Query Metric Aggregates

Hi, I am trying to build some reporting using the new API. First one I am trying to pull is Bounced Email metric, split by Bounce Type. Can you batch send flow emails?

I have a client that wants to import a list of 7500 emails into Klaviyo that he has collected over the years. He thinks that by now some of the leads could be stale.He wanted me to build him a welcome flow repurposing all the blog articles on his website and import the list of contacts to put them through the flow. Hoping that they will contact him for his service.He has not sent emails at this scale from the domain and has never sent an email from Klaviyo. What are my best steps to stop all of these emails going to spam? Is a flow even the right option here?

Google Analytics Tracking

I’m looking to set up tracking of my flows and campaigns in Google Analytics. When I select Campaign Value as the static option of Klaviyo - this reports as ‘other’ in Google analytics rather than ‘email’ - can anyone suggest how I make sure this is tracking as Email rather than other?

API "since" parameter is not working as expected

Hi,I have this account for testing the API and I started my first campaign 1 day ago. 3 Month Deliverability Issue

I am working with a brand for 3 months now, and we cannot fix deliverability.We have tried the following:Sending campaigns to only engaged people. Audience is about 100 and open rates are 40%+ Removed all flows except Welcome and Abandon Checkout Directing customers from the PopUp to open their email to receive their discount. Customers will still not follow through to open these emails. Tested Double Opt InEmails are still landing in spam on the Welcome and Flow emails. The list is not growing as we have double opt in and people aren’t approving it.Is there a case to just start again with a new sending domain as it seems this domain is lost on us? If so, what would be the process for this?Right now, we cannot generate enough revenue from customers to justify continuing charging this client and we are at loose ends as to what to do next.

Time from “First Active” to “Placed Order”

I want to analyze data around how long it takes from being “First Active” to “Placed Order.” In other words, seeing how long it takes before someone makes a purchase through our Shopify store. Any suggestions? I already have it set up so that I can download a customer list from Klaviyo and put the data in a spreadsheet, but I’d prefer to have it native and automated if that’s possible.

Using Shopify Flow to Send Tracking Data to Klaviyo Metric

Hey guys, I’m trying to use Shopify Flow with Klaviyo to accomplish the following:If order is fulfilled & shipping carrier = XXXXX, then send email to customer with special instructionsI have a Shopify Flow configured to look to see if a carrier = XXXX then action = Klaviyo Track Event itemWithin the track even item, I’m trying to pass the tracking number parameter into Klaviyo, and here is where I’m stuck. Since an order can have multiple items, and each item may be shipped with a different carrier, I can’t just pull the fulfillment.tracking_number or the fulfillment.tracking_company parameters and send it to Klaviyo. When I try to reach out Shopify or Klaviyo for help, I just constantly get bounced back and forth between the two companies. It is VERY frustrating so here I am asking the guru’s of the world for help! I am not a programmer, but I am a tinkerer. I know enough to be dangerous but not enough to do anything significant with the knowledge I have :) Any guidance would be

Added To Cart Snippet on Shopify - changing class

Hi team - I’m working with a new client.She has a Shopify store, Klaviyo integration was already there. I started setting things up and noticed the Viewed Product didn’t fire since August and Added To Cart metric wasn’t even there. Viewed ProductThere was a website update, since then the VP wasn’t firing anymore. I wanted to re-instal, but couldn’t find product.liquid, but product.json. In stead I pasted the Viewed Product snippet in main-product.liquid and it is working right now.Please let me know if there’s another best practice in this case. Added To CartI’ve read the documentation and watched the video’s. No Button ID. So looking for the class notation. Unfortunately, I found that the class notation is changing, Every product has it’s own.​​​​​​​Extra informationThe store offers pre-orders as well as ‘direct orders’ (?)Would appreciate any help. Long links of images being flagged for deliverability?

Hi superusers! We use Glock apps for testing deliverability, and often when we see deliverability issues, one of the recommendations from the app is to reduce the length of images links (ie. the link to where the image is stored in Klaviyo, not what the image links to). Since we can’t control the length of those links, wondering if anyone has found a solution to address this?  Thanks for your advice!

Can Suppressed Profiles Re-subscribe?

To help improve deliverability, I am adding contacts which have gone through the WinBack flow and still not engaged to suppressed profiles. Before suppressing them, I am sending them a goodbye email with a link to re-subscribe.If an unengaged subscriber is added to the suppressed profiles list, can they re-subscribe if they have decided they want to receive emails again?

Is the website tracking code and form code the same?

