Product Block Not Displaying Products
Hello!I connected the Klaviyo app to my Shopify account on the same day that my Shopify trial period began. Over the course of the past 14 days, I’ve been creating Flows and Campaigns in Klaviyo. Unfortunately, each time that I attempted to add a product block to my emails, none of my products could be found from my catalogue. I thought it might be due to the fact that I was on a Shopify trial; however, I’ve just started my paid plan with Shopify and the problem has persisted. Please advise.
How to embed a sign up form in Woocommerce
Hello, How can I embedded the sign-up form in Woocommerce footer? I’ve read so many articles on the forum but could not find the answer. The screenshot shows that I embedded the html code to the footer. But it did not appear after publishing. Is there a way to add this code in the theme or somehow make it work? Appreciate your insight.
Email Newsletter Opt In Confirmation
Hi Team, I’m new in the community. Thank you for welcoming me in advance.Just wanna ask some questions as I am pretty new to the system.1. Is there any way to create a signup form (Pop-up) and after the customer inputs their email they will receive a confirmation to verify if they want to opt in. Is there a way to not have this verification? I felt like it’s an extra step for the customer or is it necessary? I think it’s a way to know if the customer’s email is active or the customer is active with their email is that correct?2. How can I customised that email from question no. 1 so that I can send a discount code for new customers without manually sending the emails every time? Thank you and sorry for noob questions Team!

Updating a profile property or create profile property step in a flow when the profile property doesn't exist yet?
I’m creating a flow where I want to update a profile property after a purchase has occurred. However, for most of the profiles, this property doesn’t exist yet. Should I use the ‘update profile property’ action or ‘create new property’ action? If I create a new property each time the flow is triggered, will it create duplicate properties for people who enter the flow multiple times?

Magento: Why does Klaviyo can't read the "Checkout started" behavior of my customers?
I am having issues with the abandoned cart series. Every time I try to checkout (but not complete the process) klaviyo doesn't read this behavior. Can Klayvio add a hover state to Profile Property Value Dropdown?When creating a signup form, I can’t see more than a few characters on the profile property value dropdown. Many of those values listed begin with the same first few words, therefore leaving me unable to decipher between the options. This is while creating a sign up form. Can Klaviyo add a hover state to those profile property value dropdown options so that if I were to hover, I could read the full title of each individually.
Mailchimp email list and Klaviyo Integration issue
I have finally got my flow set up that I currently use in mailchimp so I am trying to get my email list moved over to klaviyo so that I can turn on all my flows and stop using mailchimp. My klaviyo is showing 1300 email when I go to my account section, but 1300 emails are not showing up in my lists. So I followed the video and put in the specific list ID from mail chimp that I wanted to integrate over into my lists, and I have done it 2-3 times now and absolutely nothing shows upWhat am I doing wrong?
I set up a dedicated sending domain before, but I notice that my emails are not sending from that domain. Why's that?F.A.Q.
After you’ve added in the CNAME records in your Klaviyo account settings, there are two more steps to the process of creating a dedicated sending domain. Once you’ve added your CNAME records, click on the “Continue to Verify” button to allow Klaviyo to confirm whether the CNAME records are present or not. If all the records are present, you will see the “Continue to Verify” button change to “Apply Domain”. Click “Apply Domain” and confirm that you would like to move forward to apply the dedicated sending domain. If you only verified the domain and did not apply it, you will continue to send on Klaviyo’s shared sending domain. Another reason why you may see that your emails are no longer sent on your dedicated sending domain is due to your domain’s DNS. Make sure that the Klaviyo CNAME records are still present within your domain’s DNS. If they are no longer there, Klaviyo cannot make use of the dedicated sending domain. Recipients would qualify to enter flow, but no emails have been delivered yet?
An example of someone that qualifies for my flowPart of my flowI have a bunch of people that qualify to enter this specific abandoned cart flow, however, seeing on my shopify store that I have new abandoned carts, it does not show that any abandoned cart emails are sending. Am I missing something, or do they have to subscribe to the email list, in order to send one, or can anybody receive the abandoned cart email. I checked my email subscription list, but nothing has been sent yet. The browse abandonment works, but not the abandoned cart one. Does anyone have a solution?
Are customers removed from the Welcome Series once they have purchased?
I paid someone to set up all my flows and not sure if the Welcome flow is right.On the Welcome flow, there are 3 emails scheduled to go out. (See attachment)(1st) Immediately: Customer gets 20% discount code that expires in 7 days.(2nd) Wait 3 days: ... gets reminder to use their code before it expires in 4 days.(3rd) Wait 4 days: ... gets friendly reminder that code was expiring at midnight.Question: 1) According to the attached Welcome flow, if customer uses coupon on the first day, does 2nd and 3rd email automatically stops or is there supposed to be filters in there somewhereto stop the remaining 2 flows from going out?2) If customer buys after receiving the 2nd email, does the the 3rd email automatically stops or is there supposed to be a filter before the 3rd email to stop it from going out?
Launching flows with pre-populated lists
We’ve imported a list of subs and built a flow to nurture / educate on a new service. The Flow Filter is: “is in” the relevant list. In the Manage Flow drop-down, I went to “Back-populate flow recipients” and selected the 2nd option: “Schedule for each step relative to when I click the back-populate button”. I’ve deployed the flow. I expected that Email #1 would go immediately *to the entire list*. That doesn’t seem to be the case.
Sign up form gets lost in the footer on my shopify site

Samcart for Abandoned Cart flow? how to build dynamic checkout link or the dynamic block without metrics?
Hi guys, I’m having a challenge-launch via Samcart where people can order the app i’m making.I’m trying to configure the automated email sequences based on this purpose. as far as i’ve seen i can only link samcart few actions which can be integrated with klaviyo to only lists specified by me and adding people in those list. But I suppose i cannot use the abandoned cart pre-made template then as there will be no metrics like check out started and products / checkout links to automatically go back to samcart abandoned checkout page.Can anyone please help me out with this if i can be able to build abandoned cart flow with samcart and all the dynamic metrics just like the metrics integrates with Shopify Store for example viewed product, checkout started, placed order? or what link will then i be using as my CTA button to get the readers go back to their abandoned cart page??For other welcome sequence, placed order - I can just use direct list triggers to start a flow as i will not need dyn
