sec) during auto-saving but also long waits (5-10sec) after performing operations like moving, adding and editing blocks. We haven’t timed the waits so maybe they just feel that long. There's also a window jump/refresh thing going on and you often don’t notice when the interface has stalle

Campaign API missing fields

dynamic data for Woocommerce Reorder not working

This is for Woocommerce.I am trying to set up a flow where every month they receive an email to encourage them to reorder their previous purchases.  Problem:Not pulling the product imageNot pulling the ordered products product page url.. What is working:Pulls the product name, price etc The weird thing is I have an abandoned cart flow which already works. (pulls image, name data etc correctly). When I tried the same setup, it would not work. Remove dynamic coupons from a flow. Trying to Back-populate

Hi there, I have a flow that I am trying to back-populate with a list. I have gone through each email and removed any dynamic coupon in the links and copy, but I still keep getting the error:“This flow contains dynamic coupons. Remove coupons or change to static coupons and try again.”Is there anywhere else I should remove the coupons from in order to back-populate it?

Klaviyo embedded forms and pop ups

Do ad blockers and Duck Duck Go Privacy Essentials prevent all forms from showing up? I cannot seem to get around this, between embedded forms, pop ups, etc. How do I get a customer to sign up when using these? Thank you.

Klaviyo + Shopify profiles

Hello Klaviyo Community, I hope you’re having a great start to your week. I would appreciate some guidance on what the best way to do the following is.  I have a Shopify store and a Klaviyo account which I’ve synced. I can see that heaps of people have subscribed to my marketing via the Shopify checkout. However, with that heaps of people have also chosen not to subscribe.  On Klaviyo - the people who haven’t subscribed are active profiles.  Am I supposed to export the list of people from Shopify that haven’t consented to marketing and upload them to Klaviyo and suppress them or should I remove people who haven’t consented using flow filters on each flow I build or how do I ensure I only market profiles that have consented to marketing?  Looking forward to being guided by the best community in the world!  Warm regards,Rox

Show/Hide Blocks are not working with a combination of 'OR' and 'AND'

Hello, I’m currently building a logic that displays blocks like this.event.extra.line_items.0.product.variant.sku == Product A or  event.extra.line_items.0.product.variant.sku == Product B and event.extra.line_items.0.product.variant.sku == Product CThis syntax works but not how it’s supposed to. The logic I want is (A+B) * C but what’s happening is A + B*C. I want Either A or B to be paired with C not only B. I’ve tried several characters to group {}, () but none of them worked. Can anyone confirm if what I’m trying to do is possible in Klaviyo Show/Hide block logic? Thanks!

Adding product size in order confirmation (WooCommerce)

"old" & new Prestashop subscribers

Hi How do I get old subscribers from Prestashop 8.0.4 into Klaviyo? When I used Mailchip they came in automatically but isn't that an option in Klaviyo? I have tried to extract a CSV list from prestashop but it does not come in a format that Klaviyo understands :-/If customers subscribe to newsletter in prestashop(not Klaviyo popup), then Klaviyo cannot retrieve data itself… is that correct?Best regard Dennis

Can't get Web tracking script to install with BigCommerce. Says Script not installed correctly.

I have reached out to support several times, and I keep getting very bad responses.We’ve searched your site and didn’t find the code. Well you searched  my live site, not the site i’m migrating to which isn’t live yet. DUH I have already been advised to REMOVE the integration, which did not work.  I instead removed the entire app from the store TWICE now. And reinstalled the script. Still no match. The error message I am getting when trying to verify is this:  Script was not installed correctly   I have verified that the script is accurate.  I read the article for a Shopify store where there could be a conflict with other scripts. I do not have any other Klaviyo scripts installed. Only the auto script named Klaviyo JS Injection that is installed when integrating. Unless it conflicts with a separate script from another app?

Wish List flow

Hi all, I want to create a flow for users who signed up for our site’s wishlist. Could not really find much info on this being done before. This is what I had in mind Email when they have signed up to let them know it was successful and we’ll keep their favorites safe Follow up a week or two later. Segment all-time purchasers vs non-purchasers without or with an offer Low stock on an item, when an item hits X in inventory, we let them know it's their last chance to get their hands on it before it sells out. Wondering if anyone has any feedback on this and if they would add or expand on anything from above. Would love to hear any other ideas.   Thanks in advance!

Hi, is it a hard ask to add the Back in Stock buttons to a customised theme like Broadcast? We had this feature on our old Shopify 1.0 customised theme but it appears that Klavyio no longer provides details on how to add it to a customised Shopify 2.0 theme that is not free? Any suggestions welcome.

How are recipients/metrics calculated in flow reports that have more than one email?

I have a welcome series with two emails. In the flow performance report when I am looking at recipients and metrics, I want to know if it is unique to individuals or are the metrics unique to each email? I’m wondering if the recipients/data is counted twice? In other words, if a user that enters the welcome series receives and opens both emails within the flow, is that user counted twice in the recipients list and unique opens metric, one for each email received and opened or just once?The questions comes because we paired down our welcome series from six emails to two and we are outperforming almost all metrics, however the recipients count is much smaller. Makes me think if the decrease in recipients is a result of reducing the welcome series to two emails or are there less users entering the welcome series flow.

Why won't emojis render in emails?

When creating an HTML email and pushing via the API all the emojis are rendered as “?”I have tried different encoding but it seems to be a Klaviyo issue, I would be very grateful if someone knows how to fix this!

Why isn't my live chat working for several days?

Hi, my live chat has not been working for several days. It just says there are a number of agents waiting and then says Im “disconnected from the Wifi” which is clearly wrong when i exit the chat. This has been going on for a few days now and I can’t get in touch with the live chat feature.