I have this doud. The webiste tracking code in Klaviyo is<script  async type="text/javascript"  src="//static.klaviyo.com/onsite/js/klaviyo.js?company_id=publicApi"></script>  And the form code is:<scriptasync type="text/javascript" src="https://static.klaviyo.com/onsite/js/klaviyo.js?company_id=publicApi"></script>Is almost the same. Bounce Rate Issue in Klaviyo

Guyz I am getting a huge BOUNCE RATE on automated flows emails. My Client recently purchase the domain from name cheap & started using klaviyo 20 days ago. Embedding Google Forms into an email campaign?

Hi everyone,Just a quick question really. Creating Dashboard Cards with Tag Filters

I’m currently looking to build a custom Dashboard  to track message opens and clicks visually over time based on different tags that I’ve been using for my email campaigns, with a different set of cards for each tag (e.g. Men’s, Women’s, Dual Gender, etc.)I see that using Opens and Clicks for the metric on a blank card allows data to be filtered, but the closest I’ve been able to get to has been filtering by specific message names. Is there a way to filter by Campaign Tags or, if not, is it currently in the works? Or would my best option be to set up custom reports for each tag and creating my own visualizations?Thanks in advance!

Deliverability Issues

Hello,We’ve been experiencing deliverability issues as of late and wanted to ask the community for best practices to implement with our campaigns and flows. Right now one of our solutions is to add the following Flow Filter logic to all flows:   Our Do Not Validity list is a list of all addresses we discovered that were Invalid, Spam Traps, etc. Any Feedback? Or, do you think this is a good solution?

t-online bounces september 2022

Hi Klaviyo,I switched from mailchimp to klaviyo to get the better email marketing experience.But as I read in many post and as I experienced myself, klaviyo seems to have a huge problem to deliver emails to t-online adresses in germany. as you know, t-online is very popular in germany, so this is a big issue to all german customers. I would like to do the advice you have given in all the posts so far about setting up a dedicated ip address, but I can't get it because my account doesn't seem to be big enough. So what to do. As your customer, it can't be my job to deal with T-Online, a very popular email provider in DACH, to do your job. I am very disappointed in klaviyo that these problems have been known for well over a year and have not yet been fixed. And just as a hint: Mailchimp gets it right too. Is there any news on this issue, or are you still advising me to set up a dedicated IP that I can't get? I have already implemented all the other points.I like klaviyo very much otherwise

Hi, I’m wondering if there’s a way for me to see the placed order value for a certain list for like the past month or 3 months, etc. Currently I only found Klaviyo article about the average 30 day order amount per order for each list, but not the total revenue.

Why are my mac.com emails bouncing?

I’ve seen this question, but haven’t found a solution: I have a Klaviyo lead form that’s embedded on a client’s site. It’s a very simple form, but any time it’s filled out using a Mac.com address, the auto-reply welcome email results in a soft bounce.I’ve read everything I can find, but can’t come up with a reason this is happening.I’m pretty much a beginner at Klaviyo, but if I register using any other email (I have way too many), it works great.Anybody have a hint for me?Thanks!

Why are my welcome & abandon cart emails going to SPAM?

I’ve been working with a new client for the past 3 months. They were sending Welcome & Abandon Emails prior to my onboarding for 1-2 months. No campaigns were being sent. Their list was less than 1000 subs.We since updated the hosting records for a dedicated sending domain. We have not been able to get the emails out of SPAM, even if we are just using the Welcome Flow and Abandon Checkout emails.Although traffic is small, open rates vary week to week from 0% to 20% on these flows.We have begun sending weekly campaigns to engaged customers of about 100 (and growin) for the past month and are getting 30-40%+ open rates. But it is not translating to deliverability for new subs into the flows.Can anyone provide any advice? Really at a loss with how we can turn this around for the client right now as we cannot capture revenue from these flows.Ryan

Only seeing WooCommerce Metrics being sent to Klaviyo for some customers

Hi All, Might be a simple question / answer but any reason why we would be seeing limited metrics for some customers using a WooCommerce site? For example, this is a test account on site, tracking mixed standard Klaviyo events and Woo events:  This is a customer browsing, similar period, only seeing the Woo events come over:  This is obviously going to limit the traffic moving through the flow’s we have setup, any advice or reason why we’d only be seeing Woo only metrics and not the standard browse / basket / active etc... Checked the install via the web tracking drop down in Klaviyo, seem’s to be picking up the script;  Is this a cookie thing? i.e people not accepting cookies on site but still using the store? I don’t manage the WooCommerce platform but work with the developer. But if there are any other checks I can do my side or pass on let me know! Thanks in advance, Jason
