Understanding Flow Trigger Preview and Recent Profiles

I want to be sure I have my welcome series flows (I have two separate lists) are functioning properly and am trying to use the Flow Trigger Preview to check this. I have read the Klayvio Help Center Page on this. As a test, I subscribed to both of my flow lists with my personal email. Based on the flow filters I have set up, I should only receive emails from the first flow I subscribed to, and be excluded from the second list/flow. When using the flow trigger preview for the most recent 10 member profiles, is it my understanding correct that the preview will only show the most recent 10 profiles that qualify for the flow (instead of showing all of the recent 10 profiles, and then indicating those that don’t qualify with a “does not qualify for this flow” result). I guess I get confused because when trying the Flow Trigger Preview, all of the 10 profiles show up as “This sample recipient would qualify to enter this flow” where I guess what I was expecting was to see some would qualify,

How can I remove the fine, white lines between graphic blocks in my template?

Hello All, I design my emails as a series of continuous images, and sometimes fine lines appear between the image blocks. I found another post discussing the lines, but no fix.I have noticed that the lines will appear/ disappear depending on the size I’m viewing the emails and from desktop to mobile.I have the padding set to 0. I tried to add a background color to the text blocks/ color behind the images, but that doesn’t fix the issue. I tried jpg and png images in a host of sizes to see if that would make an impact.Has anyone found a fix to this issue? Thanks!Ariel Fine line appearing between image blocks

Abandoned Cart link woocommerce not working

The returned to cart link is not working in the abandoned cart emails with Woocommerce integration. Once you click on link it will bring you to a empty cart. It shows the correct product in email though. Any idea why it’s not saving the cart?

My new card won't upload so I can pay my bill

Why Doesn't Kaviyo Have Sign Up forms For Brick & Mortar?

I asked this same question 2 years ago. Many of us have brick & mortar locations and need/want to harness email addresses from shoppers & visitors. This is also an obvious feature needed for trade shows. We pay about $5000 a year and this is a HUGE missed opportunity for us. There is zero reason I can think of this is omitted as a development and/or standard feature. OnSpot Social is exactly what I am after, but really do not want to transition back to MailChimp . . .  Klaviyo help . . . .

What is the &_kx= string at the end of my URLs and can it be switched off?

How can I pull the product images in a list-triggered flow?

Hey there!For reference, I’m working with Shopify Plus in this instance.So I’m working on a very specific case that is similar to a ‘Back in Stock’ flow, though not tied to a product coming back in stock.We have customers sign up to learn when they can preorder an item, based on its availability by Variant (ie, XS may be available for preorder but not M). Right now we are downloading that list of signups and uploading the properties needed for the email to trigger with relevant info for that product to the customer’s profile.It’s messy, and less than ideal, but better than the arduous process of creating a segment of the people who have signed up for one of several thousand variant IDs that change regularly.My question here specifically, though, is if there is a way to bring the image of the product into the email even though the flow is triggered by ‘added to list’, not an action the customer took related to a product. I would just use the default image URL for each product and try to

My 'Winback' Segment Isn't Populating Correctly

Hi, I’ve today set up a ‘winback’ segment, but the list it is creating isn’t accurate:  It is creating a list of 6000 profiles, in which when I select the top profile from that list, it shows as that user actively receiving, opening and clicking the email in the past 24 hours:  Any idea on what I’m doing wrong? Many thanks

Why have Klaviyo signup forms disappeared on Intel Evo Laptop?

Multiple Welcome Series Flows - How to Ensure they are not duplicated

I currently have two lists/Welcome Series flows set up and I am not sure if I am doing it correctly so that  email subscribers don’t get the welcome series twice.Flow #1 - Subscribers who sign up for a discount code through a pop-up (they enter my “Website Sign Ups” list) and get their unique discount code and a welcome introduction series of emails.Flow #2 - Subscribers who are added automatically through Shopify, either by entering their email in the sign up field in my site footer, or by agreeing to marketing when placing an order (they enter my “Newsletter” list). These customers get the same welcome series, but WITHOUT the initial email with the discount code.What would happen if someone signs up for the discount code (through the pop-up), enters that list, and then later places an order, and gets added to the newsletter list? Would they receive the Welcome Series flows twice, through both lists?

Need Help With Treeapp Klaviyo Integration

Hello! I need some guidance with integrating TreeApp into my Klaviyo account and testing the flows.Here's what I've done so far:Connected TreeApp in the backend Created a flow with the "Placed Order" trigger Set up a webhook with the TreeApp key using this code: { "quantity": 1, "profile_id": "{{person.KlaviyoID}}" } Now, I have a few questions:Is this code correct for planting one tree per order using TreeApp? How can I test and send the TreeApp flows to see how they look? Do I need to design my own template for this? Are there any additional steps or configurations required in Klaviyo for a seamless integration?Your guidance would be greatly appreciated. Getting error message when adding custom property. What am I doing wrong?

