Hello, There is something weird that happening around our cart abandon flow. When we’re clicking the CTA button, it doesn't take us to the abandoned product page, it only takes us to the Home page, making it extremely difficult to find solutions on it. Is there anyway around on how to fix this type of issue? Our ecommerce platform is Magento 2.3
I’m having a strange issue with horizontal rules in email designs. We have a horizontal rule that shows up correctly in desktop, but doesn’t in mobile view. Here is the horizontal rule (dark orange/bronze color) working perfectly in desktop view.These are the specs of the horizontal rule in desktop.So I duplicate this horizontal rule exactly as it is but set it to show on Mobile instead...and this is what happens.It has the exact same specs as its desktop counterpart, but for some reason it stretches across the entire area and nothing changes when I try to tweak the padding. Is anyone else having the same issue? How do you fix it?
So I have two things going on: I’m using Dawn 2.0 and I’m using a pagefly product page that displays differently for desktop and tablet/phone. I can’t seem to get the “added to cart” event to work for me. Anyone with similar setups have a work-around?

His account was disabled, I was not know this and by mistake I switched to his account and now I’m unable to access my own account. I’m unable to switch my account from one to another. Hey everyone!Question RE linking SMS to a customers existing profile via pop up. If a customer opens a URL from an email and then I present them a pop up to leave their mobile number is there a way that klaviyo can recognise its the same user and update their profile? Or do I have to request both the email and phone number to get this synced to someones profile? Thank you! Penny
Hi, when sending a preview email versus sending a live campaign we noticed that there is a white dot in dark mode Outlook in the upper left hand corner of the email- it is only noticed in the campaign- does anyone have any insights on this? https://www.screencast.com/t/JCDaSIEYyjul
We have created a Browse Abandonment flow and included the dynamic blocks for product image, name and price for the product they have browsed on site. We would like to direct them back to the product they have browsed from this email but I can’t see what code I need to include to send them back to that product? Please can someone point me in the right direction so I can add this to the email and get the flow live. If this isn’t something that is best practice, I would be grateful for a recommendation of what we should do? Thanks, Laura
So i had a shopify store connected to my klaviyo account for the last 2 years with over 50k orders. My email marketing was setup with klaviyo without any issues. For particular reasons, I had to delete my shopify store, not before i exported all the data including customer and order data, and imported it into my new shopify account.Long story short- I now have a a new shopify store that contains all the data from my old store. i want to connect the new store to the old klaviyo account, without klaviyo syncing historical data, as if it will import historical data from the new store, i’ll basically have all the data appearing twice.So i want klaviyo to utilize the past data from the old store which is already on it, and collect only future data from the new store.Can anyone explain how can I do something like that?
I am looking to create a flow that triggers an email that will be sent to customers when an item they ordered is back-ordered / drops to 0 inventory to all open orders with that product as well as any new orders until the product is back in stock. The client use drop ship so when things go out of stock they manually update it in shopify and same when they get an update that its back in stock.What is the best way to set up that flow in klaviyo?

Buyer can only put one coupon code on checkout page but I just want to double check with you Trying to change the color of the template “Cherish the moment”. But I am unable to change the color of the block. The best I an do is to change the background text color and it’s not what we want. Please show us how to change the block color. We recently updated shopify product image and now the product in the email look like error. Since we didn’t need to upload product image but simply “select from the catalogue, I don’t think we need to select product all over again --- Can you confirm if we need to “re-select” the product update all our emails or not?
I’m having problems getting SMS consent to send from Clickfunnels to Klavio.I’ve tried adding a custom field in Zapier with sms_consent but that doesn’t seem to work.I’ve also tried using the webhook document https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360054803711-Guide-to-Collecting-SMS-Consent-via-APII think I have everything set up a but it doesn’t seem to be passing the sms_consent.Any ideas on how to get it working?
Hi allI've created a signup form to my Shopify store, and I set the Target & Behavior to "Exactly matching my homepage url”:But the problem is sometime I still see the popup at the other pages, like collection, product details or even checkout page. Hi, I’m doing email marketing for a campsite. I would like to send a flow to people before and after arrival. The booking system used is not integrated with Klaviyo - so what is the easiest way to add time of arrival into my subscribers’ profile? If the only way is to do it manually - will it then be possible to - for example - upload an excel-file with emails of people who have booked (without a specific date) and have the system automatically ad a “booked” tag to those profiles?
