Hey, My company has been using a 3 party to do e-mail marketing last season, but this year we are doing it ourself. One thing i noticed is that our campaigns are tracking both open and click rate but not placed order. Does anyone know what we are missing? All the campaigns from our third party was tracking placed orders and sales, and we know for a fact that all of our campaigns also made some sales through discount codes, so i guess there is a UTM parameter we can´t seem to find or something. Hi, I’m currently developing a custom integration using the API and was wondering if there is any method available to delete a Track Metric. For example, a “Placed Order”. While it’s my hope this isn’t needed in production, basic testing has shown some serious issues on the Klaviyo side when correcting metrics. One such example was my initial test of a Placed Order. This created a profile (expected), but I had an error in my timestamp value. Not a problem, right? Just send the metric again (with `$event_id` to update it)? Nope, it doesn’t look like there is any way to “fix” a metric. This could have serious implications once we’ve scaled up (>10k Placed Order metrics/day + millions of historical metrics). If there are any errors, it looks like the only option is to delete the metric and start all over, but this would result in a backlog of years of historical data to sync yet again. Hello, we are running a spree commerce site. We are using the official integration at https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005255448-How-to-Integrate-with-Spree.Everything works great, except the “Return to your cart” link. Spree requires a token to rebuild the cart, but we could find that variable anywhere. Without the token, cart will be empty, which makes the flow useless.Can anyone please let me know if that variable exists in current Spree integration or not? If yes, where could i find it?Thank you
Hi!I’m trying to set up a flow that will trigger each time someone places an order using a specific coupon code. This a unique code that I created inside Shopify. I can’t seem to find it when building the flow trigger. Is it possible to build such logic? Where should I add the code in order to find it when building the flow?Thanks!
I have an SMS flow launching today and I entered myself into the flow last night to test it. I received my opt-in messages, but the first SMS message failed to deliver due to "Device Disconnected" and I'm in the "Waiting" status for the second message.My device is definitely still connected and I need help troubleshooting so this doesn't happen to my customers who opt-in today.
Hello alltogether,we just set up a winback flow to reactivate customers before they churn finally. Look’s good so far but have the feeling it could and should perform (much) better.Flow is triggered based on last estimated date of next order + 40 days and contains 3 mails (Miss You → Coupon → What’s wrong). Hi all! So, I earned my Klaviyo Product Certification yesterday and I’m all fired up about moving ahead and doing more and more Klaviyo-related work for clients. I also have my own (minimalist) copywriting website.My intention to work with Klaviyo is strong, but honestly - I haven’t had a single Klaviyo client yet (except for myself! Since I’ve set up some sign-up forms and flows for my own website).Question: Based on the above, am I eligible to become a Klaviyo Partner? Or do I need to show some client successes first?I don’t want to “waste” my Partner application, so I thought I’d check here first.Cheers!Melanie
Hi, I know that Klaviyo provides analytics for the links tracked in my email campaigns (Campaigns » Link Activity). However, I’d like to know if there’s a way to see the heat map of a specific email campaign. I might use the same link across different sections of my newsletter (header, image and CTA for example) and the link activity will only show me the total clicks. What if I want to know where people are clicking the most (header, main image, text, CTA, footer, etc.)? Are there any software/tools available that could help me with this? Thanks!
I have a little query where I need your help .I have set up the embedded form with radio button options, now I want to create segments based on the options picked by the customers. I have set it up, however when I test it, people are added to the list but not the segment.Where did I go wrong. Appreciate your help.
- Feed format - I only seem able to display recipe images with the title to the right of the image (see image attached). I'm wanting to try an option where we display 2 images across (desktop) / 1 image (mobile) with titles underneath the images (see mindful chef example attached)
I have a very straightforward task: I’d like to place an embedded form at the footer of each page on my simple Wordpress site.I already have the other Klaviyo code pasted in a Headers and Footers plugin and my flyout form is working.Then -- I tried copy and pasting the embedded form code in the footer widget - but it didn’t take.Hmm, what else should I try? Are there some extra steps required to use embedded forms directly in Wordpress?Thank you!
Hey there we got problem with integrating Klaviyo to Shopify as it seems we need to reinstall it, our goal is to get the all the metrics for email flow triggers.However we are hesitant since we don’t know what will happen--will our contacts be deleted, emails, etc? We’ve installed Klaviyo few years ago like around 2018 so we didn’t get the easy peasy installation with what we have today.*I could request to do reinstallation but again we are hesitant to do this. Anyone who knows the best way to do this?
So, I'm new to Klaviyo and I was checking everything out. Creating and deleting multiple Flows, Lists, Segments, Forms, etc… To learn and experiment how everything worked and figuring it out by myself. But suddenly I got my account disabled out of thin air… Any help? Thanks.
