If I move one subscriber from one list to another, will this trigger the new list's Welcome Series?

Hello there,I’m currently trying to tidy up my lists. I have a couple of questions:is it legally safe for me to manually delete a contact from one list and add it to another (ticking the box that the person has consented to receive emails from me, which they have) will this trigger the Welcome Series for that person I’ve just added?Thanks! I know there’s a better way to move people from one list to another but right now doing it manually seems to be the only way my brain is willing to do it… if you have a *super* simple way of doing this, let me know!

Dynamic Coupons

Hello, I’m Having an issue with dynamic coupons. I’m using Shopify and I created my coupon Here is my email on Klaviyo, which is properly set up as a dynamic coupon. But when I tried to apply my discount at the checkout, it didn’t work. I'm currently using static coupons, but users are abusing them by using them multiple times, which is not intended. Can you please help me?

Question mark in my emails instead of produtcs

We’re experiencing an issue with our emails where question marks appear instead of the correct content. This does not show in the Klaviyo preview; everything looks fine there. I tested the campaign just before sending, and it worked perfectly, but after sending, the question marks appeared. This not only impacts the professional appearance of our emails but also negatively affects our revenue.I’ve contacted Klaviyo about this, but they claim the issue is caused by changing product URLs and recommend using dynamic products. However, this doesn’t suit our needs as the goal of our newsletter is to showcase static (specific) products.Has anyone experienced this issue before, or does anyone know how to resolve it?

How to add back in stock for impact theme

Hi Klaviyo Community!I wonder how I can add the back-in-stock button, trigger, and metric in Klaviyo using the Impact Shopify theme.Following this guide: Klaviyo Help, I learned that it’s for free Shopify themes, while Impact is not one.Can you help me install this snippet on my Impact theme?Secondly, I use the Timeact app for my preorders. However, I don’t want to use their back-in-stock feature because it’s unattractive and not sent by Klaviyo.So basically, all my products are "available" due to preorders, but the stock behind can go to negative numbers.I want the back-in-stock button to appear when my product stock is 0 or in negative numbers.Now you have all the information. Custom Font Not showing correctly in emails sent

Hi I would like to use a handwriting font for my name at bottom of email and have chosen Satisfy Normal 400 however when subscribers receive the email in gmail they get the fallback font. I would appreciate help on this. Thanks

Pop-up form teaser removed but still displays

I have a pop up formatted for desktop and one for mobile. I set both up originally with a teaser.I turned off the teasers weeks ago. But I continue to see these teasers as do folks I’ve asked to have a peek and check for me.I’ve cleared my cache, reloaded the page, checked on different browsers and on different machines. I keep seeing it. The URL is https://2xedge.comAm I nuts? Or do others still see the teaser. If it’s there, how do I get rid of it?Thanks!

Profiles that have never subscribed not added to "Cannot receive marketing emails" segment

Hi, can y’all help understand why a profile that has never subscribed is not listed under a segment set to collect all profiles that cannot receive email marketing? I just discovered that I have been emailing one (or more) profiles under Engaged X days segments even though in campaigns I do select “Cannot receive marketing” segment under Do not send to… Profile has never subscribedSegment set to collect profiles that cannot receive email marketing.Here’s a screenshot of the profiles current lists and segments. Profile is not added to Cannot receive email marketing segment.

Cannot send a test email

When I try to send a test email. The page keeps showing this error message:“Something went wrong displaying the template”“Please try reloading the page. If the issue persists, contact support”I have tried reloading the page but it doesn’t work. Anyone had the same issue and know how to fix it? Thank you,Tanya
