Is there a way to only have one pop up show at a time? We have a fly out popup to show immediately when a subscriber enters the site and we also have a exit intent pop up to show when a visitor is exiting the page. I added a time delay to the exit intent to hopefully solve this issue of having both forms show up at the same time.
I’ve been trying to set up a dedicated sending domain for my account. My domain is managed by Shopify, and I had no issues setting up another Shopify domain a while back, but this time I am prevented from entering the CNAME records. I get an error code saying that special characters aren’t allowed when I try to enter kl._domainkey. Is there any way around this issue or do I have to transfer my domain to another host?
Hi I have recently cleaned my list and my profile shows I have 4000 active profiles and yet my subscribe main list is 5680. How do i align my list and active profiles? I also not that if i want to send an email campaign the number it goes to is less than the 4000 active profiles. Look forward to hearing from you guys
Hi- Having trouble getting specific emails and certain configurations to send the right emails. Example: If I purchase Product A & B, I want a specific email to send for those two products (vs two separate emails). Or If I purchase product A & C, then that gets another email. Essentially, I have 3 products and want to send emails based on the products purchased in one transaction. Right now I have Split triggers set up (and it worked when purchasing just ONE product) but as soon as I add 2, it’ll just pick the first one and send that particular email. This is where it gets stuck! I don’t know how to set it to where If the placed order includes 2 products, that it doesn’t just stop at the first product in the list. Hope this makes sense!The reason I’m sending this way is because each email contains a KEY (these are website templates). Any help would be appreciated!

However I don't know how to save that value when using flow. I can only save the values that I enter myself @@2. If problem 1 above is solved, I want to have an attribute that stores the total order value of 1 customer who purchased on my website. I don't know how to add it up. I'm having trouble with my emails. They all are bouncing. I just recently migrated my Wix account to Shopify. I've set up my Klaviyo account and a few flows, but none of the flows are reaching my customers once triggered. Also i sent myself a test email and it still bounced.Am I missing something on my end? I’m not sure why my emails are bouncing.
Hi, Above is a screenshot of a flow I'm building for a customer survey we'd like to launch.The functionality is meant to allow us to gauge the success of the email against half of the survey population. That way we can update the email/campaign for the other half.I created a time delay of 30 days to keep people not in the split in the flow. However, we may not necessarily want to wait the full 30 days if the first half is successful.If I changed that to 1 day after the flow is turned on, will everyone caught in that time delay be moved on after 1 day?Thank you!
We need your suggestions.Is Dedicated sending domain suggested for new users?We are setting up our website and want to use klaviyo.We came across a dedicated sending domain.We can set it with go daddy where we got our domain from.However,We are not sure how we can warm it up as all blogs are talking about warming as we don't have an email list and will there be any complications if we start a dedicated server in the initial stages.We are looking for your speedy response to proceed forward.

Hi All, despite the content already available in “Limiting replenishment flows by ordered quantity” and “Creating a Replenishment Flow” I’m still having trouble building out the logic for my own replenishment flow. Our product can be purchased in 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 bottle options (each bottle represents 30-day supply)...with the option to purchase any quantity of those. So how do I efficiently build a flow for customers who only has a 30-day supply (meaning they bought Product A - 1 Bottle - Quantity 1 only once) so I can time the refill reminder according to that specific supply? Then the same for a customer with a 60-day supply (meaning they either bought Product A - 2 Bottle - Quantity 1 OR Product A - 1 Bottle - Quantity 2). And so forth. The suggested logic in the articles above don’t seem very efficient. And they don’t seem to be properly filtering out customer who may have bought multiple quantities of any given product. Woo Commerce shop if that makes any difference.
I have throughly gone through setting up my Klaviyo account to the best of my knowledge and research. However, even after setting every timing right and keeping the automations set correct, most of my mails don’t fire. Some do at some odd hours in the day, but for some the mails don’t fire instantly. I have seen mails delivering around 11-19 hours past the trigger. I have 2 mails with disabled time delay, so that they fire immediately after the trigger is made, but sometimes they just don’t do. And that keeps me unsure of all my users getting the important info at the right time. Does anyone know of any such glitches or bugs with Klaviyo, going on currently, or what other possible reasons could it be for the above? Would appreciate any help!Thank you
Hi,Can I use legacy forms to create custom profile properties for existing profiles, rather than create new profiles with new custom properties?I want to collect existing users’ birth dates, and the manage subscription page is not a good enough solution, as I cannot use a date picker, and users must use the American date format for Klaviyo to update the field as a date field.Thanks

Hi all, any advice on preventing images from stretching to full screen width on Outlook mobile? I’ve set ‘Image Width” to ‘150px’, set “Stretch Image” to ‘inherit’ yet every image stretched to full screen width. I’d rather not have to create mobile only versions with extra padding for every image in every email.
We are trying to clean up our active profile for cost and better segmentation. Every campaign we send can only be sent to 14k email but our active profile show more then 19k. How can we clean up our active profile to remove user that does not want to get emailed. Maybe to clean up this list or try to re-engage those email with a flow
