Hello,I am simply trying to update a email in my AnaClare list from this email firstname.lastname@example.org to this email email@example.com and it is not saving? I also tried to create a new user with this email firstname.lastname@example.org and merge the other email into it and it didn’t work. it’s a simple task that is not working?
Hi Experts,I would like to set up segments in Klaviyo that all contain the buyers of my different Shopify products (1 product per segment). In the segment creator, however, I found two ways to do that:Fulfilled Order with an item selected Ordered Product with a product selected Which of these is the best practice, and how can I make sure that only people end up in the segment that really bought the product? Refunds and cancelled orders should not stay in there (this was an issue I had with my last email tool).Thank you!Max

I have a Contact form that is connected to a list. I’ve indicated in the list setup the Contact Email address for the person that manages submissions to this list to reply. Is there a way to set up a flow for when someone submits their info, to send the form data to the Contact Email address assigned to the list? I’m sure I’m missing something relatively simple, but I’m not seeing the solution in the flow options. TIA. Does it need to be a flow or is there a setting somewhere that should automatically forward to the indicated list Contact Email?
Hi guys. I have made four new welcome flows which are variations of my main welcome flow. I did this so that I can track where people of coming from (ie Insta sign up, colab signups). These subscribers then join a list just for that sign up and flow but as they come to the end I want to add them to my main newsletter list. is there an automated way to set this up plus a way to then stop them receiving another welcome flow when they join my newsletter list? I have seen on here ppl suggest downloading CSVs etc but that seems like a lot of additional handling to me.
Hi - I run a small distribution company. Every week, I have ~5 new products that appear in a view stored in AirTable that shows product name, release date and price. AirTable gives me the ability to send an email to a distribution list email address out at a fixed interval, like every monday at 9am, with the items listed in this grid. I’d like to be able to store and send this email to my Client List in Klaviyo but I’m not sure the integration exists? I have integrated with Zapier but all I can see is adding contacts to Klaviyo from a table in AirTable. Right now, I can’t really see who is opening the email, what they are clicking on, etc…Is there a way to email a list as in a distribution list within Klaviyo? Any other suggestions on how to automate?
Hello, I’ve just started setting up some of my flows, including my welcome flow. I send out mini campaigns every week, and would like to exclude anyone that’s in the welcome flow so they don’t get the campaign emails just yet. I know I can exclude certain segments from the campaign but how do I go about creating a segment of anyone that’s in the welcome flow? I couldn’t see an option for ‘Is in X flow’ within the segments builder, what’s the best (neatest/easiest!) way to do this? Thanks,Meeta
When exporting a list/segment to csv to import to another list, why WOULDN'T I want to include all categories? (Klaviyo ID won't map to next list.)
When exporting a list/segment to csv to import to another list, why WOULDN'T I want to include all categories? (Klaviyo ID won't map to next list.) For reference, I have a main Klaviyo account, but now am shifting to a country specific one, so I need to take all US profiles, export them from the main list and then import them to the US Klaviyo list. And I don’t want to lose any data/info. I first tried to export all categories, but when I was importing them to a new list, the Klaviyo ID didn’t have a box to check or similar item to use. It wasn’t mapped. Can someone help explain this? Do I just import everything except the Klaviyo ID? Is it because each person has a different Klaviyo ID under each Klaviyo account?
Hi, I have some questions. Are segments always under lists? So lists are the root, then segments have profiles from lists? So if all my profiles are in all lists, then that automatically includes all segments too? Is that true?In other words can a profile be in a segment but not in a list? Thanks.
We have 2 accounts in klaviyo (both accessible from the same user accounts). We’d like to be able to email everyone in “Account A” but not if they are also in “Account B”.Is there a way to do this? We’ve tried:When we try to create segments in “Account A” it of course is not aware of any profiles in “Account B”. The two accounts seem unaware of each other. We’re trying to avoid having to manually export all email addresses from “Account B” and importing into “Account A” every time we send a campaign emailAny suggestions please?
Basically, the current client of mine doesn’t have any list. Since we can’t do a welcome flow without any list, I tried to create a segment first. So I created a segment named “Master list” with a condition of “person is not suppressed”. Now I want to convert this into a list and then connect that list to the sign up form and welcome flow so that I can activate the welcome flow. Is what I’m trying to achieve possible? If possible should I “snapshot the segment” or “convert to list” in the settings? Please let me know
Hi!! I am new to managing this tool, I am performing the mailchimp migration but the lists still do not appear, it has been in synchronization for more than a day but no contact appears in my lists. On the other hand, when I opened the account in 2021, I made a bad migration and today I have 27,000 active profiles that I want to delete, because they are contacts that have no affinity with my company, is there a way to do it? I am very confused between profiles and lists and segments, can you help me?
Hi all, i have a zap in zapier that should transfer new fb leads to my list in Klaviyo. it was working since yesterday. but it stopped suddenly. i checked the task limits in zapier, contact limits in klaviyo, and I’m not close to the limits. i made a new zap but it didn’t fix it. does anyone has any suggestions?
Hi, Im trying to create segments based on web actions. So for example for jewellery customers I have created a segment for jewellery views, a segment for add to basket, and a segment for buyers. I would have assumed there would be loads of views, a lot of add to baskets, and a few sales. but this isnt the case. If we have had 373 jewellery buyers, why is there only 52 jewellery add to carts ( I havent excluded purchases from this segment)? and again with views how do we only have 132 jewellery views? Also we just had an order with someone who is on our klaviyo database and bought a kimono. Ive just checked but they are not added to our kimono buyer segment. I know for a fact that they bought something from the kimonos&gowns category, so why do they not get added? instead they get added to potential buyers? is there a way that i can stop this data decay? Thanks :)
I am looking for a way to connect Klaviyo to Pipedrive through Zapier or another good connector. I would like data to transfer to Pipedrive in order for our sales team to follow up on leads. Examples of the things we would like - When a subscriber clicks in an email (to appear in Pipedrive as a lead but connected to the organisation within Pipedrive) When a subscriber views product (a note to be added on the organisations profile and shows what products they were viewing) We have set-up zaps for these things already but the clicks come through as one click each time so we are getting 100’s of notifications when someone clicks more than once. It also can’t identify the organisation name and is just showing the email address in Pipedrive. I have been looking at this for such a long time so I am hoping someone can help!
Hello everyone, I would like to ask if there is a way to send to each address of a mailing list, a specific URL from a CSV file containing an X amount of URLs. The final outcome would be each email address receiving an email with a unique and personal URL. Thanks in advance!
Can anyone help me understand the difference between Profile Updated and Last Active?I realize that many times, the day/time stamp will be the same - if a subscriber opens an email, the Last Active and Profile Updated will both reflect the time the email was opened.I’m wondering - is there any case where they could be different? For example, at our brick & mortar retail stores, employees can update a customer’s information using the list’s subscription landing page - and I thought perhaps this would be recorded as Profile Updated, but NOT Last Active. However, in my own tests, this does not seem to be the case; both fields continue to be the same. This leads me to more questions:1 - If Profile Updated and Last Active are always the same, why are both included in a subscriber’s profile?2 - If they are not always the same, why can I export Last Active, but not Profile Updated?Any information is appreciated! Thank you!
Hi Guys, Can you add a custom property to this property drop down? The blue plus suggests you can however i can’t seem to generate a working segment, always has zero customers in it. I want to create a a property around “product_type” however it doesn’t work...any suggestions? FYI I’m a Shopify user. Thanks!