Hi there, I’m trying to add a button to my email so when the user clicks on it they are automatically added to a segment. I must be doing something wrong but can’t figure it out. The code I’m using is:{% update_property_link ‘newdesign_earlyaccess' 'true' 'https://mysite.com' %} I added the property to my own profile to create it. But I must be missing something. Can you help? I’m hoping to get this out in the next couple of hours but hitting a brick wall!

Show a product that has been purchased in the past

Hello everyone!I would like to send kind of a ‘Thank you campaign’ to existing profiles, and show dynamically in one of the emails the product they have most recently purchased.Could I do this using an ‘Order confirmation’ template, but instead of a ‘Placed Order’ trigger, use a conditional split such as “placed order at least once over all time”?Thanks a lot!

Can I build filters or segments based on timing between variables?

The current conversion Attribution model in Klaviyo is a bit broader than my companies “Last click contribution model”.So, I am looking at building a filter/custom report/segment to show only people who clicked on an email and placed an order within the next 3 days.the current filters of “clicked and email and made a purchase don’t seem to link to each other in a way I can edit - so people may be clicking on an email after their purchase, or making a purchase weeks after their last email engagement. I’d also like to see an average time between people receiving the email to when they open it, to how long before they click on it (do they click on their first view, or do they come back multiple times and re-engage with the same email day later)So, long story short, are we able to use ne variable as the criteria in the time range for another variable in a filter, list or segment? Thanks

Can I create custom reports to only show data from certain campaigns?

Hi, Our company contacts both retail customers as well as our stockists, in which campaign behaviour between both lists are very different. Our ‘public’ emails are sales driven, with links to our websites, however our ‘stockists’ emails are not, and often very different in regards to metrics. Because of this, the ‘Email Performance Review’ on our dashboard is quite out of sync with what we want to view, which is data our ‘public’ emails only. Is there a way we can only track performance data from certain emails? For example, our campaign titles will either start with ‘PUBLIC’ or ‘STOCKIST’. Can a custom report be set up that shows data only from campaigns that show ‘PUBLIC’ in the title? Many thanks

How to track same user on subdomain?

Hi,I have two domains for example:  abc.com and abc.shop.com.I want to track same user for both domains. I mean if user A push event on domain abc.com and same user push event from other domain abc.shop.com, then how klaviyo cookie automatically track the same user for second domain? It will not create other profile for other domain only one profile can track both domain.I read below link but new klaviyo object is not giving the exchange_id.

Profiles v lists

Hello! I’m new to Klaviyo. Just looking at my account and I have 130 “profiles” but only 15 of those profiles are in my “lists”. As far as I can see, no one has unsubscribed as I am yet to send out a newsletter. Can anyone tell me if those 130 in the profiles can be brought in to a list, to then send a newsletter?I’ve tried searching for the answer but without any luck. Any help is appreciated! Thank you

Option "products that a customer has added to the cart" is not displayed

Good afternoon! I am new to Klaviyo. I did a custom catalog and abandoned cart shipping integration using the Klaviyo API. The recorded data is correct, but when creating a product feed to track abandoned carts, if I choose the "Custom for each customer" option, then the "Products a customer has added to cart" option is not displayed ” did it ever happen to you? What's wrong with my Dashboard Overview?

Ever since one of the recent updates, we’ve been having trouble viewing the Analytics Dashboard Overview properly. The sections go out horizontally farther than the computer screen, and there’s no sideways scroll bar, so we can’t actually see the numbers. There’s also a double vertical scroll bar, which is just annoying. Is there a way to fix this so that we can actually see our numbers?

Why is a profile going through my 'Add to Cart' flow multiple times in a row?

I have had a chronic issue with duplicate data in an “Add to Cart Flow”. As seen in the attached graphic, analytics is reporting multiple delivers and opens for single customers.  Interestingly these same customers are frequently in the ‘failed flow’ metric.  Is this a flow construction issue, an issue with analytics, or simply my lack of understanding on how to read the data?

Flow Trigger/Conditional Split - If Someone is In a Segment

This seems like something that should be so obvious and already added, but why is there no Trigger or Conditional Split parameter to see if someone is in a particular segment. This can be done through API, but would really like to have this as a feature in the future.

Abandoned Cart Shopify / Dynamic elements no longer working

Hello, I have an abandoment cart flow that has been active for months and worked perfectly fine, but It suddenly failed to load the dynamic elements in the email blocks.Here the details:Trigger: add to cart Dynamic table setting: event.extra.line_items Image: {{ item.product.images.0.thumb_src }} Price: {{item.line_price}} Product: {{item.title}}I already tried to troubleshoot this starting new from a pre-made cart flow, but this doesn’t work either, the blocks don’t populate. Any help would be appreciated.
