Hi all. I have searched for a solution for this but so far I have found nothing which seems to answer.I have a branded domain set and and verified in Klaviyo. DNS NS records are now managed by Klaviyo for a sub domain. When I test a flow with this domain IE. noreply.send.domain.com and I try to reply it obviously has nowhere to go so instantly fails.As the NS records are now handled Klaviyo I am not able to set up this email on my server. Does anybody have any information about how to manage an autoresponder within Klaviyo so that when a customer replied they received an email to say that “this is mailbox is not monitored. “for enquires” please go to info@domain.com. Or is best practice to add a different reply-to address of a montitored email. Apologies for any naivety. I have created multiple sign up form, published them and connected them to my list. However, when i try to open the form link in an incognito browser, it redirects me to klaviyo login screen instead of showing the live signup form. The form type says ‘full page’ and its published - but i can’t access or use it. How can i get a working public link?

We have a flow that is triggered when someone fills out a sign-up form and is added to a list. The flow sends the welcome email with a coupon that a customer can use once (per our BigCommerce coupon configuration).However, people are also added to the list automatically if they register an account via our BigCommerce website form (whether they place an order or not).Ideally, someone would fill out the Klaviyo sign-up form first, receive the coupon and then register an account when they’re ready to place an order. In reality, many customers register an account first and, as they go through the checkout process, see the sign-up teaser for 10% off and then fill out the sign-up form.Consequently, their sign-up form submission does not add them to the trigger list, as they are already on it. Hi there, Klaviyo Community <3 My question of the day is: Do Pre-order flows make sense or should one choose to send the sequence of e-mails manually via Pre-order list? The thing is, We have a lots of product and almost always 3+ variants of each one. I would love to create a post-purchase flow, that gradually tells customers, where their order is. But the delivery status changes for each product and I have a feeling that I would have to create a flow for every one of them. Could you help me choose whichever fits best for our shop? How would you approach this quest for pre-order notifications?Thanks so much in advance!

Hello,We've noticed that all WhatsApp links on our website are returning a 429 HTTP status code and suspect this might be related to our Klaviyo integration. We need guidance on how to identify and possibly remove this Klaviyo-related configuration. I have added the back in stock code snippet to my themes.liquid page above the body as described in the instructions. The notify me button appears on out of stock items but when I test this feature and click the button the notify me is only showing for the size small and I want the notification for the 2XL. How do I fix this? The back in stock flow has been setup and is live using the the back in stock standard template with the klaviyo triggered automatically populates. My API has been replaced in the example and the list ID as well for allow the customer to opt-in to my newsletter (this is also working). Using the dawn theme. Hi all - I've noticed from photos sent by my customers that many of them are installing my product wrong. My photographer just delivered an installation video that I think would be very helpful. How do I send this (at once) (in Klaviyo) to all customers who have purchased the product?All options to import my contacts (from my Shopify store) seem to filter for only customers who have opted into marketing. To be clear, this is not marketing, it is purely a PSA for installing the product correctly.(If the answer is “Klaviyo is a marketing platform, you really can’t use it for a non-marketing purpose” … that’s fine, I’ll find another solution. I am just 99% sure it can be done because I get similar "how to" emails for items that I have purchased, where I did not opt into marketing, that have hallmarks of coming from Klaviyo!)M

Syntax errors that are unclear – I receive error messages about invalid syntax, but there is no clear explanation on how to resolve them.3. What the hell is going on? I can’t set either my flow or any of the emails in the flow to Live -the option is greyed out. This is my clients site and they are on the free plan, so what am I supposed to do?Nobody will support anything, and I have been able to find anyone facing similar issues.There are alerts in the account about being over the contacts limit, but my understanding is that doesn’t matter it’s only if you go over the email limit that things will stop sending.So what’s going on? How am I supposed to troubleshoot someone else’s broken platform if I can’t get any live support? Yet another tech company with a broken piece of garbage product that they refuse to support and push everything off on to the community where we have to wait weeks for everyone to ignore support requests.
