How to extract Polls results on sign up forms

Hi, I just created a sign up form for a selected List & Segment, where I applied a poll at the end of the form. Does anyone know where can I see the results of this poll? I can’t seem to find the option or section. Thank you

Hallo zusammen, ich möchte in einem Klaviyo-Flow eine E-Mail erstellen, die Kunden nach einer bestimmten Zeit daran erinnert, das Produkt, das sie zuletzt in meinem Shopify-Shop gekauft haben, erneut zu bestellen. Die E-Mail soll dynamisch genau das Produkt anzeigen (mit Bild, Namen, Preis und Link), das der Kunde beim letzten Kauf erworben hat und ggf einen Rabatt gewähren. Ich nutze bereits Shopify und Klaviyo, und die Integration läuft. Ich habe gesehen, dass man mit Event-Daten wie Placed Order arbeiten kann, aber ich bin mir unsicher, wie ich die Produktdetails korrekt in die E-Mail-Vorlage einbinde, besonders wenn der Kunde mehrere Artikel gekauft hat. Hat jemand Tipps oder Beispiele, wie man das umsetzen kann? Vielen Dank im Voraus für eure Hilfe! 😊

I was testing my abandoned browse, my smart sending is set to 1 hour, I have received nothing else in that hour. I set the abandoned browse to 2 minutes just to test, In the preview it has captured me viewing the product, however the email has not sent

Hi, we would like to collect registrations on our website for our newsletter. Each registered user would receive an email with a unique discount code after verification. We don't know how to get the unique code into the emails and make it automatic. Has anyone solved something similar?

How to add custom properties to a Profile with a value that is NOT an array?

When I use this endpoint, any custom properties I try to create have their values transformed into an array that holds that value as its first value. Does anyone know a workaround or a way to escalate this to engineering to fix? https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/reference/create_or_update_profile Example: $payload = [ 'data' => [ 'type' => 'profile', 'attributes' => $attributes, 'meta' => [ 'patch_properties' => [ 'append' => [ 'GN_custom' => 'value goes here', ], ], ], ],];$response = $this->client->Profiles->createOrUpdateProfile($payload); I would expect my custom property `GN_custom` to have a value of "value goes here" but instead it is wrapped in an array like this ["value goes here"]. At first I thought it was a problem with the PHP SDK that we’re using, but after debugging it appears to be just the way the API endpoint handles custom properties. IMO it’s broken. Personalisation error - First name switches to Email address?

Hi all The First_Name personalisation field is in an email and for 2 of our test email accounts it displays as the person’s email address instead?? When I’ve checked these 2 people’s profiles, their first name is correctly displayed in the First_Name field. Would be very grateful for assistance with this. Thanks!

Why is there a discrepancy between the segment size and the estimated recipient count in Klaviyo?

I have a segment in Klaviyo containing 78,056 profiles, but the estimated recipient count for my campaign shows only 43,430. I have Smart Sending enabled, and Reputation Repair suggests excluding unengaged recipients, which it claims is about 40.8% of recipients who haven’t engaged in the last 30 days. Could this be the reason for the discrepancy? If so, how is this calculated, and does it affect the overall sending strategy? Any clarification on how these estimates are determined would be appreciated!

Are all custom properties entered by API lists/array?

If I add a custom property through website it is entered as I like it. In this case as a date. If I enter it via the API is comes in as a list/array. I need this field to come in through the API as a date that I can use in flows/segments. How do I fix this?

Do apostrophe's in a profile's Key Values cause problems with personalization?

I’m working on a flow email based on responses to a referral form, and trying to personalize the client’s answers from a variety of fields (in the form). I’ve had luck with personalizing the first name {{ first_name }}, our showroom location {{ person|lookup:"Store Name" }}, and the Referrer’s name {{ person|lookup:"Referring Designer" }}. But I cannot get the Referrer’s company name to present correctly in the flow email -- the default is always used. {{ person|lookup:"Referrer’s Company"|default:"their company" }} The only difference is an apostrophe in the Key Value code. Question: Does having an apostrophe in the Key Values for a profile cause glitches, problems, or issues? John klaviyo+do-apostophes-in-profile-values-cause-problems-or-issues

Creating segments based on purchases of Shopify products with certain tags

May be an obvious one but working with a record label who have tagged all their Shopify products with the genre of the product: When I go to create the segment however, I don’t have an option to pull through any Shopify tags: The Shopify connection is solid and working for everything else, I’m just confused how to find the tags we’ve assigned to Shopify products within Klaviyo and how I can create segments based off of them and activity on those products. In-Email Review Stars Issue

i’ve got my review flow set-up, all as instructed—but when I test the flow and click on one of the stars, it sends me to an error page. The current (and default) link address for the stars is: {{ event.review_link }}?rating=3 (the 3 changes depending on the star.) Is this a bug? How do I have these stars point people to my review submission page?

Get all events for specific data range and metric id FAST, maybe concurrently?

I have read this prior post before posting. I’m trying to build a connector for Klaviyo so that email marketers can pull their klaviyo campaign/flow stats to Google Sheets / ChatGPT. To achieve such a goal, I decide to do an overall aggregation over all the events due to the limitations of the existing reporting api such as not including profiles, other important fields. Aggregation over all events works great and accurately except that it takes too slow. If an account sends thousands of emails per day, then it will take more than 5 mins to retrieve all the Received Email events in a date range of 7 days. We currently do what’s advised - sequentially send requests to https://a.klaviyo.com/api/events and get the next page url from the prior response. Each response contains 200 events. This method is way too slow. Is it possible if we could do this concurrently while still being under the rate limits (350/s and 3500/m)? Is it possible to pre-calculate the page cursors returned at each re

How to allow entering a different answer on a dropdown menu?

Hi there, We’re using a Klaviyo sign up form on our landing page, with multiple dropdown fields. We noticed that once an option is selected in the dropdown menu, it doesn’t allow users to select a different option anymore in case the user changes their mind or makes a mistake. If we click on the dropdown again, it only shows the option already selected (screenshot below). The only way to go back to all the options is if the original answer is deleted manually — not all users know to do this and it just makes for a confusing user experience. Is there any way we can just make all the options visible upon clicking regardless if an option is already selected or not? We are following a strict layout and there are a lot of options in some of the fields so I’m afraid a radio buttons are not preferred.

Filter the entry of profiles in a flow according to the source url

Hi, in a shopify shop in 3 languages, I'm looking to condition user entry into the checkout abandonment flow dedicated to one of the languages. I'm thinking that if the trigger filter is linked to a condition that contains part of the URL such as ‘/en’. This will ensure that only profiles that have chosen the English language on the shopify shop and therefore made a checkout in English, will enter the English flow. But I can't find this option in trigger filters or profile filters. Is there a solution to enable this?Thanks in advance. Fabien

Hi there, I used the sample data tool but when previewing one of my emails made from the prebuilt shopify abandoned flow the product isn’t pulling through. I am not sure what I am doing wrong, does sample data not work with the shopify emails?

Checkout Started Flow by Specific Products

I wanted to create 4 separate emails for my checkout started flow for customers who haven’t purchased. I wanted to add some type of customization, and do it at the product level. I’ve tried to filter by item but I sell bundles, and filtering by the item doesn’t work. Have you ever tried to do this through collections and see if this works? When looking at the trigger filters, it doesn’t give me an option to use the product id/sku like in other flows like browse abandonment. Is there any workaround for this?
